Vi runs to the last location Caitlyn was catching her sent she goes after her omega who is about to go in heat. Vi's eyes turn red which makes her legs move faster and sense of smell becomes more centered on her omega. As she comes to the abandoned building she sees her omega and her heart drops...
A muffled scream coming from Caitlyn... she sees Jinx has her bound to a chair gagged and naked. Jinx with a knife to her throat to keep her still while with her other hand she runs over Caitlyn's body and brushing her fingertips on her thigh moving them closer to between her legs... Jinx's eyes are a dark purple and she begins to release rage hormones to warn Vi to not come any closer... Vi growls at Jinx "MOVE AWAY FROM HER! NOW!" Jinx smiles and scrapes the knife into Caitlyn's neck to make her bleed a bit to show Vi that any move and she's dead... Vi's eyes turn from her usual blood red to a bright scarlet red she growls to her again "MOVE!!!" Jinx if forced to step back holding her ears trying to keep her feet under her as she feels a pounding in her mind. Jinx lunges to grab Caitlyn. Vi charges at her, ripping her off of Caitlyn and tossing her into a wall.
Jinx gets up and the two begin to circle each other waiting to see who will attack first. "So you came? And just when I was about to have some fun too... did you have to ruin it? I may have actually started to like her if I got to... you know. I mean, yes she's marked... by you... but when do I follow the rules? They were made to be broken, right?" Jinx chuckles as she antagonizes Vi. "WHY WOULD YOU DO THIS?!?!?! I CAME BACK FOR YOU THE MOMENT I GOT OUT OF PRISON!!!! YOU DIDN'T HAVE TO KILL ALL THOSE PEOPLE!!!! YES, TOPSIDERS HURT US BUT WE COULD HAVE DONE BETTER THAN WHAT YOU DID!!!! THEN YOU TAKE CAITLYN!!!!! MY OMEGA!!!!!" Jinx laughs at Vi "Like you actually did come back for me, you came for the gemstone and replaced me... with her." Jinx looks at Caitlyn in the disgust after speaking, hating her for stealing her sister. "I NEVER REPLACED YOU!! I DIDN'T KNOW ABOUT THE GEMSTONE TILL LATER!! IT WAS YOU THAT I CAME FOR!!" "You chose her!" Jinx snarled at Vi "I DIDN'T WANT YOU TO KILL HER!! THERE'S A DIFFERENCE!! I'D STILL BE IN PRISON IF IT WASN'T FOR HER!! SHE SAVED MY LIFE AFTER I WAS STABBED BY SEVIKA!! YOU WOULDN'T LISTEN TO ANY OF IT!! THIS IS ON YOU JINX!!!! ALL ON YOU!!!!" Vi growled as she launched herself at her.
Jinx grabs a stone and clocks Vi over the head then goes up for higher ground "Jinx? This is the first time you called me that. Guess you have finally accepted the monster you created, huh?" Vi stands up and glaring at her. "No, I didn't make you a monster. I'm not going to let you keep blaming me when it was you who killed my Powder. All you had to do was stay back and let me handle getting Vander. You killed Vander, not me. You killed Claggor, not me. You killed Milo, not me. You killed Powder to become this, the monster who kills for fun. The monster who keeps hurting those I love. The monster who ruins my life at every chance you got. You are the monster but I didn't create you... I didn't... you... you were always one... Hurting the animals in cages in the market, talking about your bombs and how fun the flames would be to watch the enforcers engulfed in them, how unfazed by death of our parents you were, how you didn't care about killing our adoptive family... you only cared about yourself even when you knew what you did... you were always the monster... I just never wanted to see it... all you ever cared about was manipulating me to keep me with you but you only ever cared about yourself... never for others... never for me... you were born a monster, it's just now you aren't hiding anymore!"
