Evening of the 26th of March 2016 - Unknown Location
"Good morning, dear viewers, here's Heiji Homura speaking, your humble host. For the first time in the show's history, level 2 will be anticipated; so gets yourself comfortable and prepare the pop-corn; the massacre is about to begin" Homura summarized the future events of the show.
The cameras switched on the island, with the sound of incoming helicopters becoming even more bulky through the sky.
Evening of the 26th of March 2016 - Island's Farmhouse
Back at the farmhouse, the teens were arranging the defense line.
"I'm not ashamed to say that this story of the zombies is making me crapping my pants" Yada said, covering her head with the sofa's cushion.
"Don't worry Yada-san... I fixed the droid in no time" the professor proudly said, with the droid activating himself and going out on patrol again.
"If it cannot fight back the enemy's advance, we'll take care of it" Jiu said, with Haruka and the others armed with deadly weapons.
Yada wasn't so confident anyway.
"What's going on? Weren't you the one who kept being confident about being a badass athl..." Haruka was cut off by Yada that said: "Yes, I was... but something has changed"
Haruka looked at her, he felt like the beating she recieved by Nagisa has messed her up.
"Heads up, Yada-san. We're gonna pull this off" Jiu said proudly.
"Jiu-san, please avoid this made up phrases" Sugino said.
"More importantly, what do we do with Nagisa? With the story of the living dead we cannot exclude him out" Karma asked.
"I was about to discuss it" Jiu said and pointed to Hinano saying: "Hinano-chan, you'll keep him company"
"What?! But I wanted to fight..." Hinano protested.
"If we are in a combat situation, we couldn't rely on him ... you know with the matter of killing spree and all..." Haruka explained.
"Mostly, you'll not be alone. Yada will be there with you" Jiu said.
"What? Why? Ide-sensei could be more fit for..." Yada try to protest but she was cut off by Jiu.
"Yada-san, is clear that you're insecure. Believe me, is better for you if you stay inside" Jiu cared for her.
Yada looked at Nagisa with fury in her eyes; it was his fault that she's confined to baby-sitter role.
"Redhead, make sure to never let Nagisa free, whatever happens. Got it?" Haruka recommended to Hinano.
"Ahah, don't worry about it. Besides, why should I let him free?" Hinano said.
"Maybe because, when you're near him, you blush so hard that your skin looks like you hair?" Haruka thought.
"And you make sure you don't mess around" Karma recommended the boy.
"Don't worry about it, pal" Nagisa reassured everyone.
"Pal? I'm not your pal, boy" Karma said.
"Okay! Okay! I got it" Nagisa said and gets escorted back down in the basement.
Night of the 26th of March 2016 - Island's Forest
"Sugaya-san, maybe it's better for us to find a place on high grounds for the night, instead of wandering around the island? What? Zombie and other competitors with a bloodlust don't scare you?" Kotaro Takebayashi asked to his classmate.
"Of course they scare me, but we managed to get out of worse situations than this" Sugaya said.
"Oh crap..." Takebayashi froze in fear.
"What is it?" Sugaya said and turned around.
Two zombies were standing there, ready to turn them into minced meat.
"Oh shi..." before he could finish the sentence, the zombies pounced at them.
Night of the 26th of March 2016 - Unknown Location
"It has begun" Homura said, looking at the screens.
"I'm already thinking about the sky-rocketing share that we'll have, the boss has hit the mark" Tatsuno said, then turning to the screens she thought: "I'll hit the mark too if the zombies manage to kill that scumbag Haruka"
Night of the 26th of March 2016 - Island's Farmhouse
"Ide-sensei, the droid is already patrolling the perimeter right?" Jiu asked the professor.
"Affirmative Jiu-san, I highly doubt that they can breach him" the professor was sure.
Outside the farmhouse, the zombies managed, with a well-aimed blow, to disable the droid.
"Then, we have nothing to worry about, at least for now ... As long as we stay close, everything will be fine." Jiu said, but then the teens gasped as something was standing behind him.
"J-Jiu-san ... behind you" Yada blabbered, in fear.
"Eh? What's behind... Oh! Hey there... Who's this guy?" Jiu said.
