North City's Pendragon Casino Age 774 1 Week After Chapter 6
[ Three Months Until Buu Saga ]
(Arturia's P.O.V)
"Awwww, unfortunately, the house wins this time, Ruler-Chan has to stop at 20" I say in a pouting, disappointed tone as the gamblers at my table look just rather crestfallen after I show a 7 that completes an earlier 13.
As I give them a cheerful smile and wave them goodbye, I take a moment to sigh and catch my breath. With all of them have been very high-riskers, I was actually hoping to see them win, if they did it'd be a success story we can market, but unfortunately, that wasn't the case.
Still I feel the presence of two more gamblers come up to my table and I start my usual act once again.
"Hey you two, welcome to Ruler-Chan's Table, how much are you…..bidding…today…?" I say with a chipper, bubbly tone at first before finally noticing WHO exactly I have right in front of me at the table today.
Whis and The Supreme Kai of Time, Chrona.
My entire family picks up on my nervousness, with Medea even keeping a very close eye on my table now, ready to have security get rid of them if things go south.
"Ohohohoh, I think we'll start with a standard of 2000 Zeni, aren't we Chrona?" Whis asks with his usual happy smile of his own, while Chrona just looks conflicted as if she wants to scold me for my choice of job while also hide from my wrath.
"Y-yes, I'll be betting a-as well.." Comes the Nervous tone of Chrona, with the two settling onto the table and I briefly signal Medea that we're not to be disturbed by other gamblers until I say otherwise.
With Security soon preventing access for other gamblers, Casino Patrons are curious as to why two unusual people are being given special treatment. However, none of them can find out due to security being too tight so just go back to their drinks and games.
While externally I keep up my facade, I talk normally between the two rather important people in the DBZ world since I doubt they're here for Ruler-chan anyway.
"So are you really here for gambling Whis, or are you here for Divine matters..?" I ask Whis while carefully shuffling my deck of cards, waiting for an answer.
"Hmm..why can't it be both my dear soon-to-be student..?" He smiles serenely, before I sigh and nod, starting the game.
"So do you both know how to play blackjack by any chance..?" I ask the two, with Whis shaking his head while Chrona actually nods.
"Don't worry Lady Artoria, I'll explain it to him real quick, just focus on getting our hands to us" Chrona says confidently, to which I nod and simply hand over the first two cards for each of them before revealing the first number.
"Dealer reveals a 9, Chrona you're up first since you know the game" I say, with Chrona looking at her hand.
"I'll double down please!" she says, revealing a 6 and a 5 before I smile and put the extra 2000 Zeni to one side and reveal her next card.
It's a 2
"Oh come on!" Chrona whines before pouting realizing she has to hope for me to bust. Although the diminutive is also very much looking jealous about a very different kind of bust, I merely give her a sly smile and push up my huge breasts with one arm while looking at Whis directly, holding a prop card in my other hand to complete the Bunny-girl look.
"What about you Whis, what will you do~?" I say while enjoying the reaction of festering jealousy as we both know I'm pushing up my bust specifically to rile up Chrona, it clearly works to great effect at that judging by her expression.
"Hmm…I'll go with a hit please dear" Whis says, holding up a 7 and a 4, making 11. I nod and I give Whis another card after finally stopping my teasing of Chrona and moving my arm away.
Whis gets a 6.
"I will stand my dear" Whis says with a serene smile, confident in his chances.
"Alright, that's everyone, dealer drawing…" I say and reveal the next card for the dealer's hand.
It's an Ace.
Both Chrona and Whis just look dumbstruck as I give them a cheerful, serene smile of my own before it quickly turns into a deadpan when I see Whis try and fail to rewind time in my presence.
"How fascinating…." Is all Whis could say before Chrona begins to rip into him for attempting to use his time powers over a game of blackjack, making me cover my hand with my hand and giggle as Whis tries and fails to justify his use of time magic.
Good to know that Destiny Defense AND Paradox defense is coming in handy big time here.
"Now now, in all fairness to Whis, he is quite used to using time-powers to get out of difficult situations I bet, don't punish him over reflex' I say, which only adds fuel to the fire as this leads to Chrona going on a tirade that only she, Whis and I can actually hear thanks to Medea's use of a bounded field over our table.
