Chapter Three: French is an Eiffel Language

Gwen and Courtney were sound asleep after a hot race yesterday when all of a sudden when an alarm clock woke them up.

Courtney: "Gah! What the heck?" (She jumped out of bed.)

Gwen: "What's wrong Courtney." (Gwen said still tired.)

Courtney: "What's wrong is that I didn't expect an alarm clock to be this loud."

Gwen: "It could be worse. We could have Chef's breakfast in bed treatment." (They both cringed remembering what that was like.)

They both got dressed in separate rooms and decided to watch TV when they heard a knock at the door. Gwen decided to open the door and was greeted by Don."

Don: "Morning Drama Stars. I came to let you know that breakfast is being served in the Cafeteria. When all teams get done eating, we will get ready for the next race. After all you need the energy for the race."

Courtney: "Wow it's nothing how Chris would treat us."

Don: (He just laughs.) "Please I'm nothing like Mr. I want ratings. Unlike him I make sure that everyone's safety and make sure they're ready. Speaking of which I've got to let the other teams know about breakfast." (He leaves them to check the other teams.)

Gwen: "Well breakfast won't be coming up here. I'm going down to eat. Coming Courtney?"

Courtney: "I'll be down in a moment. You go on ahead without me."

Gwen just shrugged and went off.

Gwen made her way to the cafeteria and saw there were only a handful of teams eating. She went to get some breakfast and made her way to Devin and Carrie.

Gwen: "Is this seat taken?"

Devin: "No not in the slightest. You can have a seat."

Carrie: "So where's your partner?"

Gwen: "Oh she had to take care of business first. So how long did you guys know each other?"

Carrie: "I met Devin in the sandbox when we were three and haven't spent a day apart since then."

Gwen: "Wow it's not everyday you keep a friendship for this long." (All three of them laughed.)

Courtney: "Sorry I'm late. Gwen just had to brush my teeth."

Courtney went to take a seat and they all were having a friendly conversation when all of the sudden some oatmeal hit Courtney in the head.

Courtney: "Who threw that!!"

Chet: "Ha you missed me Buttface!"

Lorenzo: "Looks like you need to get your eyes checked after my fist is done with them!"

Courtney: "You guys owe me an apology!!!"

Lorenzo: "Yeah Chet you owe her an apology."

Chet: "What I didn't even throw the food!"

Lorenzo: "Yeah but you dodged the food making it hit her."

They both got angry and put each other in a head lock. Courtney was about to head over there to give them a piece of her mind when Gwen stopped her.

Gwen: "Remember when you tried to hit Heather with oatmeal and it hit me instead?"

Courtney: "Heh yeah sorry about that."

They saw them two still fighting when Ennui walked over.

Ennui: "Is there a problem over here."

Both: "No sir."

Lorenzo: "Sorry for throwing the oatmeal!"

Chet: "No I'm sorry for letting the food hit you!"

Ennui: "You both take this outside. It's embarrassing to watch."

Both: "Yes sir." (The Stepbrothers ran out of the cafeteria screaming.)

Gwen: "Thanks for taking care of the situation."

Ennui: "Anything for a team with a fellow goth. Even though you aren't as dark." (Ennui left after that.)

Courtney: "And I thought you were dark."

Gwen: "No kidding. I think we should head outside as well." (Courtney just nods and they both left the cafeteria.)

About 10 minutes went by and everyone was waiting outside.

Don: "Alright here's how this will work. You will all go in line on which your team has placed in yesterday. For example the Best Friends have entered first so they will be in front of the line, meanwhile Father and Son escaped elimination yesterday which means they will go in the back of the line. Everyone got it?" (They all nodded.) "Alright good when everyone is in position we can start the next race."

The Drama Stars went behind the Best Friends and were waiting for the race to start. After a minute Don blew a whistle and the Best Friends ran and pressed the Don Box.

Devin: "Aw wow, it looks like we're going to Paris!"

Carrie: "No Way!!!"

Courtney grabbed the next tip.

Courtney: "It says we have to travel to the next airport on a moped."

The Best Friends and Drama Stars got on separate mopeds and drove off. They were neck and neck when all of the sudden the Ice Dancers sped passed them. Another 5 minutes and some of the teams finally made it to the airport. So the Drama Stars, Best Friends, Daters, and Tennis Rivals ran in line to get the tickets to the plane. They all turned when they saw the Surfer Dudes drive moped into the airport.

