Volume 5:
Chapter 17: Belos Has Returned
2 years later….
A threat returns. The galaxy has heard a mysterious broadcast. A threat of revenge in the sinister voice of the late Emperor Belos.
Sam and Leia have dispatched secret agents to gather intelligence, while Rey, Ani and Finn, train for battle against the diabolical First Order.
Meanwhile, Supreme Leader Kylo Ren is set to visit Belos, curious on how exactly he returned, and what his plan is….
….
We then see Kylo Ren's ship.
It had landed at the remains of an old Separatist Base on Hoth.
Kylo Ren then exits his ship.
His hair blew in the wind as he approached the base, ignoring his lightsaber.
The base was filled with lots of equipment.
The kind found in droid factories.
Kylo Ren saw a lot of droids.
They all looked like robotic Scouts.
Human Scouts were all working on the machines.
Kylo walked past all of them, a stone cold look on his face.
Kylo Ren then reached a dark hallway.
At the very end was a door.
Kylo Ren walked towards the door.
As he got to them, they opened up to a dark room.
In the middle of the room was a strange device resembling a harness.
With a body comnected to it, hidden in shadows.
"At last…."
It was Belos' voice.
Ren seems uneasy as he walks through the darkness.
Belos said, "Malakis…. Trained you well…"
Kylo said, "I killed him. One day, I'll kill you."
Belos chuckled, "my boy…. I made Malakis…."
As Ren stands still, he hears all too familiar voices.
Belos said, "I have been every voice..."
Malkis' voice said, "... you have ever heard…."
Vader's voice said, "... inside your head."
Kylo Ren's eyes went wide…. Now he knew the truth.
Malakis had been sent to bring him to the dark side.
Vader's voice had been Belos all along.
Kylo comes closer and closer to where the voice is coming from.
Belos said, "the First Order was just the beginning…. I will give you so much more…."
Kylo said, "you'll die first."
Belos said, "I have died before."
The leader of the First Order turns his head and steps towards the voice.
Belos said, "the dark side of the force is a pathway to many abilities, some considered to be…."
Light illuminates Belos' face.
"Unnatural."
It's clear that, whatever the Emperor has been using to sustain his body, hasn't been kind to him. His body is frail, his skin pale, his eyes empty. Bones show in certain places. His golden mask was cracked in every possible place. Ren lifts his saber, holding it mere inches away from the Emperor's throat.
Kylo said, "Malakis only ever spoke of you. Never how you came back."
Belos hissed, "... the Jedi can live on as spirits of the light. Letting go of their bodies to become so powerful. I, however, discovered an alternative path. My spirit now possesses the body you see. A corpse, puppeteered by a powerful spirit."
Kylo Ren was amazed and scared of this at the same time.
He asked, "what can you give me?"
"Everything", Belos said.
He spreads his mangled fingers. Force lightning sparkles between them.
Belos said, "a new Empire."
A hologram of the outside of the base appears.
You can practically hear the Imperial March as a massive fleet of Star Destroyers break through the icy surface.
"The might of the Final Order will soon be ready. It will be yours if you do as I ask", Belos said.
Kylo Ren lowers his lightsaber.
Belos said, "bring me the girl! Kill the last of the Skywalkers! End the Jedi…. And become what your grandfather Vader could not."
Kylo Ren froze at the mention of Vader.
He turned to Belos and asked cautiously, "the girl…. Why is she so important?"
Belos said, "she is of a powerful bloodline. She is not to be underestimated. Neither her, nor the children of Skywalker."
Kylo said, "... I will strike them down. Nothing will stand in my way."
Thunder rumbles as Belos smiles devilishly under his mask.
….
We find ourselves back in the Millenium Falcon.
Padme is in the cockpit.
And with her are Poe, King, Chewie and Eda.
Hunter was there too.
He and Poe were playing chess with Chewie.
Poe asked, "are you ever going to go?"
Hunter said, "he can't beat us every time."
King said, "apparently he does."
Poe asked, "how does he do it?"
Eda said, "this guy right here? It's cause he cheats."
Chewie groans.
Poe said, "we're kidding!"
"Oh, come on. Take your turn", Hunter said.
Poe said, "you're 250 years old."
Eda said, "you're taking forever. That's cheating."
Chewie growls at them.
King said, "of course you're better than this."
Hunter said, "that's why we think you're cheating."
An electronic chimes.
Chewie grunts.
"Don't worry", Hunter said.