Soon though Chrona runs out of steam and just looks at me, realizing I intentionally riled her up yet again, with a deadpan.
"You used the dear Supreme Kai of Time to get back at me for using time powers" Whis accuses with a deadpan of his own, to which I merely find myself giggling again, soon responding with..
"Well you DID try to cheat at MY Casino Master Whis.." I say prompting him to just sigh in defeat and nod, with me taking the winnings at last while I look at them with a serious expression.
"Now that the fun is over, why are you two here..?" I ask, prompting Chrona to look nervous again and after a few tense seconds later, she finally decides to speak up, although looking nervous as she does.
"I j-just wanted to meet you, a new goddess with huge breasts…." Chrona says before blushing hard realizing what she said and trying to stammer out some sort of attempt to fix her mistake before I merely chuckle and walk on over, suddenly picking her up and bringing her into a hug, intentionally burying her head in my deep cleavage as it were.
"Then by all means my dear Supreme Kai of Time, do get to meet with me Up close and personally" I say in her ear, making her squeak and soon I feel her fall limp. Concerned I pull her free only to see she passed out with an atomic-level blush on her face while Whis just laughs, finding this interaction between me and the Diminutive Kai very amusing.
"Why I've never once seen our dear Supreme Kai of Time so utterly infatuated, and with another woman at that~" He says, unknown to me he seems to be rearranging plans in his head having more fun with this new opportunity that just dropped into his lap.
"I see, will she be alright?" I ask concerned, while I know rationally she'll be just fine, I can't help but ask anyway. This only fuels Whis's hidden motives more, before simply nodding.
"She'll be just fine my dear, I'll send her back home while she dreams peaceful dreams.." he says, while mentally adding that it'll be dreams of me, unknown to me at the time.
I just shrug and Whis uses his staff to send Chrona back to Toki Toki City while he looks at me with a more serious expression.
"Now then, what's this I hear about you being able to go to other worlds I heard from a certain white-haired demoness…" Whis says, prompting me to curse Fu in my head for letting THAT slip in front of Whis and presumably Chrona.
"Well….you see.." I start before going into a shortened version of how I can travel to other worlds while not mentioning the waifu catalog, bindings, the company or why I can do it.
Whis for his part simply takes it all in and only asks the occasional question which I would answer to the best of my ability. This soon leads to Whis asking the following question..
"Can you take me along with you..?" He asks, prompting me to look rather startled and respond with.."B-but, you're the attendant to Lord Beerus, why would you abandon your post?!" I ask in turn.
This prompts him to sigh, weighing options on what we is to say in response to that before simply going with the most simple answer he can think of at the moment.
"All I want, is just a break from being simply that, the Angelic attendant of Lord Beerus" He says, elaborating further that while he can easily leave for a break anyway, he has nowhere interesting to actually go in order to actually have that break.
"But to do that, you'd have to join my family, permanently at that…" I say, making Whis realize with amusement that I have certain….standards…for recruitment into my family, a core requirement of which he doesn't fit the bill for.
"Is it because I am not a woman like the rest of your lovers..?" Making me freeze as Whis chuckles, having learned by now the exact nature of my family and myself through the subtle interactions we have any time we're not in the pocket space where he can't see.
"Don't worry dear, I'm more than certain I can deal with that minor Inconvenience.." Whis says, knowing a few ways that he can do just that, but it'll require looking into later on.
"But even if I did bind you, I can't do that until I've dealt with a certain…..event that happens in the future…" I say, prompting Whis to realize that I'm referring to some event crucially tied to the timeline due to knowing that I have knowledge of the timeline.
"I see..in that case, is there anything I can do to help speed things up?" Whis offers, hiding the fact he does have other motives for exploring other worlds, none of them malicious however just one of them a precaution for a future possibility.
At this I ponder for a moment, thinking hard on what exactly might help with events to come.
Speaking of which I wonder how Hercule is doing with training with my Shadow clone, after all, I did decide to have it henge into a very particular character.
An abridged character at that.