"It's a zombie!" the professor yelled.
"Oh crap!" Jiu said and with a kick; he managed to pushed the zombie away without harming himself.
The zombies roared and charged, the teens began shooting.
"How the hell they got inside?" Yoshida asked, taking cover behind the sofa.
"Ide-sensei, next time you fix something, I'll break your ass, okay?" Terasaka said visibly irritated.
"What do we do now ?! They are multiplying" Sugino asked.
"Karma-kun, Sugino-kun, come with me! We lure them out of here" Haruka said, grabbing an axe to make way for him and the others.
"We are coming too" Jiu and the professor joined in.
"No! I need you inside here with the others. Remember that we have a convalescent girl in the room behind you and we cannot let them breach it!" Haruka suggested to them to stay inside and help.
Suddenly the door leading to Kataoka and Isogai's room flew open and the two teens came out, weapons in hand, ready to kill anyone or anything that stood in their way.
"Kataoka-chan, you're ok!" Hara happily said.
"Yeah, but that's not the time to celebrate, let's send these bastards to hell" Kataoka said.
"Well said Kataoka-chan ... charge!" Terasaka yelled.
"Don't worry about it, as you can see, we have the situation under control ... go!" Chiba said, freeing the two from the task.
Haruka nodded and began making a way through the zombies; thinking: "Tatsuno-chan, I hope you're watching the tv ... because your smile will turn into a pissed grimace. And I'll enjoy it ... I'll enjoy thinking about this"
Night of the 26th of March 2016 - Outside the Farmhouse
The plan worked, the zombies followed the trail of blood and entrails and they gathered outside the farmhouse.
"Goddamn, how many of them are here?" Sugino thought.
"C'mon, let's send them to hell!" Jiu said.
"Oh, how much euphoria" Haruka sarcastically said.
"It is my fault and Jiu-san's fault that these people are in this state ..." the professor said, loading his gun. "... Well, the only way I can fix it is to put an end to the their sufferings"
"That's the spirit, kill them without hesitate. The remorse keep it for later. What matters now ... is to survive! "Haruka said, giving the signal to start the massacre.
"Let's go!" Karma said and the ballet of bullets began.
Night of the 26th of March 2016 - Inside the Farmhouse
Inside the farmhouse, the situation was way far from being under control. Most of the zombies followed the four boys out of the building, but a small and lethal group didn't fell for it and the inside team was struggling.
"Damn, why these guys didn't follow Haruka and the others outside" Yada said, ditching the gun.
The group tried to fight back the zombies. But it was worthless, it was like fighting raging bulls.
"I don't know how much I can hold them back" Yada panted.
"You're weak!" a voice said.
"What did you say, Hinano-chan?" Yada angrily asked her.
"But... but I didn't say anything." Hinano protested.
The zombies were ready to pounce back.
"They're ready to attack again, I don't know how much I can hang on" Okajima said, exhausted.
"Same here, we need additional help!" Fuwa panted.
Hinano had an idea, but she had to break the no.1 rule.
"Guys, can you hold on for 2 minutes?" Hinano asked.
"Yeah, I think we can; why?!" Hayami asked.
"Keep them busy!" Hinano said and ran downstairs.
"Oh fuck it!" Yada said and they began to shoot and kill again.
Hinano ran down to the basement into Nagisa's cell.
"Help us" she said with the tiny line of voice left.
"I'll do it, untie me" Nagisa said.
Hinano nodded and untied Nagisa from the pole; they ran back upstairs, where the team was now out of stamina.
"I can't hold them anymore!" Yada said, tumbling to the ground from exhaustion.
The zombies were about to pounce at them when, all of a sudden, Nagisa stepped into the fight and in a few minutes, he killed every single one of them, using only his fists.
"Nagisa-kun, you did it. You saved us!" Hinano cheerfully said.
Nagisa smiled and winked.
"One punch was enough for them, one only to exterminate them one by one. In comparison, I am really ... so weak ..." Yada thought
"Thankfully, it ended well" Hinano said.
"Ended?" Nagisa said.
He turned around with an evil grin on his face.