"We're not going to turn it off", Poe said.
Chewie groans as he gets up.
Hunter said, "he's cheating."
Poe, "definitely. Klaud, I hope you fixed that surge."
They all get up and turn off the table. They pass by the alien named Klaud.
Klaud responds in an alien language. He looks at some wires.
Poe enters the cockpit next to Padme and says, "T-minus 5."
Padme gets up so Chewie can help pilot the ship.
R2-D2 chirps as Hunter runs by him.
Hunter said, "Artoo."
R2-D2 chirps and follows his friend.
We then see the Falcon approach a planet.
It looks like it's made of icicles. They flew into a cavern.
The Falcon then stopped in a spot.
The area above them opens, revealing a small alien staring at them.
Hunter said, "Boolio, good to see you. You got something for us?"
Boolio said, "from a new ally! A spy in the First Order!"
Hunter asked, "a spy? Who?"
"I don't know. Transfer the message! Give it to Leia, hurry", Boolio said.
R2-D2 chirps.
Hunter and Boolio connect a device to the astromech.
Hunter said, "this could be big, Artoo."
R2-D2 chirps and beeps.
Before more can be said, several squadrons of TIE Fighters and TIE whisper fighters enter the system, prepared to take down the Falcon.
Padme yelled, "Grandpa Hunter, we're about to be cooked!"
Hunter shouted, "we're almost there!"
Eda yelled, "just hurry!"
The beeping ceased, meaning R2 had the info!
Hunter said, "we got it. How do we thank you?"
Right before the door closed up, Boolio said, "win the war!"
The Falcon then took off.
Chewie groans as the Falcon begins a chase with the TIE Fighters.
Hunter and Padme make their way into the gunner seats to provide cover fire.
Poe yelled, "sorry, I'm sorry! I know! Hunter, Padme, you're supposed to be getting rid of those things!"
Hunter was able to shoot one TIE fighter down!
Hunter yelled, "I got one!"
Padme shot one down and yelled, "same here!"
Poe asked, "how many are left?"
Hunter said, "too many."
Eda yelled, "this shit isn't even funny anymore!"
Chewie then grunts as he points to something.
Poe said, "good thinking, Chewie. Hunter, we can boulder these TIEs!"
"I was just thinking that", Hunter said.
Padme yelled, "get us back to base!"
Hunter and Padme shoot the metalwork, and are able to boulder in the TIE Fighters, but there's still a few chasing after them!
Poe asled, "how thick do you think that ice wall is?"
Chewie, Eda and King look at Poe like he's a madman!
Eda exclaimed, "you're not going to!?"
Hunter and Padme make it to the cockpit as the Falcon suddenly jumps through lightspeed, allowing it to go through the ice wall.
As the chase continues, R2 magnetizes themselves to the floor, with King hanging into the couch for dear life.
"WEH", King said in fear.
The TIE Fighters continue chasing the Falcon as it stops among a bunch of sharp mountains.
Padme yelled, "Poe!"
Poe exclaimed, "I know, I know!"
After a few moments, they activate lightspeed once more.
Eda yelled, "what are you doing?"
Poe said, "Lightspeed skipping."
Padme asked, "how do you know how to do that?"
Chewie then groans.
They stop among a bunch of towers, making their way through each one as the First Order continues their pursuit.
Poe said, "yeah, well, Rey, Ani and Finn aren't here, are they?"
They skip once again and stop in a nasty green fog.
The larm wails as a large creature appears before them.
Poe said, "last jump, maybe forever."
Klaud screams in fear.
"Hold on", Poe shouted.
They perform one last lightspeed skip, escaping the TIE Fighters as they crash into the beast!
….
We go to Ajan Kloss, a jungle planet.
Animals are chittering in the distance.
We see Ani dueling an opponent with his saber.
Ani had changed a bit in appearance.
He was wearing some red combat armor and black robes modeled after Revan's clothes.
And his hair was a bit longer.
While the front was still short, the back was a little longer. It looked very much like Anakin's hair in the middle of the clone wars.
Ani then twirled his grandfather's lightsaber in his hands.
His opponent was his grandma Ahsoka, who was wearing her old clothes from the siege of Mandalore.
And as stated before, she still looked great for someone who was old enough to be a grandma.
Ahsoka twirled her white lightsabers in her hands.
She said, "heh, it seems like only yesterday your grandfather was training me."
Ani smiled softly.
He said, "well, you fill his shoes as the teacher very nicely."