Jinx stares off into space "Huh, born the monster? Then let me show you how monstrous I can be!" She snarled as she grabbed two more rocks and jumps onto Vi. Vi block with her shoulder then leans back as Jinx's arm comes up with the rock in her left hand. Vi grabs her left arm mid movement and yanks her towards the floor. Moving to the side she grabs the back of Jinx's neck but before she could slam her, Jinx breaks loose and kicks Vi back. Using speed she knocks Vi over and gets on top of her punching her and trying to get her to submit. Vi's growls at this and wraps her hand into Jinx's braids. Using the control of the braids Vi pulls her off and punches her in the gut. Jinx digs her nails into Vi's arm to try to get her to release but it was no use. Vi slams her to the ground repeatedly, Jinx tried to use her speed next which leads to Vi wrapping the braids around Jinx's neck. Vi dragging Jinx brings her to an enclosed room and closes it with them inside. Vi let's her go in the room. "Surrender and this all ends. You won't win again me." Vi snarled and punches Jinx full force hoping that it'll keep her down. Jinx lifts her head and smirks "Just you wait till I get my hands on the omega again. And you know I will, you are terrible at protecting her since you can't do what you have to. That's why I will win. That's why I keep bringing Piltover down, to its knees on my own. You will lose, Vi." Vi's eyes holding the scarlet red she feels an overwhelming feeling, that the only way to protect people to protect the one she loves most was to strip Jinx. Vi has never done it before but went with Mr. Kiramman to learn more on how the primal abilities work against alphas though it was in mythology books. Let's hope this works. "Come at me then Jinx. I'm right here waiting." Jinx pulls out her two knives that were on her belt and charged at her. Vi takes a deep breath and dodges Jinx's blades. Finding an opening she punches her in the side. Jinx stumbles back and growls at her. Vi moves to close the space gap and blocking Jinx's punch then returns it ten fold. Knocking Jinx to the ground yet again, Jinx trying to get up but Vi is now on top of her. Vi pins Jinx and the feeling to try what could be Piltover's only hope. She bites into Jinx's gland, Jinx screams in pain as she feels Vi's teeth driving into her neck. Her body goes limp as she watches Vi get up to leave and lock her in the room, she doesn't even look back at her. All Vi could think was that she had to, she didn't leave her much of a choice.
Vi rushes over to Caitlyn and immediately starts undoing the rope. Caitlyn is both overjoyed to see Vi saving her but also worried since she knows what Vi just did. Vi grabs the clothes off the ground near by and helps Caitlyn into them. Vi looks at every cut, bruise and swelling. Caitlyn picks up the stress hormones from Vi and nuzzles into her "She didn't do what you are thinking, she was about to before she caught your sent, you got here just in time." "None of it should have happened... you are injured and she almost..." Vi bites back the words knowing that saying it, knowing it will hurt too much since it's her job to keep Caitlyn save but she failed. Caitlyn tried to release a calming hormone to help relax Vi calm down but in her current condition it's near impossible to do so effectively. Vi holds her close apologizing and breaks down into tears. Keeping Caitlyn as close as possible, she starts to nuzzle her head into Caitlyn's neck. She feels Vi give her a small kiss on the cheek then herself being lifted. Caitlyn lays her head on Vi's shoulder knowing that Vi is with her, she's safe now. She's glad that Vi made it in time and bit into the overly aggressive psychotic sister.
Vi carried her all the way to the hospital; once she placed her on the bed Vi caresses Caitlyn cheek "I'll tell your father that you are here and that I found you. I... I can't be around you for the time being, that room won't hold Jinx for long and she should be waking up soon. I don't know if the bite worked. I don't know when I'll see you again but I need to keep you safe and this is how I do it. I'm sorry.." Vi begins to walk away doing her best to ignore Caitlyn who is crying out for her begging her to stay... She hasn't seen Jinx in over a year, this may be her only chance to deal with her while she's captured... Piltover's enforcers won't be able to hold her... This is Vi's blood, it's her job but is this really best?... Leaving Caitlyn this way?... This is what's needed...?
