Chapter 18: Search For The Dagger

A metalsmith, the Symeong Sith alchemist Albrekh, welds Ren's helmet back together as he looks on, surrounded by his Knights of Ren.

It is a long process, but it proves fruitful.

With his helmet reforged, the Supreme Leader convenes a meeting of the First Order Council aboard his Resurgent-class Star Destroyer, The Steadfast, including General Armitage Hux, the newly promoted Commander Phasma, and Allegiant General Enric Pryde. As Ren and his Knights stride through the Steadfast's corridors into the conference room, a Scout likens the Knights of Ren to "ghouls", while chatting with his fellow Scout.

We then see the severed head of Boolio placed on the table.

Kylo said, "we have a spy in our ranks…. Who just sent a message to the Resistance and New Republic. Whoever this traitor is won't stop us. With what I've seen on Hoth…. The First Order is about to become a true Empire."

There was silence in the room.

"I sense unease about my appearance, General Hux", Kylo said.

Hux asked, "about the mask? No, sir. Well done."

Bellava Parnadee said, "I like it."

Hux gives her a sharp glare.

Phasma from nearby says, "no-one likes a kiss-ass Parnadee."

This earns a glare from Parnadee, and an actual smile from Hux.

"Forgive me, sir, but these allies on Hoth…. They sound like a cult. Conjurers and soothsayers", Quinn said.

Phasma said, "so did our Supreme Leader, and look where he is now?"

Enric Pryde said, "they've conjured legions of Star Destroyers and battle droids. The Sith fleet will increase our resources 10-1,000 fold. Such range and power will correct the error of Starkiller Base."

Amret Engell sajd, "we'll need to increase recruitment. Harvest more of the galaxy's young."

Phasma commented, "that will take too long."

Domaric Quinn asked, "this fleet, what is it, a gift? What is he asking for in return?"

Kylo Ren then begins to force choke Domaric Quinn.

Kylo growled, "prepare to crush any worlds that defy us. My knights and I are going hunting for the scavenger, the traitor, and the last of the SkyWalker bloodline!"

….

We then see the Falcon come out of hyperspace.

It is above the desert planet of Pasaana.

….

After they land, the crew all walk through the planet's desert.

Ani, Finn, Poe, Padme, BB-8, Lola, Chewie, C3-P0, HK-50, Terrance, Collin, Eda, King and Rose.

Poe asked, "you sure this is it?"

C3-P0 Said, "these are the exact coordinates left behind."

Upbeat folk music is heard playing and a crowd is cheering.

They see a huge festival going on.

Eda asked, "what the kriff is this?"

C3-P0 said, "the Acky Acky Festival of the Ancestors. This celebration occurs only once every 42 years."

Padme muttered, "oh joy."

Finn said, "well, that's lucky."

C3-P0, "lucky, indeed. This festival is known for both its colorful kites…. And its delectable sweets."

Everyone stares at C3-P0, making the protocol droid turn to look behind him.

The group then walked down to the village.

Rey said, "I've never seen anything like this."

Finn, "I've never seen so few maps to the World Between Worlds."

Padme said, "relax, we'll find it."

Eda said, "there's always random First Order patrols in crowds like these."

Poe said, "in that case, we better keep your heads down. Chewie."

Chewie grunts at the remark.

Lola landed on Ani's shoulder and beeped.

Ani smiled at her.

The group then walked through the crowds.

The upbeat folk music continues.

Poe said, "let's split up. See what the locals know."

King said, "you got it Poe."

Rey and Ani see an older alien telling a story to a group of little alien children.

One female child comes up to Rey and Ani with two necklaces.

"She is saying, 'Welcome'", C3-P0 said.

The alien gives Rey a necklace and puts it around her neck.

She does the same to Ani.

C3-P0 said, "her name is Nambi Ghima."

Ani said, "nice to meet you. I'm Ani Skywalker."

Nambi's eyes went wide and she talks again.

Ani asked, "what's she saying?"

"She's saying she's heard stories about your family and wants to know if they are true", C3-P0 translated.

Ani chuckled and said, "a good chunk of them are, yes."

Nambi then turned to look at Rey.

"Your name is really cute, I'm Rey", Rey said.

Nambi then talked again.

"She would be honored to know your family name, too", C3-P0 translated.

Rey pauses for a moment and says, "I…. I don't have one. I'm just Rey."

Rey and Ani then sense something dark.

As does Finn.

Kylo reaches them through their force bond!

Kylo said, "Belos wants you dead. All of you."

Finn said as he now stood beside Ani and Rey, "we figured."