Ahsoka smiled at her grandson.
The two then deactivated their lightsabers.
"Your connection to the force has grown much stronger Ani", Ahsoka said.
Ani said, "thanks. It's been easer thanks to having many Jedi to learn from."
"That's my grandson", Ahsoka said as she ruffled Ani's hair.
Ani chuckled.
"I've been trying to focus on listening to the voices of all the Jedi that came before me", Ani said.
Ahsoka said, "you're not the only one. So is Rey."
Ani asked, "why is it so hard? I can already speak to my grandpa Anakin and Grandma Padme, and to Revan?"
Ahsoka said, "I'm not exactly sure."
Ani sighed.
Ahsoka patted his back and said, "I'm sure you'll figure it out some day."
Ani smiled at his grandmother.
….
Meanwhile, Finn was busy practicing various combat stances.
Sam was watching his padawan.
He had become a very skilled combatant in recent years.
Finn was now great at defending himself from blaster shots.
He often mixed blaster and lightsaber combat together.
Finn was a deadly Jedi on the battlefield.
He had definitely come far since his days as a Scout.
"That's enough for now", Sam said.
Finn nodded as he deactivated his saber.
"Finn."
Finn turned around to see Breha.
And in her arms was a two year old girl with short black hair, with skin a bit lighter than Finn's, in a red shirt and blue shorts.
This was Finn and Breha's daughter.
She was named Mira.
Mira smiled as she reached her arms towards her father.
Finn smiled as he picked her up. He never thought when he'd left the First Order that he'd have gained a family like this.
He now went under the name; Finn Solo.
Mira giggled as she hugged her dad.
Finn smiled as he held her close.
Breha walked over to Finn and gave him a kiss.
Finn smiled from ear to ear.
Sam smiled at the sight.
He thought, 'ah, young love.'
….
We then see Rey floating in the air.
She had rocks floating around her, and wore new robes as well.
White robes with brown shoulder and hip pads similar to Bastilla Shan's robes.
BB-8 is watching nearby.
"Be with me. Be with me. Be with me", Rey whispered softly. She opens her eyes and says, "they're not with me. Ugh."
Rey slowly floats to the ground.
"Rey. Be patient", Luke said.
Rey approched Luke and Leia and says, "I'm starting to think it isn't impossible…. To hear the voices of the Jedi who came before."
Leia said, "nothing's impossible."
Rey sighed, "nothing's impossible. I'm gonna run the training course."
Leia hands Rey the lightsaber.
Rey runs off to the training course, with BB-8 rolling behind her
Rey then stopped near the first spot of the training course.
She picked up the helmet.
This blocks her sight as a training droid tries to blast them.
They manage to get across, dropping their helmet as she starts climbing a tree.
On the branch there is a red cloth.
She slices a piece of it off and climbs back down.
Rey then runs again.
She makes her way back to where BB-8 was, jumping across the gap, and continuing like the wind, with the training droid following after them and BB-8.
….
We see Kylo Ren opening a container in his room, showing Vader's helmet.
Kylo Ren touches the helmet.
He was trying to feel some form of connection through the Force.
With who? We don't know….
….
Rey is knocked to the ground as the training droid spins around her.
Rey then gets up.
She continues to eye the droid as she tries to avoid every shot sent at her.
….
Kylo keeps searching for a connection.
….
Rey throws her lightsaber through the air.
The lightsaber goes through the trees.
Her saber slices through a nearby tree, the blades cutting through it twice as she quickly grabs a large stick from the ground and swings it, stabbing the droid into a tree.
Rey's lightsaber then flies into her hand.
The ribbon is still tied to it.
Rey then freezes as she feels something.
….
Ani freezes as well.
….
As does Finn.
….
Kylo reaches out once more.
And this time, he succeeds in making a connection.
….
All four heard voices in their heads, along with haunting images.
No!
Dad!
Join me.
Traitor!
Join me.
Ben! No, you killed him!
No.
Ben!
And the connection ends just as fast as it began.
….
Kylo takes his hand off of the gnarled helmet and walks off….
….
Rey hears whimpering nearby.
Rey turns around to see BB-8 pinned under the tree.
Rey said, "BB-8, I'm so sorry"
Rey helped the droid back up.
….
We then see the group meeting up back at the base.
Rey, Ani and Finn stood in front of their teachers.
Rey said, "I didn't finish the training course. Got distracted. I'm just not feeling myself. I know it looks…. It looks like I'm making excuses."