Meanwhile Pocket Space of Arturia Morgana Pendragon
(Saber's P.O.V)
I did not expect my Incarnated lancer self to have such a…interesting ability alongside having such a unique imagination.
"Alright Maggot, listen up.." The rather eerie henge choice of a black-skinned djin tells Hercule who looks confused, worried and trying his best to not look terrified.
"Popo is about to teach you the pecking order.." The now named Popo says to which Hercule gulps and listens closely.
"It goes you, the dirt, the worms inside of the dirt, Popos stool, Your master Arturia…and popo" Henge-Popo finishes, letting the silence fill the area on the beach for a moment.
"Any questions?" Henge-Popo asks to which Hercule gulps and simply asks..
"W-well Umm, there is one th—" Is all Hercule can get out before he's suddenly flung into the air and into a nearby palm tree and has to gather his bearings.
"Hope you like the short break from there Afro, now any more questions…?" Henge Popo asks to which Hercule shakes his head, knowing that in response to his Master finding out he'll be participating in the tournament In a few months' time, she cranked up the training level by a lot.
Hence why Henge Popo is here instead of her today.
"Good, we may now begin.." Henge-Popo Says ominously.
As Hercule is trained by this…"Popo" creature, I carefully remove the lid off the lunch box I got from Sister, my mouth watering as it has some hand-made hamburger with mayonnaise, cheese, onions, bacon and fresh lettuce, a pot of mash potato that is kept warm using heating runes with help from Medea, some french fries kept nice and warm in a bag with similar heating rune system all with a can of Sister's favorite soft drink.
Coca-Cola.
Well I had best get started on my own training, after all as sister and I religiously agree.
Hunger is the enemy.

He's probably just fine, besides he's being watched over by my sister Artoria Morgana Pendragon, in other words, Saber who is on paid leave today.
"Well, maybe you can help me with bringing a friend back from the dead?" I say in a slightly joking tone, to which Whis simply smiles.
"Oh I can most certainly do that, quite easily might I add!" He says to which I just look utterly shocked.
Then I remember, didn't he revive Frieza after the tournament of power?!
Thinking about it, could I possibly bring HIM back early?
"Well, in that case might as well go see a certain King in otherworld first, since I don't wanna step on any toes.." I say, to which Whis is more than willing to agree to, suddenly teleporting us away without warning me and causing Medea to just sigh, knowing I'll be fine as I clearly am calm around him.
King Yemma's Office
As we appear in King Yemma's office, everyone in line just turns at stares at us, or rather right at me considering I never got the chance to change out of my "Ruler-Chan" bunny girl outfit.
"Whis…" I say warningly before he chuckles and uses his powers to very quickly swap out my outfit for my casual Shinjuku outfit.
"Sorry about that, I got a bit carried away~" He says, but I have a feeling he was just getting me back for having been barked at by Chrona before, making me just sigh at his playful antics.
"Oh Lord Whis, W-welcome" I hear the deep voice of King Yemma as he regards both of us warily, me especially since he can clearly sense the innate divinity coming from me, and he knows full well I'm not Lord Beerus so it's clear I am the new Goddess that's come up lately.
"Oh, don't mind us we're just here to take someone off your hands that this new Goddess has her eye on.." Whis says leadingly, prompting Yemma to look directly at me wondering who exactly has gotten my attention.
"I would like to retrieve one Son Goku from King Kai's planet, if that is alright with you King Yemma" I say respectfully, this causes Yemma both to relax around me seeing I am not as much of a powder keg as Lord Beerus and look at me curiously as to why I want Son Goku.
"As for why I want him, he'll be an invaluable aid to me in the future" Is all I say, making King Yemma grumble a bit but nods, unwilling to get in the way of a divine being, especially one who is clearly hiding alot of divine power.
"While you didn't need to come to me as I'm nowhere near your level my lady, It's nice to be respected for what I do these days.." King Yemma says, being 100% Genuine in his words since it's been some time since anyone has been respectful of his position lately.
"If that is all my lady, King Yemma, I'll bring us both to King Kai's planet directly.." Whis says, prompting King Yemma to give a quick wave before we soon teleport to King Kai's Planet.
King Kai's Planet
Almost Immediately once I arrive, it's clear that King Kai Overheard the entire conversation and tried unsuccessfully to get Goku to hide.
