Elara2- I'm wondering how similar your images are to mine. A few did seem funny.:) I'm not entirely sure if they sure be catchable or not yet to tell the truth. shrugs I don't always plan ahead. One of those 'when we come to it, we'll deal with it' things.

Chapter 3

The odd group stopped running when they got to the edge of the forest, staying out of the meadow in front of them. "Now were do we go?"

"I don't know Usagi. I have no idea where we are."

Greg looked to Brock who was looking around. "Do you know Brock?"

Brock rechecked his surroundings. "No idea. I don't recognize this area. How 'bout you Lee?"

The red head though for a moment before answering. "If I'm right, there should be a stream just past that hill. If we follow it we should find a Pokemon center"

Everyone except for Brock looked at Lee in bewilderment. "Poke a what?"

"A place where pokemon trainers go to rest and get their pokemon healed. Pokemon are creatures that are like what we've been partially turned into. Most capture, train, and battle them. Some research pokemon, some breed them, and others keep them as pets."

"You don't think someone will try to catch us do you? Can they?"

"It's almost a guarantee that they'll try. If they can? I've no idea."

The half-pokemon, half-human pack walked up the hill and when they reached the top they saw they stream Lee was talking about. "Which way do we follow it?"

"Oh, um, to the left."

The ten weirdoes (/eyebrows go up/) (Choc: What? I'm running out of ideers.) (Kasumi: How 'bout Pokehumans? Hmm?) (Choc: Fine. :p)The ten pokehumans walked down the hill and then strolled along the stream. They did so in silence, each deep in their own private thoughts. Lee and Rei were in front, then Brock and Makoto, Ami and Greg, Minako and Motoki, and lastly poor Usagi brought up the rear with her dreaded adversary: Mamoru (WHY ME?!). The re-entered the wood ten minutes later and Lee spoke up, explaining the world of Pokemon to the newbies. The trees sheltered them from the sun and vegetation and brushwood crunched beneath their bare feet. The air was cool and crisp and the wind was non-existent. Pikachu were mating in the bushes (Ryo: KASUMI!!) (Kasumi: hehe). They continued their journey until an hour past nightfall when they finally made it to the Pokemon center and they stopped a few yards away. The majority of the group was nervous. "How will they react to us?"

"Only one way to tell."

Minako and Lee took a few deep breaths as they moved towards the center in an attempt to calm themselves and Minako whispered a chant of 'it'll be ok' to herself. "Stop being such drama queens."

When they got closer to the Pokemon Center they realized that no one was in there other than Nurse Joy. "Well, that makes this much easier."

"Yeah. Good thing."

They stopped in front of the doors and looked in. Usagi's stomach then protested from lack of food and she blushed. "Hungry Odango?"

"We haven't had anything to eat since th'smornin'. What do you expect Mamoru-baka?!"

Usagi then stomped through the sliding doors saying, "I don't care what Nurse Joy'll think! I'm hungry and my feet hurt!"

The sliding doors and Usagi's voice alerted Nurse Joy of her visitors and she came out of the metal double doors to see who it was.

Nurse Joy stopped in astonishment, her eyes widening. "Oh, my."

Usagi suddenly became uneasy as the PokeNurse stared in shock and spoke hesitantly. "Um, would it be alright if me an' my friends stayed here to rest and get something to eat."

Nurse Joy quickly recomposed herself and launched into 'Nurse Mode.' "Of course you can. Come on in. Is anyone injured?"

Usagi smiled in relief, relaxing and signaled to the others to come in. "No injuries, just sore feet."

The others came in and Mamoru stood beside Usagi. Nurse Joy counted heads and said something to the chancy by her side. "Chancy will bring some food in a minute. Why don't you sit down at a table?"

The joyful nurse then left and they all sat down around a large circular table. "I told you she wouldn't question it."

Mamoru rolled his eyes. "Sorry to doubt your knowledge of Nurse Joy. Hadn't known that your crush on her was that big."

Brock grumbled, "I don't have a crush on her anymore."

/BAM/ Every ones head whipped around towards Rei and Lee. Rei looked pissed and Lee's head was on the table with a large bump on the back. "Hentai!"

"oww. . ."

Four chancys then came out carrying large trays of food. They set the food down, left, and everybody quickly dug in. "Hey! Save some for me Odango!"

"If you weren't such a baka, you would know not to sit by me during meals."

"Do you ev-"

Usagi ate some fries from his plate interrupting him. "Odango! That was on my plate!"

"You weren't eating it."

"I was talking."

"Not my fault that you're obsessed with teasing me."

"I'm not obsessed!"

"Sure you ain't!"

Nurse Joy came back just before they finished eating. "All the rooms have been prepared. Unfortunately, we only have five rooms. You'll have to share I'm afraid."

"Thank you Nurse Joy."

Joy left again and the group of ten finished their meal before sitting in silence and looking at each other. "Um, a guy and a girl will have to share a room. Any volunteers?"

Rei immediately declined as did Ami. Minako, Makoto, and Usagi looked at each other waiting for one to volunteer. "Why don't Usagi and Mamoru room together? There should be no problem besides them fighting."

Kasumi: Um, ignore her. She has that bad habit of spontaneously singing.

Chocolat: I WILL SURVIVE!!!

Kasumi: I HATE that song. You're goin' down Choc!