"Don't tell us what things look like. Tell us what they are", Leia said.
Ani said, "Rey sells herself short. I'm sure she did a great job on the course."
Finn nodded in agreement.
Rey said, "I think I'm just tired. That's all."
"Rey, you know you can tell us anything", Sam said.
Rey gave an uneasy look.
"General's."
The group turned around to see Connix.
They said, "General's…. The Falcon still hasn't arrived. Commander's asking for guidance."
Ani walked over to Rey.
Lola landed on Rey's shoulder and beeped trying to comfort her.
Rey gave a small smile.
BB-8 beeped as well.
Rey said, "thanks."
BB-8 beeped again.
Rey said, "no, you can't earn my saber for me."
Leia said, "never underestimate a droid."
Sam said, "the story of our family."
Rey smiled.
Leia walks off.
We then see Rey, Finn and Ani reading a book.
The sacred Jedi texts.
The trio then come across a interesting page.
It depicted 3 figures.
A woman with flowing green haor ans glowing skin.
An old man in blue robes wirh pink skin.
And a man who looked like the late Grand Inquisitior, but with black eyes and a smaller head.
"I think I have seen these three before", Ani said.
"The Mortis Gods", Finn read out.
"My grandma Ahsoka told me about how she, grandpa Anakin and Obi Wan went to the planet of Mortis", Ani said.
Finn asked, "well, what happened?"
Ani sighed as he began to tell the story.
"Long ago, my grandpa, grandma and Obi Wan were summoned to the planet of Mortis. This was in order to determine if my grandpa was truly the chosen one. They went through many a lot on that planet."
Rey and Finn were in awe.
"My grandma Ahsoka and Obi Wan were in a cave, and they were both visted by someone", Ani said.
Finn asked, "by who?"
"My Grandma recieved a visit from her future self", Ani said.
Rey said, "woah. And who visited Obi Wan?"
"Qui Gon Jin", Ani said.
Finn asked, "and did anyone visit your grandfather?"
"Yes…. My grandfather's mother…. Shmi Skywalker…. But it wasn't really her….", Ani said.
Rey asked, "who was it?"
"The Son…. He wanted to try and trick my grandfather into joining him", Ani said.
That was shocking.
"When my Grandfather,Grandma and Obi Wan tried to leave the planet…. Grandma and Obi Wan were kidnapped", Ani said.
Finn asked, "what happened next?"
"Grandfather was able to save them…. And the Father gave Anakin a choice to stay on Mortis…. But grandpa refused the offer", Ani said.
Rey asked, "that's good, right?"
"Yes…. But when they tried to leave the planet again…. The son kidnapped grandma", Ani said.
Rey gasped in shock.
Finn asked, "what happened next?"
"Grandpa found grandma…. But the Son had infected her with the dark side and she fought my grandfather", Ani said.
Rey and Finn gasped in pure shock.
"Obi Wan brought the dagger in hopes of stopping the son, but my grandma snatched it from Obi Wan and brought it to the son", Ani said.
Rey and Finn had a feeling the story was about to take a dark turn.
"The Son…. Then he did something…. And he killed Grandma Ahsoka with a single touch", Ani said.
Rey gasped in shock.
Finn asked, "but…. How is she still alive now?"
"The Daughter…. She transferred her life force to bring my grandma Ahsoka back to life", Ani said.
Rey and Finn were shocked by this.
"Then Grandpa went to confront the Son….", Ani said.
Rey said, "I'm guessing that didn't go well?"
Ani said, "the Son showed him visions of the future. Of what he'd become. Of Darth Vader."
Rey and Finn gasped in shock.
Ani said, "my grandpa nearly killed Anakin and Ahsoka, due to the Son twisting the truth. Luckily, the Father intervened and erased his memories of the future."
Rey asked, "what happened after that?"
Ani said, "my grandpa, grandma and Obi Wan worked with the Father to defeat the Son, resulting in him and the Father perishing as well."
Rey and Finn gasped again.
Ani said, "after that, the three of them woke up on their ship, right where they were supposed to meet Rex, as if no time had passed."
"Woah", Finn said.
Ani nodded.
"That is quite a story", Rey said.
Ani said, "yeah, it is."
"Guys! The Falcon's back!"
The trio turned to see that Collin was the one who'd yelled that.
They grow big smiles as they run off with him, BB-8, Lola and Rose towards the Falcon.
Everyone is clamoring around the Falcon.