Rey asked, "serving another master?"

Kylo said, "no. I have other plans besides letting Belos have you. I offered you all my hand once. You wanted to take it. Why didn't you?"

Ani said, "you could've killed us. Why didn't you?"

"You can't hide, Rey, Finn, Ani. Not from me", Kylo said.

"I see through the cracks in your mask. You're haunted. You can't stop seeing what you did to your father", Rey said.

Ani said, "grandpa's words echo in your head. As does how you nearly killed my father."

Kylo Ren clenched his fists.

Kylo asked in anger, "do you still count the days since your parents left?"

The one question Rey still had no answer for. Why was she left on Jakku?"

"Such pain in you, such anger. I don't want to have to kill you", Kylo said.

"Don't listen to him Rey", Ani said as he held his girlfriends hand.

Kylo growled, "I'm going to find you and I'm going to turn you to the dark side. When I offer you my hand again…. You'll all take it."

Finn said, "I doubt it."

Rey said, "we'll see."

Kylo suddenly reaches out and grabs the necklace Nambi gave Rey!

The chatter around the trio resumes as the connection ends.

Rey touches her neck.

Poe was asking, "has he seen him?

Rose said, "haven't a clue."

Ani, Finn and Rey appraoched the group.

Rey said, "we have to go. Back to the Falcon. Now."

King asked, "why?"

HK-50 said, "joking query: did a Zillo Beast show up?"

Ani said, "it's Ren."

….

Back on the Star Destroyer….

"Sir, we've had this analyzed. It comes from the Middian System, Pasaana, Forbidden Valley", Kandia said.

Kylo said, "prepare my ship. Alert the local troops. Send a division."

Pryde said, "yes, Supreme Leader."

….

As Rey and her friends head back to the Falcon, a Scout spots them!

The Scout said, "freeze. Hold it right there. I've located the Resistance fugitives. All units, report..."

The Scout is suddenly shot by a masked man and woman.

"Follow us", the masked man said.

The crew runs forward.

The man speaks alien language to an alien named Kalo'ne, driving a transport.

Kalo'ne said, "okay."

After the masked man helps them to escape from the Scouts, Finn asks, "how'd you find us?"

The man takes off his mask to reveal himself to be Lando Calrissian!

Lando sajd, "Wookies standout in a crowd."

King and Eda yelled, "Lando?!"

Collin, Padme and Ani smiled and said, "Uncle Lando."

Chewie groans in joy as he hugs Lando.

"It's good to see you, too, old buddy", Lando said.

Poe asked, "but who is the other one?"

The masked woman removes her mask and it's Lilith!

Ani, Collin and Padme exclaimed, "Aunt Lilith!"

Eda quickly hugged her sister.

Lilith smiled as she hugged her younger sister.

King said, "it's so good to see you two!"

"It is an honor to meet you two", Finn said.

Lando said, "pleasure's all mine, kid."

Lilith said, "it's good to see you all. We're sorry about Han."

Chewie nodded, thanking the old man for his condolences.

C3-P0 said, "this is General Lando Calrissian."

Rey said, "we know who he is, Threepio."

Lando abd Lilith give hugs to Ani and Padme.

Lando, "ah, I remember when you two were smaller than Ewoks!"

Padme said, "it's great to see you Uncle Lando."

The others gave nods before Poe asked, "General Calrissian, we're looking for the World Between Worlds."

Lando said, "of course, you are. And for that, you'll need the Wayfinder…."

Lando then activates on his wrist a hologram of a Wayfinder.

"Only two were made", Lando said.

BB-8 chirps his two cents in.

Rey said, "Luke came here to find one."

Lando chuckles and says, "I know. I was with him. Luke, Lilith and I were tailing an old Jedi hunter. Ochi of Bestoon. He was carrying a clue that could lead to a wayfinder. We followed his ship halfway across the galaxy here. When we got to his ship, it was abandoned…. No clue. No wayfinder."

Ani said, "well that's a problem…."

HK-50 said, "query: is Ochi's ship still here?"

Lilith said, "it's out in the desert, where he left it."

Rose said, "well at least we have a location."

Rey said, "we need to get to that ship. Search for it."

Engines are heard outside, Lando and Lilith look out the windows.

Lando muttered, "I've got a bad feeling about this…."

Lilith said, "you and the rest of the universe."

"Ochi's ship is out past Lurch Canyon. Go", Lando said to the others.

Poe said, "thank you, General."

Chewie grunts softly at his old friends.

Lando said, "you, too, Chewie."

Collin, Ani, Padme, Eda and King each gave the duo a hug.