"Who says it's over?" Nagisa said, as his irises changed the pigments.
"This feeling... oh god!" Hinano thought the worse.
The others began to back away as she tried to reason with him:"N-Nagisa-kun, what are you talking about?"
"I'm not done with you two," said Nagisa, now overwhelmed by the tentacles cells breaking.
Yada looked at him, she remembers that irises.
"Hello, weak woman! We meet again" Nagisa provoked her.
"Nagisa-kun no!" Hinano yelled.
"It's time to settle a little score from before..." Nagisa was about to get close to the two girls.
"You won't dare touch us, otherwise ... "Yada was stopped by Nagisa who said:"Otherwise what? Will you blow me away? You are alone and miserably ... WEAK!"
"Yeah, you're so weak" a voice said.
Yada looked at him with fear, but suddenly, her vision started to get blurry and felt like a strange thing was crawling inside her.
"You'll be the first to die" Nagisa said as the fight began.
Night of the 26th of March 2016 - Outside the Farmhouse
Back outside the farmhouse, the team was able to decimate the horde of zombies.
"The zombies are retreating," said Sugino, raising his arms to the air.
The team exploded in a victorious scream.
"Yeah, our platoon has won" Jiu said, giving high five.
"In your face, Tatsuno!" Haruka thought.
"Haruka-kun, Hinano is coming!" the professor warned.
Hinano was out of breath, on the verge of tears.
"Haruka-kun...please...I-It's all my fault" Hinano said while catching her breath.
"Calm down, what do you mean by your fault?" Haruka asked the panicking girl.
"I... uh... I had to free Nagisa to help us... b-but he... and Yada-san is... oh god, what have I done?!" Hinano was panicking hard.
Haruka knew from the beginning that that it would be a bloodbath; he quickly cokced the gun and got in the farmhouse; soon followed by Jiu, Karma, Hinano, Professor Ide and Sugino.
Night of the 26th of March 2016 - Island's Farmhouse
"I told her! For fuck sakes, I told her! I knew that if she did her own thing, this mess would happen!" Haruka thought about the worst case scenario, but when he and the other got in the building, they froze at what was going on.
Nagisa was badly beaten up while Yada was unscaved.
"Y-You bastard..." Nagisa said.
"What the hell happened here?!" Haruka thought and got close to the girl.
"Who's the weak now huh?" Yada asked, but her voice was way different.
"Y-You'll pay for this, I swear" Nagisa said and tumbled on the floor.
"He fainted" Jiu said.
"Nagisa-kun" Hinano rushed to his aid.
Haruka turned his thoughts on Yada. Did she reduced him like that?
"Hey Yada-san... are you ok? Hinano made me realize you were in trouble and so ... "Haruka stopped himself from going any further when he saw Yada's face.
Her eyes had turned pitch black and she looked like she was possessed.
"Wa-was it him? Nagisa did this to you? "Jiu asked the girl.
"Yada-san, was it Nagisa-kun? Say something, please" Haruka tried to get the girl back among them.
"Ha...ruka...kun" she babbled out.
"Yes...it's me! C-can you hear me? Can you see me?" Haruka asked her.
Yada had some visions, of an abandoned lab, where a familiar figure was standing.
"Wake up, my dear pupil" the misterious figure said, then suddenly her vision came back.
"Aaah! Oh god, what happened?" Yada asked, like she forgot the past twenty minutes.
"Are you kidding me?!" Haruka asked her shocked.
Night of the 26th of March 2016 - Island's Forest
Takebayashi and Sugaya got pinned down by the zombies.
"Aaaargh, get off me" Takebayashi yelled to them.
"Get out of my face, you bastards" Sugaya managed to kill the zombies that got him pinned down and killed the ones who were attacking Takebayashi.
The zombies turned their sights on the white-haired boy; that pulled out his trusty 50 caliber Desert Eagle out, accompanied by Takebayashi with his Jericho 941.
"Bring it on, monsters! I'm not afraid of you" Sugaya yelled.
"Speak for yourself" Takebayashi said quietly.
Then the zombies were killed one by one by the two teens.
