It was, however, a joke with a meaning.
There were going to be further chapters of this but two things have rendered them redundant
1)The advent of Mlle Phantom, who made the same points much better
And
2)The fact that most people guessed this was a parody rather than giving it the roasting we expected. It is depressing that even when we actively tried to write drivel it couldn't hold a candle to some of the tosh that's been offered up lately
This piece, and the nom de guerre 'sketchpencils', was a protest. There are two of us, one of whom you all hear quite a lot from.