Rose and Finn gave handshakes to him.

Collin said, "Leia needs pilots, Uncle Lando."

Lando said, "my flying days are long gone. But do me us a favor…. Give our regards to Leia and Sam."

Collin said, "you should give it to them yourselves. Thank you."

The group leaves.

The group are running and then Poe spots something.

"There! Those speeders", Poe shouted.

Padme said, "good eye, Poe!"

Squadrons of TIE Fighters and First Order dropships fly overhead as the crew hurries through the crowds to the fringes of the festival.

Poe powers the speeders up.

Finn asked, "how do you know how to do that?"

Eda said, "I feel like we'll get the answer soon enough…."

C3-P0 said, "no need to worry. I made it."

HK-50 said, "sarcastic statement: yay."

Male aliens exclaiming and shouting run towards the group.

King yelled, "we gotta go!"

The group takes three speeders away from the festival.

On one is Poe, Finn, Padme, Chewie and C3-P0.

On another is Rey, Ani, Lola, BB-8 and Rose.

On the third is Eda, HK-50, King, Terrance and Collin.

The group then are being shot at by Scouts who are riding speeders as well.

Eda yelled, "HK, start shooting!"

HK-50 began shooting at the scouts, yelling, "happy exclamation: EAT THIS, MEAT BAGS!"

Several jet Scouts take to the air!

Oh! They fly now", C3-P0 said in horror.

Finn shouted, "fhey fly now!?"

Poe said, "... they fly now."

Eda yelled, "they flew back during the Clone Wars!"

The speededs split up to lose their pursuers.

Rey steers the speeder as she tries her best to avoid the shots.

Ani activates his lightsaber.

As do Finn and Collin.

The three began to deflect the shots.

Rey is pursued by the jet troopers, Collin is pursued two treadspeeders while Poe takes the skiff speeder through a narrow canyon.

Poe asked, "did we lose them?"

Finn said, "looks like it!"

C3-P0 said, "excellent job, sir!"

However, they are intercepted by a treadspeeder lying in wait.

C3-P0 said, "terrible job, sir!"

….

BB-8 chirps that he has an idea!

Rey yelled, "not now, BB-8!"

Lola then flew over to BB-8 and beeped.

BB-8 fires a colored smoke canister, blinding the pursuing treadspeeder and causing it to crash onto rocks.

Rey said, "never underestimate a droid."

Ani said, "the motto of our life!"

Lola and BB-8 gave their version of a high five.

….

Collin took care of the other treadspeeder by using the force to send a large boulder on top of it.

….

Finn manages to tie a rope around the treadspeeder's engine. Poe then brings their skiff speeder to a halt, causing the pursuing speeder to crash against a rock. Chewbacca also shoots down a Jet trooper just as all three speeder's catch up with one another.

Finn yelled, "whoo!"

"Ochi's ship", Rey said as she saw it, "I've seen that ship before!"

Ani could tell Rey had a past with this ship.

Poe yelled, "Rey!"

Collim asked, "we get all of them?"

However, the last remaining jet trooper shoots at their two skiffs, causing them to crash onto the rocks and throwing the Resistance team into a strange looking field. Rey and her comrades manage to shoot the jet trooper, causing the soldier to crash against the rocks.

Poe asked, "what the Hell is this?"

BB-8 chirps frantically.

As they are sinking in through the quicksand, Rey yells, "sinking fields! Try to grab something!"

Ani yelled, "and make sure it doesn't sink too!"

C3-P0, "will this agony ever end?"

Eda exclaimed, "I've been asking thay all my life Threepio!"

Terrance roared in fear as HK-50 yelled, "angered statement: you have to be shitting me!"

Poe yelled, "come on!"

Rose asked, "the universe just loves to punish us, doesn't it?!"

"Rose! Rose", Collin said.

Rose yelled, "what!? Collin!"

The group can't stop themselves from sinking!

….

Back at the Resistance Base….

"We're getting reports of a raid at the Festival of Ancestors", Snap said.

Sam asked, "isn't that only every forty two years?"

Alastor said, "lucky them."

Leia said, "this mission is everything. We cannot fail. Any words from Rey and the others?

Snap said, "Falcon's not responding."

Ahsoka asked, "do you have to say it like that?"

Snap asked, "like what?

Prime said, "like they're dead."

Leia said, "do me a personal favor? Be optimistic."

Snap said, "yes, ma'am. Uh, this is…. This is terrific. You're not gonna believe how well this is gonna turn out."

Angela whimpered in her father's arms as she was worried for her siblings.