"The zombies are running away, wow, we managed to intimidate them" Sugaya gave Takebayashi a high-five.
"Yes, we scared them well" Takebayashi agreed with him.
"C'mon let's keep finding the others" Sugaya suggested.
"Okay, let's go" Takebayashi agreed and they kept on walking into the forest.

27th of March 2016 - Island's Farmhouse
After the events of last night, everyone was spent, so they went to sleep.
Haruka was standing in his bed, still thinking about what happened last night. He didn't get any sleep, thinking about Nagisa, about how the hell did Yada beat him like that and about those eyes...
"She didn't say anything after what happened last night, and no one had the courage to talk to her. Well, who wouldn't fear for their lives in front of an eyeless person who kicks asses... thinking about it, where the hell is she?" he thought, looking at the farmhouse's roof beams.
Down in the basement, Hinano went to check the still unconscious Nagisa and a flashback of yesterday's fight came.
"It's always the same thing... Well, it's better for me to go, Nagisa is still unconcious..." Hinano thought and was about to leave.
"H-Hey...wait" Nagisa blabbered out to the girl who was turning her back to him, his bruises still paining him hard.
"Good morning...Nagisa-kun, I see that you recovered...I'm happy for you" Hinano's voice was starting to tremble.
Nagisa looked at the girl, he fucked up again.
"I'm going upstairs to bring you break..." Hinano was cut off by him.
"Hinano-san... are you ok? Did I... Did I do something?" he asked.
"Don't worry about it. You did absolutely nothing," Hinano said coldly.
"Please, tell me the truth! Did the cells break..." this time he was cut off by her.
"It's my fault! Mine!" Hinano's face began to riddle with tears.
Nagisa felt Hinano's pain, as the dusty floor was marked by the girl's tears.
"I never make the right call! I only create problems! I'm just a burden!" Hinano cried out between the sobs.
"Hinano..." Nagisa didn't know what to tell her.
27th of March 2016 - Outside the farmhouse
Yada looked at the forest, it gave off a dark aura; she was thinking about what happened last night. Why did she lose her sight for a while? Why didn't she remember beating Nagisa in a fight?
"There you are" her thoughts were broke by Haruka.
"Oh...Haruka, good morning" Yada greeted the sniper.
"Isn't it dangerous to leave the farmhouse?" Haruka asked the girl sarcastically.
"Judging from what happened yesterday night; I'm the real danger, no?" Yada auto-accused herself.
"Ha! You say that like you know what happened..." Haruka tried to joke on it.
But Yada didn't look like she was in the mood for a joke.
"Would you like to explain to me?" Haruka asked her.
"What is there to explain? I almost killed a person by beating him to the death" Yada said clearly.
"And so far we know, but your empty eyelids? How do you explain those?" Haruka asked the girl.
Yada looked at the forest again and said: "I was scared... and I felt in danger...then I felt a ton of adrenaline in my body... but I couldn't see or hear nothing...only darkness..."
Haruka looked at her with disbelief, what the hell was going on with her?
"...but then a beautiful voice called me" Yada finished the explaination.
"It was me" Haruka said.
"W-Well... ok ... you don't have a bad voice" Yada said, looking around visibly embarrassed.
"Woah there, is that an avance?" Haruka said.
"Don't get crazy ideas, cowboy" Yada stopped him.
"Hey you started it" Haruka said.
"Anyway, the others must be angry with me" Yada said disconsolately.
"Naaah... in the worst case, maybe Hinano-chan might be angry with you for beating up his boyfriend" Haruka joked.
"Her boyfriend? That Nagisa? You're completely off-track. Hinano-chan has eyes only for..." Yada was cut-off by Haruka that got alarmed by something.
"What is it, Haruka-kun?!" Yada asked.
"I heard it clearly. The sound of twigs that were trampled on. Someone is getting closer!" he thought, drawing his gun.
"Hey bastard! Get out if you got the balls!" Haruka yelled at the unknown threat.
"Your language is as sober as ever" the misterious threat said as he got out of the bushes.
"No,no,no! Fuck, that's impossible! That's fucking impossible!" Haruka thought.