Worker: "Here are your tickets to Paris."

Gwen grabbed the tickets and they both ran into the plane.

Stranger: "Why are you all rushing? This isn't a race you know."

The teams gave the person a deadpan look then went to their seats.

About a half an hour into the flight everyone was relaxed. And out of boredom Courtney got up and walked out of her seat and walked over to the Surfer Dudes.

Courtney: "Are you both crazy? What if you both hurt someone or yourselves with the moped?"

Geoff: "Sorry Courtney we got carried away again."

Courtney: "Again?"

Brody: "Yeah we love mopeds. I tried to jump one over my pool last summer but ended up smashing through my neighbors gazebo." (They both laughed.)

Geoff: "Dude we shouldn't laugh you totally ruined that wedding."

Both: "Free Cake!!!"

Courtney: "I'm surprised that Bridgette allowed this behavior."

Geoff: "Oh she doesn't. When she got home she got so mad at us that we both had to stay in a hotel for a week to give her some space."

Noah: "That doesn't surprise me one bit considering that it was one of my siblings wedding. I heard that Brody's parents had to cover the Damages." (Noah said walking over to them.)

Courtney: "How much money did the repairs cost?"

Noah: "About 1,000." (They gasped.)

Courtney: "How could they afford it?"

Brody: "They sold my moped."

Courtney: "I'm gonna sit back down."

Noah: "Same here."

The plane just landed and all the teams and ran to the cabs."

Gwen: "Eiffel Tower Please!"

The Driver nodded and drove as fast as he could. A half an hour has passed and the Drama Stars were the first to arrive but the Ice Dancers rammed into them. They both got out of the damaged cab glaring at the Ice Dancers.

Gwen: "Are you insane!?"

Josee: "Nope but we're in first now!" (Josee pressed the Don Box.) "It's another Botch or Watch."

Then Courtney pressed the button and took the next tip.

Courtney: "It says whoever didn't eat the stew has to draw a caricature of their partner until the local artist approves."

Gwen: "Looks like my Sketches are finally going to pay off."

Josee stood on one leg posing while Jacque was drawing and Courtney was folding her arms smiling while Gwen was drawing while other teams were arriving. 10 minutes passed when both Geoff and Gwen finished their drawings. They both ran towards the artist and he approved both paintings and gave them both the tips.

Brody: "Dude you drew me awesome." (Geoff gave a thumbs up then read the tip.)

Geoff: "Go down down down. Find the cheese so round where your next tip is found. Huh?" (Geoff looked up to see a rat go into the sewers.) "Follow that rat!"

The Surfer Dudes ran into the sewers and Courtney followed until she realized that Gwen stopped breathing heavy.

Gwen: I can't go down there! I have major claustrophobia! What if we got lost down there? What if a rescue team can't find us? What if we..." (Courtney proceeds to slap Gwen on the face.)

Courtney: "Everything is going to be alright. After all we're not the only ones going down there. Just think of the money."

Gwen: "Just think of the money. Just think of the money." (Gwen took some deep breaths.) "Ok I'm ready."

A half an hour has passed of them hitting dead end when Gwen screamed and ran off on her own.

Courtney: "Gwen? Gwen!?"

Gwen: "I'm over here Courtney! And I found the exit!"

Courtney: "Alright! Way to go Gwen!"

Jacque: "Ahem."

They both turned and saw the Ice Dancers again.

Gwen: "Oh great, if it isn't Mr and Mrs Psychos."

Josee walked passed the Drama stars and kicked a wall of Cheese Wheels into the river.

Josee: "I Hate Silver!!"

Jacque then read the sign.

Jacque: "Take your cheese and sail away to where the Mona Lisa's on display.

Gwen and Courtney: "The Louvre!!"

Then the Ice Dancers jumped on one of the Cheese Wheels on the river.

Josee: "Bye you stink worse than this cheese boat!"

Gwen and Courtney just smirked and held up their ores then jumped on another Cheese Wheel and paddled passed them.

Courtney: "Later you winner wannabes!"

Jacque: "Darn It!!!!

Josee: "Jacque you were supposed to get the ores." (Josee said trying not to blow a fuse in front of the camera.)

Courtney and Gwen just laughed while they paddled away.

10 minutes have gone by and the Drama Stars were far ahead of all the teams.

Courtney: "I can't believe we're in the lead."