Prime said, "they'll be fine, sweety. I promise."

"The force is with them…. I can feel it", Sam said.

Ahsoka nods.

….

Back on Pasaana….

We see group after they sink in through the sand and end up in underground tunnels.

BB-8 chirps as he and the others all fall into some underground tunnels.

Poe groans and spits some sand out.

He, Padme and Rose get up from the ground.

Poe yelled, "Rey! Finn! Ani!"

Rose called out, "Chewie! Eda! Collin!"

Padme exclaimed, "King! Terrance! HK-50! Lola!"

C3-P0 Said, "you didn't say my name, but I'm alright."

Then more sand was falling from the roof and Poe rushed over and grabbed Rey as she fell through.

Poe asked, "you alright?"

Rey said, "yeah. Where's Finn? And Ani?"

Poe asked, "where's Chewie?"

Chewie is heard groaning.

As Finn gets up, we see Ani right under Chewie.

Padme and Rose help Chewie up off of Owen.

Soon, the others all pop up.

Ani asked, "what is this place?"

C3-P0 said, "this isn't the afterlife, is it? Are droids allowed here?"

Padme said, "given everything you, Artoo, Lola, and BB-8 have done for us, I think you deserve it."

Poe said, "I thought we were goners."

C3-P0 said, "we might still be."

Eda said, "try to be optimistic Threepio."

King asked, "which way out?"

Rey said, "we have to hurry."

The hall is very dark.

And so, Rey, Collin and Ani all activated their lightsabers.

Poe activated a dinky flashlight.

As the group continued on, Rose asked, "so, what were you gonna ask me?"

Collin said, "I'll tell you later."

Poe asked, "why not now?"

Collin said, "this is neither the time, nor place."

Rose asked, "well then when?"

Collin suggested, "how about after the mission?"

Rose said, "fine, I can wait…."

Lola was on Ani's shoulders as she beeped.

"Me too Lola, I don't like this place", Ani said.

HK-50 said, "statement: I have my weapon set to kill."

Chewie grunts as Poe says, "I don't wanna know what made these tunnels."

C3-P0 said, "judging by the circumference of the tunnel walls..."

Poe said, "I said I do not wanna know. Not."

Padme asked, "what's that?"

Collin said, "is that a speeder?"

Rey said, "what? An old one."

C3-P0 said, "perhaps we will find the driver."

They found the driver.

Only, he wasn't alive.

BB-8 chirps.

Poe saud, "yep, BB-8, I think dead, too."

They found something on the driver.

C3-P0 said, "oh, my. A hex charm."

Rose asked, "a what?"

"A common emblem of Sith loyalists", C3-P0 explained.

Rey said, "Sith…."

Collin said, "never a good sign."

Finn asked, "this was Ochi's?"

Ani said, "Uncle Luke sensed it. Ochi never left this place."

Rose said, "and he ended up down here."

King said, "something we don't want for us…."

"Then let's get out of here", Eda said.

Poe said, "Ochi was headed for his ship. Same thing happened to us, happened to him."

Finn asked, "so, how did Ochi get out?"

Rey said, "he didn't."

Rose asked, "how do you know this?"

Chewie groans at the sight they find.

Ochi's bones in the underground tunnel.

Eda said, "no, he didn't."

"Bones. I don't like bones", Poe said.

C3-P0 said, "bones? Never a good sign."

Padme said, "unless you're an archaeologist."

BB-8 beeps.

"Yeah, I see it", Rey said.

It's a dagger.

Ani said, "careful Rey."

Rey hears a woman whimpering as she touches the blade. Ani, Finn and Collin can hear it as well.

Rey whispers, "horrible things…. Have happened with this."

Terrance whimpers.

King asked, "how do you know?"

Rey said, "Cal taught me this skill. To feel the last actions of an object, and what the person felt."

Ani said, "have I ever mentioned how impressed I am with your skills?"

Rey smirked and said, "you could stand to mention it once or twice."

"There's writing on it", Poe said.

C3-P0 said, "perhaps I can translate. Oh. The location of the wayfinder, has been inscribed upon this dagger. It's the clue that Master Luke was looking for."

Poe asked, "and?"

Collin asked, "where's the wayfinder?"

Eda asked, "is it close?"

"I am afraid I cannot tell you", C3-P0 said.

Poe said, "20.3 fazillion languages, and you can't read that?"

"Oh, I have read it, sir. I know exactly where the wayfinder is. Unfortunately, it is written in the runic language of the Sith", C3-P0 said.

Rose said, "that doesn't bode well…."