A familiar figure stood in front of him.
"You are...Eiji! " Haruka said.
27th of March 2016 - Island's artificial lake
"N-No...please, spare me!" a young boy asked to Maehara.
"Go to hell, buddy!" Maehara took him out coldly.
"Oh come on, why did you kill him?" Sumire asked the redhead.
"He didn't have useful informations, so he was useless" Maehara explained.
"There was no need to kill him anyway" Sumire retorted.
"Yeah, but he was gonna die anyway... he was a pussy... besides, I'm just playing following the rules of the show" Maehara said.
"Are you justifying your thirst for blood?" Sumire said, as she sat on a log.
"Oh Sumire-san, you just don't know how to have fun" Maehara was not impressed.
"You kill whoever comes your way, Maehara! I kill those who deserve it" Sumire accused him.
"Then, if you don't like my methods, you can ask someone else to help you!" Maehara retorted "I don't have to find your boyfriend's killer, okay? So you can also go..."
The sound of the rustling of leaves interrupted him.
"Well... look who it is..." a female voice said.
"Oh god... are they attacking us?" Maehara went bezerk.
"Who the he..." Sumire draw her gun, but the misterious girl revealed herself; it was Kaho Tsuchiya, from Class 3-C.
"Y-YOU! ... How's that possible?!" Maehara thought shocked.
"Woah... put down that gun Sumire-sama, you don't want to shoot me do you?" the girl fluttered her black hair "I'm so happy that you're alive!"
"Kaho..." Sumire was stunned, as if she had seen a ghost.
*Flashback*
11th of August 2015 - Different locations
*Villa Sasagawa*
Haruka, Tatsuno and some friends were enjoying a day in the pool of her father's house; the sun was setting and the sky formed a violet color mixed with a faded orange.
"Aw my back aches so much, I knew I shouldn't have gone to the gym..." his whine was stopped by Tatsuno who started massaging the shoulders of his best friend.
"Aaah... that's better" Haruka said.
"Am I doing good Haruka-kun?" Tatsuno asked.
"You're doing beatifully, thanks" Haruka said and turned around to face her beautiful green eyes, which the setting sun made shine like emeralds. The moment was perfect, they were about to do the big step.
"Ehm... guys..." Fukiyose Eiji called the two.
"WHAT THE HELL?!" Tatsuno and Haruka yelled and turned around.
"Woah! Relax! It's me" Eiji said.
"Eiji-san! What the hell is wrong with sneaking behind us like this!" Haruka scolded him.
"Yeah...uhm... sorry about that. Tatsuno-chan, can I borrow Haruka for a minute?" Eiji asked the redhead.
"Sure, take him all the time you want" Tatsuno smiled.
The two boys went on the little deck above the pool.
"Haruka-san, you have no idea how much I would like to shout that to the whole world ... I fell in love" Eiji was as elated as ever.
"Way to go dude, who's the unlucky one?" Haruka asked jokingly.
*Tsuchiya's apartment*
Sumire, Yuuki and Kaho were enjoyed an ice cold tea on the balcony.
"Who's the lucky one, Kaho-chan?" Sumire asked her friend.
"I met him downtown, he's a really hilarious guy" Kaho explained with joy in her eyes.
"Downtown huh? Are you sure you can trust him? There are a lot of bad people over there" Yuuki was not so sure about this guy.
"Quit it Yuuki! Do I have to remind you that you've met me there?" Sumire said.
"You go girl!" Kaho complimented Sumire.
"Whatever... so, what's his name?" Yuuki asked.
The two teens simultaneously revealed their respective names to their friends.
"Her name is Kaho Tsuchiya, she's a beautiful person" Eiji said at his friends.
"His name is Eiji Fukiyose, he's a beautiful person" Kaho said at her friends.
*End of flashback*
27th of March 2016 - Outside the farmhouse
"Hey there Haruka-kun, it's been a while" Eiji greeted his old friend.
"You! You blonde haired son of a bitch! You're alive!" Haruka was bursting with joy from every pore.
"Let me get this, Haruka-kun... you know him" Yada asked the sniper.
"Let's just say he his an old acquaintance to me" Haruka explained.
