Chapter 1 A Day to be Remembered
16th day, month of the tiger. (Oct. 16th) – Year 691 C.K. -- (since the creation of Konoha)
12 years after the great war. 13 years after the 2nd Hokage's death.
It has been my hobby creating jutsus for a long time. As long as I can remember, since I was a kid this is what I enjoyed most. I am fascinated by the mysterious and cultivated by the impossible. My curiousity for doing things impossible has incaptivated me in my new inspiration. It will be new dream. My new umae. I know I can do it even if it causes me to a separate path. The 3rd is constantly warning me on my obsession with jutsus. He even scolded me yesterday for trying to create a jutsu to automatically light candles with a finger snap. I think it is ingenious. The bones of a dead butterfly have left over remnants of chakra that disperse in the air when blown upon. The dead have some unknown power that seems to be always existent. It is mystifying…
Tapping into this chakra source is somewhat intriguing to me. I need only to snap my fingers and the lights will turn on automatically. Converting left over chakra into heat. It is a very simple technique. Yet… how does the chakra remain even after death? And is it just with animals?
Recipe for lighting candles.
Ingredients:
13 butterflies dead.
1 small jar
A flammable liquid of some kind. (preferrably oil blood or vinegar works also.)
A drop of grasshopper blood.
3 ounces of fertile soil.
A couple drops of water.
A wooden peg. (to crush the sentiments.)
Instructions:
Make sure the butterflies are properly placed in glass jars. Immediately after death. This is done so that the chakra does not disperse afterwards. I find that the dwelling power disperses soon after death. The power is subtle but ephemeral.
Pour oil into the jar so it fills halfway. Enough so that the bones are completely immersed.
Seal jar and store the jars overnight in oil. (8-10 hrs)
Sprinkle the grasshoppers blood, soil, and water in at the same time.
Crush all and mix all leave in refrigeration overnight. (may take 2-3 days)
If successful the bones should be molten depending on the extent of the chakra.
Remove all molten bones from oil. Sprinkle soaked sediment particles onto both wax candle and candle holster.
Wash hand carefully as to not light hands on fire.
Snap fingers and focus minimal chakra heat onto candle.
To turn off reverse the chakra heat cycle to blow candles out
Note: 1 batch lights up to 30 candles. I have my entire dwelling lit and shining. It is still very very intriguing.
Well, enough of my studies. Tomorrow is summoning day. Training for my first day of summoning training. I wonder what animal the 3rd will pick 4 me. I am ecstatic. He says I am his fastest student ever to have reached this level. Faster than stupid Jiraiya. Some idiot he is.