"Hey, you're that Goddess that King Kai has been talking about lately right..?" Goku says, giving me a friendly wave before King Kai slaps him up the back of the head before forces him to bow.
"I'm so sorry my Lady, this uncultured brute I call my Student is–" King Kai goes to say before I merely begin laughing softly at how tense King Kai is around me before shaking my head.
"It's alright King Kai, I honestly expected that from Son Goku himself so don't be so tense, relax alright..?" I say with a soft smile, letting King Kai relax and Son Goku free himself from under King Kai's grip.
"Ehehehehe, so uuh…why are you here exactly..?" Goku asks before I simply point at him, who then points at himself and then goes..
"You wanted me..?" he asks with confusion to which I merely nod..
"Yea, I want to revive you, both as a favor to Master Vegeta as well as your family…" I say, not willing to reveal the threat that comes in a few months time.
At this Goku frowns, thinking for a moment, and then gets an idea, one that I hoped Goku would ask.
"Hey, here is an idea, why don't we fight, if you win I'll end my training with King Kai early and I'll gladly come back with you!" He says with a cheerful grin before King Kai immediately berates him for even suggesting something like that.
"Very well then Son Goku, I accept your challenge" I say, my own battle-hunger and the Saiyan traits ingrained in me relishing at the prospect of fighting Goku himself, even if it's pre-buu saga Goku.
While immensely worried that his planet will get torn up again, King Kai realizes that there is no hope of stopping this fight, all while Whis watches with rapt attention, hoping to see what his student-to-be can do, especially up close like this.
Me and Goku both get into stances, Me the Uchiha Interceptor Stance while Goku his turtle school stance.
"Uuuh, oh to hell with it….ready…GO!" King Kai says before having to rush away as Goku and myself immediately rush each other in Super Saiyan form.
As we collide, we soon lock fingers and keep each other stuck in position before Goku moves first, getting the first hit in by getting me in the stomach with his left knee before grabbing my arms and sending me flying into King Kai's House, making the bug man himself freak out before I zoom out of the ruins only lightly scuffed but grinning.
"Yes, come on Goku, I know you feel it too…the call of battle!" I cry out as I zoom straight at Goku and we begin trading blows, telegraphed right-hand punch caught by my left hand before I attempt to knee him in the gut as I did with Gohan, only this time he catches it with his own left hand.
We soon disengage with each other and re-engage once again, this time I attempt to uppercut with him dodging and attempting to go for my left hip. I push his right fist away with an open palm before I kick him in the stomach sending him flying across King Kai's planet, and soon appear over him and attempt to slam him down by bringing my hands together in a ball and throwing them down toward him.
I am suddenly blasted away by Goku going Super Saiyan 2 and soon find myself on the back foot, quickly being forced to block attack after attack, punch after punch, kick after kick.
Seeing no other option, I go Super Saiyan 2 myself, using the shockwave to get some distance and begin to attempt to pelt him with a variety of Ki blasts. Goku's response to this is to start Instant transmission all over King Kai's planet before suddenly appearing in front of me and kicking me in the face, sending me flying once again, rolling on the ground before I leap up and recover myself in mid-air.
Whis, who is watching all of this happen from a safe distance, frowns at how Arturia is not using any of her divine powers in this fight. He hopes that as the fight continues, he'll see something interesting.
As the fight continues, each of us exchanges a barrage of Ki blasts with me dodging through the Kai Kai and Goku dodging Via instant transmission. We eventually get close and we suddenly do the same finger-locking move as before, with this time us doing us causing us to create a crater under us as the violent golden auras flare drastically.
I suddenly pull backward and lob Goku into the air before kicking him skyward, making Goku briefly lose his bearings before quickly recovering in mid-air but by that time I'm already charging a Kamehameha and fire it a Goku.
Just before it connects, Goku unleashes a massive surge of Ki and bats the technique away, revealing that Goku has JUST entered Super Saiyan 3.
This…THIS changes things…
Before I can respond, I suddenly am overwhelmed by Goku's speed and receive a flurry of strikes to various points on my body and find myself being hurled away from King Kai's world before I finally start to get serious and activate my eternal Mangekyo, using the Imperfect Susanoo and slamming it's blades down on Goku.