"Hahaha... I can see that to consider someone a "friend" is still a blasphemy to you" Eiji joked.
"How the hell did end up in this show anyway?" Haruka asked his friend.
"My parents were researchers in Yanagisawa's lab and they collected a debt with him... something big that they could not repay, so his goons kidnapped me and dumped me here" Eiji explained. "But now it's not the time for explainations, Kaho is on the island and I have to..."
"Uhm... guys, sorry to interrupt your little reunion but we have a problem" Yada said, visibly frightened by something."
"What kind of problem?" Haruka asked the girl.
"That" Yada pointed to three zombies.
"Oh crap, the zombies! They must have followed me" Eiji said.
"They followed you! You led them to us!" Haruka was now furious with his friend.
"Er, see it this way: it wasn't my intention." Eiji was looking for excuses
"Intention my ass! You're the usual troublemaker, Eiji!" Haruka said.
The zombies were ready to pounce on the three teens; neither Haruka or Yada brought their guns with them.
"Crap, and now what do we do?" Haruka was weaponless and had three zombies to kill.
"That's easy: we fight! Like we did back in the days!" Eiji put his fists in the air.
"Tsk, you always make it easy, huh?" Haruka said.
Eiji nodded and looked at the zombies, he cracked his knuckles and yelled: "Attack!"
The fight was on.
27th of March 2016 - Island's artificial lake
"Kaho-san, you're alive!" Sumire was shocked to see her friend.
"I could say the same to you, Sumire-san... looks like we've been dropped all in the same place" Kaho retorted.
"Wow! She's stunning..." Maehara thought.
"Who's your friend?" Kaho asked her friend.
"Friend? Him? Well... with a "friend" like him, who needs enemies?" Sumire said vaguely.
"My name is Hiroto Maehara, sweety! At your service" Maehara flexed his muscles.
"Yeah...an idiot" Sumire said.
"Hey, is only thanks to me that so far no one has even laid a finger on you" Maehara retorted to the insult.
"Ahahah... anyway, is Yuuki on the island too?" Kaho asked.
Sumire looked at her friend's eyes with sadness and gloom.
27th of March 2016 - Outside the farmhouse
The zombies roared as the attacks from the two boys were harmless.
"Dammit, these bastards keep hanging on" Haruka said and he kept going, despite the tiredness.
Despite everything, Haruka continues to fight ... he ... he can do it ... but I "Yada thought.
"Yeah, you're weak" a voice distracted her and a zombie took the opportunity to scratch her.
"Ouch!" Yada exclaimed.
"Oh no! Yada-san got hit!" Haruka was alarmed.
"Oh no! Now they will eat her brains!" Eiji thought about the worst case scenario.
"Oh shut up!" Haruka said and the two went back to killing the zombies.
Yada looked at the wound, it was dripping with blood.
"Blood ... getting hit ... that's weak" Yada said softly and began to lose her sight.
The visions, that person and in a split second the darkness.
Haruka turned to check on Yada's condition and saw her, her eyes were missing again.
"Shit no! Not again" Haruka thought
"What the hell happened to her?!" Eiji asked.
Yada just stood there and looked at the zombies; suddenly she laughed and a red glow appeared instead of her pupils.
"You ... are ... the weak ones! I will make you ... into small pieces!" Yada said and like a bolt from the blue, he took them out one by one.
Haruka and Eiji stood there, the last one in complete shock.
"Oh my god!" Eiji blabbered out.
"Again! She did it again! Where the hell does she get all that strength from?! And why do her eyes suddenly disappear?!" Haruka thought "God, this version of Yada is scary. What if she attacks us too?"
Haruka wouldn't stay there to find out.
"I have to stop her before this pool of blood becomes an ocean" he thought and walked over to the girl.
"Ah...ah...and now..." Yada was about to launch the next attack when someone took her arm.
"Yada-san, get a hold of yourself, it's just a wound" Haruka tried to bring the girl back to planet earth.
"Haruka..." Yada's eyes came back and she regained control "what happened?"
"You just made a carnage of walking dead and you tell me "what happened"?! "Eiji asked annoyed.