A man yells, "come on, get over here!"
Another yells, "I need a fire crew here! And another one in the back! Go, go!"
A woman yells, "coming!"
"It's on fire", Poe said.
BB-8 whines at the sight.
Ani has wide eyes at the sight.
Poe said, "whole thing's on fire. All of it. It's on fire."
Hunter emerges from the Falcon, and is nearly tackled to the ground when Ahsoka sees him and jumps into his arms.
"Oh honey, you're okay", Ahsoka said.
Hunter chuckled as he and Ahsoka stood up and held one another.
"Hey", Rey called out to Poe.
Poe said, "hey!"
Rey, Ani and Finn approach Poe.
Rey asked, "there's a spy?"
Ani said, "please say yes?!"
Padme said, "we-"
Poe interrupted, "- really could have used your help out there."
Finn said, "can we argue later…."
Rey asked, "how did it go?"
Poe said, "really bad, actually. Really bad."
Padme, "we had to escape from a First Order squad."
"Han's ship….", Rey said as she saw the ship.
Poe asked, "what'd you do to the droid?"
Rey asked, "what'd you do to the Falcon?"
"The Falcon's in a lot better shape than he is", Poe said.
"BB-8's not on fire", Rey said.
Poe said, "what's left of him isn't on fire."
Ani said, "tis but a scratch."
Padme said, "you said that about that scar you got the other day."
Rey said, "tell me what happened."
Poe said, "you tell me first."
Rey asked, "you know what you are?"
Poe asked, "what?"
Rey said, "you're difficult. Really difficult. You're a difficult man."
Padme said, "you aren't on missions with him constantly."
"You…. You are….", Poe said.
Padme approached as Rey asked, "bad mood?"
Padme asked, "me?"
Finn said, "no, I can't even remember the last time I saw you in a bad mood."
Rey points to Poe and says, "him."
Hunter and Padme said, "always."
Rey asked, "do we have a spy?"
Padme said, "well..."
Chewie grunts.
Rey asked, "you lightspeed skipped?"
Ani said, "it's official, Poe is as crazy as Uncle Han was!"
Poe said, "weah, well, it got us back here, didn't it?"
Rey said, "Poe, the compressor's down."
Poe said, "oh, I know, I was there."
Ani muttered, "oh kriff…."
Finn said, "every time…."
Rose, "ain't it the truth?"
"You can't lightspeed skip the Falcon", Rey said.
Poe said, "actually, it turns out you can."
Finn said, "it wasn't designed for it!"
Padme said, "alright, guys, we just landed, okay?"
Ani said, "listen to Padme, she knows what she's talking about."
Rey asked, "what happened?"
Poe said, "bad news, that's what happened."
Rey asked, "no spy?"
Poe said, "no. Spy."
Rose said, "that's not really a clear answer."
Finn asked, "did we make contact with a spy or not?"
Padme said, "yes, there is."
Hunter said, "there's a mole in the First Order, and they sent us a message."
BB-8 beeped.
Poe asked, "you dropped a tree on him?"
Rey asked, "you blew both sub-alternators?"
Poe said, "well, you know what…. Maybe you should've been out there with us!"
Ani said, "woah, don't pin this on us!"
Rey said, "you know we wanna be out there with you."
Poe said, "yeah, but you're not. You're here training. For what? You're the best fighters we have. We need you three. Out there, not here", Poe turned to Ackbar's son as he approached and said, "Ackbar Junior…. Get Artoo into reconditioning."
R2 rolls off to deliver his message.
Rey asked, "what's the message?"
….
Later, we see the Resistance all grouped together.
Poe said, "we've decoded the intel from the First Order spy…. And it confirms the worst. Somehow…. Belos has returned."
Everyone gasped around them.
Angela who was now 7 years old, whimpered in fear and hid her face into her father Prime's shoulder.
Prime hugged her close.
Rose asked, "wait. Do we believe this?"
HK-50 said, "disbelieving statement: it cannot be. The Emperor is dead."
"And how is he still alive? Luke and Sam were there…. When Anakin threw Belos down the reactor shaft", Ahsoka said.
Sam asked, "who said he was still alive?"
Hunter said, "but I thought Sith couldn't become force ghosts?"
Plo Koon, who was sitting down, said, "Master Yoda said he once encountered the spirit of Darth Bane. So they might have abilities such as this."
"Oh kriff", Eda said.
