I'm gonna be real with you, it's my first time writing a fanfic. I read a bunch and I wanted to give it a shot. I had so many ideas in my head and so i just kept writing and writing and i got this. Summary: It's October 10th, a certain Blue eyed boy's birthday. As Team 7 begins their daily training, they are surprised to find their teammate nowhere in site.

Chapter 5: Found and afraid

Thursday, Oct. 13th,

Jiraiya and his team begin to return and continue the search but are joined by the Kazekage and his two siblings. As they reach the border that joins both the Wind Nation and the Fire Nation, Jiraiya stops with his team to rest.

"We should start the search starting from here. I have a feeling that Naruto is near so we are going to split up to cover more ground. Neji, you're with Gaara. Suna Siblings together while Iruka and Anko search together. I will search alone. Everyone, be careful and take these guys with you." Jiraiya tells the group as he bites his finger and performs some hand signs.

"Kuchiyose no Jutsu (Summoning Technique)!" Jiraiya slams his hand to the ground as a puff of smoke appears. There stood four small toads in place of the puff of smoke.

"Each group shall take a toad. If anyone finds something important, let the toads know and they will guide us to whoever it is." Jiraiya hands every group a toad as they all head out in different directions.

In the shack Naruto is held up,

Naruto is once more awoken with Ice cold water from his slumber. Naruto looks up, barely being able to keep his vision clear. Naruto's face is pale and his body is thinner. He hasn't been fed or hydrated since his kidnapping. He has more bruises on his gut along with his face. His left eye is completely closed due to the swelling. His right hand is missing 3 of his fingers. As Naruto looks around a man crouches down and grabs his head, pulling his hair to make Naruto face him.

"Your time is almost up, demon brat. In just two days, everyone will hear about your death. But until then, let's have some more fun." The man lets go of Naruto's head as he motions for his men to give him something.

Naruto finally gives them the reaction that they have been longing for. Naruto begins to cry in front of them.

"Please! Please don't kill me. I'm begging you!" The blonde begs as the men continue to laugh.

"Maybe we should send the Hokage another message. Give me the machete." A man hands him a machete.

Naruto looks at the knife in horror as the man grabs his right arm and begins to cut Naruto's arm off. Naruto yells in pain as the man continues.

Inside Naruto's seal,

"Kit, what's wrong!" Kyuubi asks his container. He uses his chakra to see what Naruto is seeing. He watches as his container is being tortured. Suddenly he feels a familiar chakra signature.

"I feel a chakra signature nearby. This is the opportunity that he has been waiting for. I need to spike Kit's chakra." the Kyuubi thinks to himself. He then begins to cause Naruto's chakra to spike.

"I'm tired, Kurama. I don't think I can go on." Naruto whispers as he closes his eyes.

"Hold on just a little longer Kit! Help is on the way." Kyuubi yells as his chakra begins to spike.

Outside in the forest Neji and Gaara continue to scout the forest. Neji looks around with his Kekkei Genkai when suddenly he feels a chakra signature spike. Neji feels something familiar.

"Kazekage-dono, I felt a chakra spike just a few kilometers north of us. I think I found him." Neji says as Gaara nods.

As the two young ninjas head towards the direction of the chakra spike. As they approach the area they see a small shack in the middle of a clearing of trees.

"ARGGGGHHHHHHH!" The scream is all the two need to hear as they land in front of the shack. Two men stand guard as they see the two ninjas appear.

"Sabaku: Hando (Desert: Hand)" Gaara yells as two pairs of sand hands appear and capture the two men.

"Shōtei (Palm Bottom)!" yells Neji as he breaks down the door. Gaara and Neji step in. Four men stand in their way but Gaara quickly uses his jutsu to capture the men. As he moves them out of the way, the two ninja look in horror as they finally find Naruto. Neji quickly moves in and unties Naruto from his restraints.

"I should kill all of you right now! But I know that isn't what Naruto would want." Gaara says as he looks at Naruto. "Toad, please inform the rest of the group that we have found Naruto." The toad nods and disappears in a puff of smoke.

Naruto's vision is blurry but he manages to see Gaara's red hair. He gives him a small smile as he passes out in Neji's arms.