Yada looked at Haruka and asked: "Is that true Haruka-kun? Did I do the same thing I did yesterday?"
"Yes, Yada-san" Haruka confirmed with a worried face.
Yada sought his gaze, begging for mercy.
"Don't look at me like that! You make me feel guilty too ... hey, why do I have this empathy?" Haruka thought "Hell, better not think about it. Speaking of the devil."
Jiu came out of the farmhouse, alarmed by the noises from outside.
"What's all this noise?! Are there any enemies?!" Jiu asked.
"Fuck you, why are you only showing up now? The worst has passed, but not thanks to you!" Haruka was furious with the soldier.
"Because I was up all night and so as not to be seen I camouflaged myself" Jiu explained.
"And brag about it, please," Haruka said sarcastically.
"Very funny soldier, anyway, who's the cadet?" Jiu turned his gaze to the blond-haired boy.
"Is he talking to me?" Eiji asked the sniper.
"Easy Jiu-san, I know him. He's fine" Haruka reassured the soldier.
"Oh yeah!? Well, if you guarantee for him, this means that our group will be more stronger now" Jiu said and bowed "Nice to meet you, I am officer Jiu Nishimoto, at your service sir!"
"Ehm... nice to meet you too, I am Eiji Fukiyose" Eiji introduce himself.
Suddenly, from the bushes coasting the farmhouse, Hinano came out accompanied by Nagisa.
"Eiji huh? Nice to meet you! I am Hinano Kurahashi and this is Nagisa Nakajima" Hinano introduced herself and her friend.
"Hi Eiji" Nagisa greeted the boy.
Haruka was shocked by that sight, he should have been locked up in the basement and instead he was there next to the redhead. As the group was returning inside the farmhouse, Haruka took the redhead far from the group.
"Hey wait up! Where the hell were you? And why the hell is Nagisa here? Not tied up in the basement?" he asked to Hinano.
"Uhm... there's a thing I want to announce to everyone" Hinano said.
Haruka was puzzled, but he decided to wait the annoucement.
27th of March 2016 - Outside the farmhouse
"Leaving?!" Okajima was shocked by Hinano's words.
The air in the farmhouse's main room began to be very heavy.
"Why did you make this decision?" Professor Ide asked.
"Up until now I've done nothing but cause trouble and annoyance, always putting someone in danger," Hinano began to explain.
Yada's gaze met Hinano's, she was talking about her.
"Danger..." Yada mulled over that word.
"I'll go away and take Nagisa with me, so there will be no trouble when the cells break again" Hinano finished the explanation.
"No trouble huh? What if he kills you?" Haruka asked the redhead.
"Patience," Hinano said, shrugging.
Haruka looked at her with shock, she was determined to leave.
"But Hi-Hinano-chan..." the professor tried to talk, but no words came.
"If I survive or no, I don't have a place or a family to go back to, after what happened with Korosensei and all..." Hinano's words were filled with confidence and determination.
"How dare you say something like that? Do you not give the right weight to your life? Doesn't bother you to die?" those questions rolled in Haruka's mind like crazy.
"You know, a little while ago, I promised something to a close friend of mine... I promised him that I would also give him my life, just to give all the help possible for others" she said enthusiastically "So I'll respect that promise by taking Nagisa away from you and so I will help everyone"
Those words made Yada think; she was in the same position as Nagisa's. So she decided that there was only one thing to do.
"In that case, I'll pack my bags and leave too" Yada announced.
"Yada-san, what does that mean?!" Hinano asked her friend.
"Overnight, I became more dangerous than Nagisa. I can't stay with you," Yada said heartbroken.
"What?! But soldiers... you're all deserting" Jiu ran his hands through his hair in shock.
For some girls that was too much, especially for Hara and Kataoka.
"Please don't go!" Hara begged the two classmates to stay.
"We'll find a way to make it work, like we did with Kayano" Kataoka said.
"They're right, what happened to the team? And all that talk about surviving?" Jiu said with his head down.
"It's just to survive that I have to leave, guys. I'm trying to help you," Yada said, turning off all attempts.