"He's been planning his revenge. His followers have been building something for years. The largest fleet the galaxy has ever known. He calls it the Final Order", Poe said.
Sam said, "the New Republic will be put on high alert."
Alastor said, "he's had years to complete this fleet. Who knows how powerful it is?"
Chewie groans.
Breha said, "I agree with the Wookie."
Poe said, "the Emperor and his fleet have been hiding on Hoth for years. It's ssid they're searching for a place called; the World Between Worlds."
"Oh no, that can't be good", Ahsoka said.
R2-D2 chirps frantically as Rey runs off to look at the Jedi texts.
C3-P0 said, "legend describes this world as a place between the multiverse."
Ahsoka said, "Ezra and I've been there. If Belos got there, he could rewind time…."
"He could alter history", Hunter said.
Sam said in unease, "he could prevent the Rebellion from winning the war…. Prevent his death…. Or even erase the Jedi order from history…."
Leia said, "always. In the shadows. From the very beginning."
Polly said, "from the Clone Wars, to now. If we want to stop him, we must find him. We must find where the World Between Worlds is…."
Rey approaches Leia, Sam and Luke.
Rey asked, "Leia, Sam, Luke? Can I speak with you three?"
….
In a few minutes, we see Rey, Ani and Finn speaking to Leia and the other Jedi.
Rey said, "I know how to find the World Between Worlds."
"Tell us", Sam said.
Ani said, "there are ciphers here we can't read. But what we can says to get there, you need one of these. A Sith wayfinder."
Finn said, "they're compasses that lead the way to a portal to the World Between Worlds. To stop what we all know is coming…. We need to find it. Find the Emperor."
"No", Leia said.
"It's too dangerous", Luke said.
Rey said, "I don't want to go without your blessing, but I will."
Ani said, "the same goes for me."
Finn said, "and me too."
"We will go. That's what you three would do", Rey said.
Sam chuckled and said, "they have a point."
"Then stay safe you three", Luke said.
The three nodded.
….
Poe asked, "so, you got her up and running?"
Poe turns to Rey, Finn and Ani.
"Yep", Ani said.
Rey, said "you were right before. We're gonna pick up the search for the World Between Worlds. We're gonna start where the trail went cold. The Forbidden Desert of Pasaana."
"Yeah, I know. We're going with you", Poe said.
Poe walks towards the Falcon with Padme following.
Poe asked, "Chewie, you get that compressor fixed?"
Chewie grunts a yes.
Padme said, "great work!"
"We're going as well", Collin said.
Finn turns to Rose as she approaches, "we need to go alone. Just the three of us."
Rose said, "yeah. The three of you with friends."
Ani said, "it's too dangerous, guys."
Padme said, "we go together."
Rose zaid, "all of us."
Chewie grunts his agreement.
BB-8 chirps in.
Lola beeps her reply.
C3-P0, "I wholeheartedly agree."
Terrance growls in agreement as HK-50 said, "statement: I wanna shoot up some meatbags!"
Collin chuckled at his droid.
Lola landed on Ani's shoulder.
The trio smile, chuckling softly.
"Then let's go", Rey said.
The group begins making their way to the Falcon.
As he's setting off to go off with Rey, Finn and Poe, C3-P0 turns to R2 and says, "in the event that I do not return…. I want you to know that you have been a real friend, Artoo. My best one, in fact."
R2-D2 chirps happily at his friend's words.
Rey, Ani and Finn stand before Sam, Luke and Leia.
"Stay safe you three", Sam said as he hugged Ani.
Rey said to Leia, "there's so much I want to tell you. I don't think all the time in the Galaxy would be enough."
"Tell me when you get back", Leia said.
Leia and Rey hugged
Rey sniffles as Leia says, "Rey…. Never be afraid of who you are."
Rey smiled a little.
Rey and Leia end the hug, and as Rey heads towards the Falcon, Finn and Luke shake hands.
Lola gives Sam a farewell as well. Sam smiled as he pet the old droid.
The trio made their way to the Falcon.
Eda and King raced after them as rhe formed yelled, "wait for us! We ain't gonna be left out of this adventure!"
"What Eda said", King exclaimed.
The Skywalker siblings chuckled at this.
….
We then see Rey sitting in the cockpit with Chewie.
Poe is in the lounge with most of the others.
A few little Porgs were still huddled up in corners of the Falcon.
Chewie grunts something at Rey, to which she replies, "it is."
And with that, the Falcon started up, and began its next journey….
"Let's go", Rey said.