However, Goku just barely manages to hold them back with nothing more than his hands and with a roar and surging Ki, he sends me and the Imperfect Susanoo hurling back toward King Kai's planet.
I just feel hurt all over, slowly pulling myself up and seeing Goku Hover a fair bit above me, frowning at me for some reason.
Before I say anything, he suddenly speaks up.."Hey, it's no fun if you're holding back you know, show me your full power!" He demands to which I briefly don't know what he's talking about but I freeze nothing EXACTLY what he means.
"How do you.." Is all I get out before I see Goku chuckling, soon responding with..
"It was kinda obvious you were holding something big back, cmon don't you wanna fight with everything you got? Goku says, before adding "I know I am.."
At first, I am completely silent before I start to softly chuckle, building up to a full-on laugh as I realize something particularly important.
Yes, while I wanted to keep this until I truly need it, I can't forgive myself if I fail to actually use the power first…
Especially since Goku of all people is asking for it, it's only fitting that he sees a version of the peak he will later obtain himself.
And so, for the very first time since actually appearing in this world, I resolutely reach for the power I know I have deep inside..and pull.
Immediately the golden glow I have before is utterly eclipsed by an intense pink aura, with the power itself surging all across otherworld as Goku soon finds himself unable to sense my power level anymore.
Whis smiles from his place watching, protecting King Kai and the others who were on the planet with him from the sheer amount of power coming from me.
"At long last, so this is the power you were hiding my dear…" Whis says with a soft and gentle smile to his face. To him, he sees that Lord Beerus's rival is real, for he sees in me, the potential of a Saiyan to ascend, and realizes that the one I'm fighting will likely be the one to claim that power.
As the pink light finally breaks away, the woman who stands before Goku, the woman that I am is not the same one who held back before.
My normally Blonde hair is now light pink, my eyes glowing a soft pink glow while a rich, deep rose gold aura surrounds my body. I sigh softly and give Goku a confident smirk as I feel as if I am truly free for the first time in a fight in a very long time.
"This, my dear son Goku, is the power of a Saiyan who has attained Godhood, or rather a goddess who has gained the traits of a Saiyan in my own case…" I say with a calm, serene feeling. Compared to the Sheer amount of violent power I was using before, this feels like comparing a raging waterfall to a freaking ocean.
"Huh….didn't know there WAS a transformation like that.." Goku says, seemingly quite eager to face off this transformation of mine, little does he know that in his present condition, his power alone will not win him the fight anymore.
"Oh don't worry Goku, I'll make sure you get very well acquainted with this form…personally" I say as I form a familiar Ki blade, practically identical to that of Goku Black's Ki blade in his own Super Sayian Rose form.
I briefly even see that my long hair isn't violently surging anymore like it was with Super Saiyan before holding my Ki blade in front of me diagonally.
Goku for his part merely grins and readies himself for the fight of a lifetime to come.
Oh what fun this will be!

Smashed with a goddamn hammer.
That is DBZ canon now, there is no putting this genie back in the bottle anymore. Super Saiyan God in the form of Super Saiyan Rose has been unleashed in Pre-Buu Saga.
With that let's get one thing straight, Arturia has not mastered this form at all yet, and likely won't even be able to until shortly before the Buu Saga ends. You'll see part of the problems she'll face in attempting to master it under Whis in Part 2 of this brand-new two-parter.
You'll know what the issues are roughly if you've seen the battle of gods movie.
Goku going Super Saiyan 3 in Otherworld is easier to explain as simply, for Goku to have unveiled that transformation back in the Buu Saga, he probably either had an idea of it already or had underwent that transformation once before.
Here, I decided that Goku has already done it before hence why he was able to activate it against Arturia.
Despite Arturia now having the distinct power advantage, don't count Goku out as he still has a trick of his own to pull out even now, albeit one that comes with it's own risks.
Now normally I would have simply waiting to make this chapter since I did already make one recently, but I was buzzing with so many ideas that it felt wasteful not to try and do something with them.
Next time on A Golden Goddess - Victory, reunions and relaxation at last.