"The reasoning is flawless. Leave" Haruka said coldly and headed into the armory.
"But...Haruka-kun! Do you let them go like this?" professor Ide asked the boy.
"We'll replace the loss with Eiji" he said and opened the armory door.
Nagisa wasn't impressed by the sniper's demeanor.
"How can he be so cold and detached?" he said at a low tone.
"It's okay, Nagisa-kun" Hinano said and put a hand on her shoulder.
"But Hinano, he said..." Nagisa tried to retort but she shushed him.
"It doesn't matter, let's go" Hinano said.
The girl approached the sniper who was about to close the armory door.
"Goodbye Haruka-kun; it has been a pleasure being your business partner" she said.
"Business part... But..." he thought, but by the time he turned around to face her, she was gone.
Haruka sat on the armchair, with mixed feelings.
"Why do I feel a strange discomfort? Deep down I hoped the thin guy would go away; and so why...?" he thought.
Eiji looked at his friend with worry.
"Haruka-kun, what the hell happened to you?" Eiji asked.
Haruka didn't answer to that; he knew where his friend was headed with those words.
"There was a time when you cared about your friends, but since you've ended up on..." Eiji was shushed by Haruka's kick to the chair he was sitting on.
"Shut up Eiji! It's none of your business" Haruka said.
But just as he was puzzling over things he shouldn't have cared about, he realized he had something in his pocket; when he pulled it out he realized it was the bandana that Hinano handed him to cover the wound.
"That's right, I never trew it away!" Haruka realized.
"Do you want some advice Haruka? Keep it," the departing Yada told him.
"Why should I?" Haruka asked the girl.
"Just do it, ok?" Yada firmly said.
"Fine" Haruka put the bandana in his pocket again.
Yada was now at the front door, ready to leave.
"It has been an honor for me, soldier!" Jiu made the salute, soon followed by the professor.
"We'll meet again, I'm sure about that. But until then, good luck" Yada waved goodbye to her classmates and friends.
"Bye" Haruka coldly said.
Yada smiled and left the farmhouse; no one exhaled a breath after the departure of the two girls, everyone went off to different rooms.
27th of March 2016 - Yanagisawa's secret studio
"I don't believe it, you approve my suggestion?" Tatsuno said enthusiastically.
"Of course my loyal underboss, it is very captivating, I bet the ratings on Homura's show will go through the roof" Yanagisawa said "That show has to reflect the bigness of my power! I demand that it has to be like this!"
"Oh Yanagisawa-senpai, your faith in my abilities makes me all emotional" Tatsuno praised the boss.
"But...There won't be a personal gain in this strategy, right?" Yanagisawa asked the redhead.
"Oh no, absolutely not! (You're fucked, Haruka! Fucked!)" Tatsuno denied "I'll call immediately the host to inform him"
Night of the 27th of March 2016 - Homura's control room
"Get me connected to the island," Homura ordered the interns. "Stupid pain in the ass brat"
Night of the 27th of March 2016 - Island
"Dear competitors, by direct will of the boss, a new rule has been added in a completely exceptional way!" Homura said over the intercom.
All the contestants left alive pricked up their ears.
"Whoever manages to eliminate any of the following competitors, will be able to win a place in the final" Homura finished the speech by saying the name of the targets: "Hiroto Maehara, Nagisa Nakajima, Jiu Nishimoto, Haruka Kobayashi, Sumire Sato, Professor Yuji Ide and in the end, the most dangerous contestant: Toka Yada!"
"Oh that's not a boss move, who made him do a thing like that?" the blue haired boy thought "In any case, apparently I was put on the line!"
The other contestant rejoiced at the thought of being able to access the final in this way.
"Go straight to the final? Wow! Nothing could be easier" one of them said.
"And let's go! What a kick ass!" another contestant said.
"Let the manhunt begin! Good luck to everyone!" Homura said and a creak signed the end of the link.
Sumire, Kaho and Maehara looked at each other.
"We're fucked" they said all together.
At the farmhouse, Haruka threw a bottle against the wall.
"Tatsuno you bitch... that's one of your strategies!" Haruka was now in a blind rage.
