Chapter 5: Lots Of Teeth

Bearhead couldn't contain himself. He tapped his foot, rubbed his wrists, licked his lips with anticipation of fighting the closest thing he could get to a real dinosuar. Bearhead started to drool at the thought, droplets falling onto Victor's shoulder, "Ewwww gross." The gun villain said before moving away from him in disgust. The elevator stopped on the third level and the door opened. Velociraptors feasted on the corpses of dead clones and scientists when they noticed them. Himiko turned to Victor, "You know I didn't believe you when you brought up the velociraptors, but now that I see them all I can think about is." Himiko looked at Tsuyu, "Why would you send us here?" Bearhead pushed them both to the floor and charged out the elevator. He roared as he ripped through the first raptors neck. This feeling running through his veins was nothing more than pure adrenaline. Victor helped the Tsuyu and Himiko up and stepped out of the elevator, "NO." Bearhead yelled as he punched a raptor, "THIS IS MY FIGHT AND IF ANY OF YOU INTERUPT I WILL KILL YOU. I WILL KILL YOUR FRIENDS. I WILL KILL YOUR FAMILYS. DO NOT INTERRUPT MY CONQUEST."

Bearhead stood before a charging horde of prehistoric beast, his arms wide open excepting the upproach of death. He couldn't be anymore happier. A velociraptor tried to pounce on him but Bearhead slashed it's stomach, it's blood was orange like the rest of his clones but he didn't care if it was another fake. On instinct, the bear villain got on all fours and charged foward. His claws ripped through their flesh as the raptors did the same to him. He had been cut with a assortment of blades and claws before but these were new and exciting to him. The number of raptors managed to overpower him to bite his shoulder, both his legs, his arms had a raptors mouth around it. "We have to help him." Tsuyu said but Diago held out his arm, "He's got this." Tsuyu watched as Bearhead threw off the raptors, breaking each one's jaw in the process. Bloodied and injured was where he was at his best and most powerful. Instead of slashing throats, the full force of his strikes ripped off whole heads tore the abdomens like they were made of paper.

When only one raptor remained Bearhead just stood there waiting. He could see it trembling with fear as it stared at him, its feet were shaking as it took steps back, "Don't run away." Bearhead said. The raptor turned to run but the bear villain pounced on it, taking it to the ground. He sunk his teeth into its neck ripping out a chunk of flesh that he spit out, not like he could eat it, "I told you not run. Now you die knowing you were a coward. What will your friends say when you get to heaven? They will laugh at you and call you mean names. That is no way to enjoy your eternal rest." Bearhead closed the eyes of the cowardly raptor and began to prey for it. Seeing as there was no more dinosuars to kill, the rest of the team got out of the elevator evaluating the mess. Himiko gasped and ran into a nearby lab. Diago and Victor were kicking a corpse of a dead raptor to make it twitch.

Tsuyu approached Bearhead who was still praying, "Didn't take you as the religious type." She said while observing his wounds that covered his body. He slowly got to his feet and turned to face the hero. His mouth was caked in orange blood when he asked her, "Why do you care about us?" She was taken back by his question. He wipes the the orange blood off his face before continuing, "I've killed a lot of people, more than I can remember. Everyone in this group has done horrible things especially Moonfish and Sakaki. But despite knowing it all, you try to treat us with kindness even when we're being jerks. I threatened to kill everyone you know and yet you were going to help me if it wasn't for Diago. You were going to help me fight dinosuars. So i ask you again, Why? Why do you care about us whether we live or die?"

Tsuyu reached into her backpack and pulled out a handkerchief, "Bearhead, I'm a hero. I didn't become this because I wanted lots of money or my name in the headlines or my face on a cereal box. I became a hero because I wanted to help people. When I encounter a villain I don't immediately hate them or think their monsters. I think a lot of villains are just people with problems that need help and I want to help you. I want to help you guys in anyway I can, even Sakaki." Bearhead took the handkerchief and wiped off the blood from his face. He liked the feeling of blood on his body but it was getting in his eye and it that was getting annoying. Himiko came out of one of the labs carrying primitive human skulls, "Guys they got a room full old skulls over her." She tossed one to Victor who immediately put it up to his face, "Hi there." He said moving the jaw like it was talking. "Tell me Toga, who won the race between the skeleton and the skull? The skull, it was just ahead." He let out shrill of a laugh. Toga snickered, "You're a real numbskull." Suddenly Diago punched the skull into dust right out of his hands, "Why did you do that?" Victor asked looking at the powered skull bits that remained in his hands.

"Sorry but it was acting like a real knucklehead." Diago laughed. Tsuyu sighed and face palmed. Bearhead was unamused, "You do know you just destroyed a precious piece of human history that's probably priceless and property of the government?" Himiko looked at her stack of skulls and then back at Bearhead, "Does that mean I can't keep these?"

(Tartarus Monitoring Room )

"One more floor and and were good to hit the bar." Hunter said taking a sip from his coffee. Cherry got up from her seat and was going to grab a slice of pizza when she looked at the screen. Himiko's monitor was nothing but skulls and it scared her, "That girl is crazy." Abdullah looked at the screen and was surprised, "Those aren't acient skulls." Cherry had a whole piece of pizza in her mouth but still asked him, "What you mean?" Abdullah got up from his chair and approached the screen. He pulled out his pen and pointed at the teeth, "If these skulls were really dug from the ground then they wouldn't have perfect teeth. Everyone's attention was now on Abdullah as he explained, "I use to work in a medical warehouse in India when I was young. We'd have to put in fake teeth because no one dies with a perfect set of chompers. My guess is they were using it as examples or just for laughes."

(Secret Facility, Level Three)

Himiko was forced to put the skulls back as they had to complete a mission first. They didn't like going back in the elevator but knowing this was going to be the second to last time made it easier in their heads as Diago hit the button going down. Bearhead's blood was pouring down his body and pooling around him on the floor. Tsuyu looked down at her feet to see the red surrounding her, "That's a lot of blood." Everyone else looked was shocked, "I'll be fine." Bearhead said licking his wounds. Suddenly the elevator lost power and they were stuck in darkness in a small box, "Well thats just great." Victor said. Tsuyu put on her goggles and activated night vision mode. She looked around to see if everyone was alright but she couldn't find Himiko, until she looked down. She was dipping her sleeves in the blood.
