Pizza place

Nadine: Oh my goodness everything looks so good.

Raven: Yeah they have the best pizza in town.

Nadine: So what's new?

Raven: What?

Nadine: What's new in your life...

Raven: Oh well me and your brother are back together. I know your probably upset about that.

Nadine: No actually I was wondering what was taken y'all so damn long.

Raven: Oh come on Nadine.

Nadine: No seriously the reason y'all got a divorce was so stupid. And I'm going to be honest I think you really just did it so Chelsea wouldn't have to go through hers alone.

Raven: Excuse me

Nadine: Devon said the same thing.

Raven: We had real problems.

Nadine: Raven my brother worships the ground you walk on. He would have did anything to save y'all's marriage. Besides it's a lot of guys that are hardheaded and don't listen. You can't expect him to just be perfect no one is.

Raven: When did you become so supportive of us last time I checked you hated me.

Nadine: No you hate me over some mess I did when I was a kid.

Raven: When we finalized are divorce you posted on the book and I quote "my brother is free free free at last".

Nadine: (Laughing) I sure did, but I did it because my brother was in pain.

Raven: Devon wasn't in pain.

Nadine: (shaking her head) Raven yes he was.

Raven: Well he sure didn't act like it.

Nadine: He had to be strong for the twins.But he never stopped loving you. Just think about it as good looking as my brother is why didn't he just move on? Why didn't you just move on? (Raven said nothing) I have proven my point. But this is all behind us now. Your back together and we get a baby out of it.

The next night

Raven and Devon's room

Raven is sitting on the bed scrolling through her phone. When Devon finally walks in.

Devon: Hay Bae

Raven: Hi

Devon: Mane I was so busy today it was crazy.

Raven: Yeah I see you missed dinner for the third time this week.

Devon: Yeah well you know it's all these storms that's coming our way. It's probably going to be a big disaster this weekend. So I'm going to leave some money tomorrow maybe you and Nadine can go to the grocery store and wreck up on some food for the house.

Raven: I thought Nadine was supposed to be helping Chelsea at the shop. Why I get the feeling she is baby sitting me?

Devon: (Could tell she was irritated) What's wrong now Rae?

Raven: I just feel like I haven't been seeing a lot of you.

Devon: Yeah Rae because of how crazy the weather has been you know that. What's really bothering you?

Raven: Oh I don't know maybe it's the fact that you felt like I asked for a divorce so Chelsea wouldn't had to go through hers alone.

Devon: (shocked at what she just said) Oh Nadine told you I said that.

Raven: Yes

Devon: Well I can be a man and say yes I did say that. And I still feel that way.

Raven: Why on earth would you think I would do that to our kids?

Devon: I don't know Rae I'm still trying to figure out why you did that to us!

Raven: Because you didn't listen to me!

Devon: (laughing) And the funny thing is you don't listen to me now. Look at you right now once again stressing yourself out over nothing. When I haven't did anything but try and make sure you and the kids are straight.

Raven: I think maybe you should sleep in the guest room tonight.

Devon: I think your right. (He headed for the door but turned around one last time) You need to think about what you really want and get your priorities together Raven. (He walked out the door and Raven's eyes started to fill with tears)