Gwen: "Yeah this Challenge is easier than I expected."

Josee: "Hello Again!"

They both turned to see them in the Ice Dancers in the water pushing the Cheese Wheel.

Courtney: "No Way!"

They both smiled at the camera as they passed the Drama Stars.

Gwen: "These both get creepier by the minute."

Another 5 minutes have gone by with the Ice Dancers in the lead. That was wen Josee spotted the Louvre.

Josee: "The Louvre Over There!!!"

They both hopped off the Cheese Wheel. Instead of pushing it they decided to smile and wave to the camera giving the Drama Stars to move pass them.

Gwen: "Hurry Courtney! To the Chill Zone!"

Jacque ran back to get the Cheese Wheel and push it. The Drama Stars were ahead of the Ice dancers for the moment. Now the Ice Dancers and Drama Stars were neck and neck. The winners of this race are

Don: "Well well Drama Stars. You're in first place and the Ice Dancers have to settle for silver.

Gwen and Courtney cheered while Josee was throwing another tantrum while Jacque was glaring daggers at them.

All 4 of them entered the next hotel.

Jacque: "You think you are so better than us don't you?"

Courtney: "No we don't think we're better than you. We are better than you."

Josee: "Mark my words Drama Stars. At the end of the day we will win the entire race and rub our victory in your face."

Gwen: "Chill out second isn't that bad."

Josee: "You're Wrong!"

Brody: "Alright 3rd place!"

The four stop arguing and look at the Surfer Dudes.

Geoff: "Are we interrupting something?"

Courtney: "No they're just mad that they lost to us again."

Jacque: "Whatever I'm out of here."

Brody: "But Don said we all have to stay in the lobby until we find out who got the boot."

Jacque just groaned.

20 minutes have gone by and that's when the Reality TV Pros entered the lobby with Owen looking pretty guilty.

Don: "Now that everyone's here I can show you the next montage of the eliminated team."

Don presses the TV remote to review the Tennis Rivals getting blown away on the sky walk, next it shows Gerry pushing Pete off the zip line just so he could grab the tip also falling, now it shows them flying off a running camel, then it shows them waking up in the taxi telling the driver to go to the Eiffel Tower, now it shows them teasing the Vegans before paddling the Cheese Wheel. Last it show the Tennis Rival and Reality TV Pros jumping on the Chill Zone.

Jacque: "Now I'm leaving." (The Ice Dancer walk to their room.)

Gwen and Courtney went to get Dinner then walked over to Noah and Owen at the Table.

Courtney: "What happened to you two to almost get eliminated!"

Noah: "Owen here ate our boat and we suffered a 20 minute penalty because of it."

Owen: "I feel so bad by putting us that low in the race."

Gwen: "At least you guys are still in the race."

Junior nearly tripped over Owen with bags under his eyes.

Courtney: "What happened to you?"

Junior: "I never got to sleep the other night due to my dad strategizing to not make it low on the race."

Noah: "You should probably get some sleep while you can since you didn't place low twice in a row."

Junior just nodded and left the cafeteria.

Owen: "Out of all the reality shows we've been in, Junior has to be the youngest competitor I've ever scene."

Gwen: "I must say I expected the Tennis Rivals to be the first boot."

Courtney: "Guess that proves that there are a lot of surprises in store for the race."

Owen just finished his dinner but he's still pretty hungry. He saw Don walking by.

Owen: "Hey Don can I go outside and eat some more Cheese?"

Don: "You actually want to eat that stuff? You know it's been sitting out and been in the water right?" (Owen just nods with Don sighing.) "Okay Owen I'll allow it but if you get sick on me I'll have to Eliminate you due to health reasons. Got it?)

Owen: "Thank you so much Don!" (He just shakes his hand and runs outside.)

Don: "What has Chris been feeding you guys?"

Noah: "Anything that surprisingly hasn't killed us."

Don: "Alrighty then, I'll leave you guys what you were doing." (Don walks off.)

Dwayne runs over to them three.

Dwayne: "Have you guys seen my son!? I can't find him in the Cafeteria!"

Courtney: "Yeah he went over to his room to go to bed."

Dwayne: "Oh thank heavens. I thought he was kidnapped for a second. I'll go to bed as well."

Gwen: "Yeah I think I'll do the same."

Courtney: "Night Noah."

Noah: "Whateves."

With that they went to their room and went to bed.