Rey asked, "so what?"

C3-P0 said, "my programming forbids me from translating it."

Poe said, "so, you're telling us the one time we need you to talk, you can't?"

Eda said, "that's ironic."

C3-P0 Said, "indeed, irony, sir. I am mechanically incapable of speaking translations from Sith. I believe the rule was passed by Chancellor Belos in the Senate of the Old Republic…."

Just then a giant sand worm appears behind C3-P0.

BB-8 yelps as Lola screams!

Terrance growls as the san worm is snarling.

C3-P0 yelled, "serpent! Serpent! Serpent!"

They prepare to fight the beast, but Rey notices that the serpent is injured.

Rey slowly approached the serpent.

BB-8 chirps softly as the creature growls.

Ani asked, "Rey?"

Ani feared for Rey's life, but trusted her avtions.

The vexis continues snarling and growling as Rey slowly makes her way towards the creature's wound.

Poe said, "Finn."

Finn whispered, "shh."

Padme whispered, "give her a chance Poe."

The creature growls more softly.

HK-50 said, "statement: I'm gonna blast it."

King said, "don't blast it."

Collin said, "you blast it, I'll slice your head off."

Rey moves her hand close to the wound and begins concentrating her energy. She slowly begins to heal the wound the vexis has.

The creature moans a little.

The others watched amazed as Rey healed the creature.

Ani smirked as he remembered who taught Rey this skill.

After Rey heals the sand worm, it chitters softly and leaves the crew alone, showing a hole to the surface.

The others all sigh in relief.

BB-8 chirps a question.

Rey said, "I just transferred a bit of life. Force energy from me to him. It was a skill Master Grogu was able to teach me."

Padme asked, "Grogu? Isn't he the Jedi that is the same species as Master Yoda?"

"And who was found by a mandolorian", Poe said.

BB-8 chirps to Rey as she says, "you would've done the same."

Ani helps Rey to her feet, the two of them smiling brightly at one another as the group made their way up to the surface….

….

The group then make it back to the surface.

They see an old ship on a hill.

C3-P0 said, "we cannot possibly fly in that old wreck."

Eda said, "I don't think we have much of a choice Threepio."

Poe said, "we gotta keep moving. Find someone who can translate that dagger. Like a helpful droid."

Ani said, "don't berate Threepio, Poe. He can only do so much."

C3-P0, "I suggest we return to the Millennium Falcon at once."

King said, "that is a terribke idea."

Padme said, "I agree. They'll be waiting for us at the Falcon."

Finn said, "yeah, they'll throw us in the Pits of Griq."

Poe said, "and use you as a target droid."

Eda said, "or worse, smash you into who knows what in a spice mine!"

C3-P0 said, "you all make excellent points, at times."

Rey then senses something.

Finn, Collin and Ani sense it as well.

King asked, "what is it?"

Rey said, "I'll be right behind you. It's Okay."

King gave a concerned nod as he ran to the ship.

Ani said, "he's here. Isn't he?"

Rey nodded.

Finn said, "we gotra get outta here."

Rey, "you all get in the ship. I'll be there soon."

Ani gave her a kiss before saying, "deal with him, and get to the ship as fast as you can."

Rey gave a nod and determined look before running off.

Ani and the others all got into the ship.

"Man this ship does look old", Eda said.

"You said it", King said.

Terrance was already covered in dust!

Poe said, "let's see what we got. Let's get those converters fired up."

C3-P0 shudders, "what a filthy ship!"

Padme said, "says a droid who's been on the Falcon numerous times."

Poe is able to power the old ship up, with Padme helping with the controls.

"Look at that", Poe said.

Ani asked as he looked out the ship's window, "where is she?"

Poe said, "Finn, help us out over here."

Collin said, "Chewie, King, Rose, tell Rey we gotta go."

Chewie, King and Rose each give a nod as they run out.

Padme asked, "what's she doing?"

Finn said, "it's Ren."

"Oh kriff", Ani muttered.

Lola beeped as well.

….

However, a Knight of Ren is watching the Wookiee, Titan and woman from behind. ….

As Rey waits in the desert, Ren's TIE whisper roars through the desert only meters above the sand.

….

While the others are waiting for Rey, Finn, Ani and Collin run out of the ship only to find that the Knights of Ren and Scouts had captured Chewbacca, King Rose and Ochi's dagger while the three of them were searching for Rey.

They watch as the three of them are led aboard an Atmospheric Assault Transport.

Collin is about to run forward, but Finn stops him.

Despite Collin's feelings for Rose, he knew he shouldn't just run after the transport.

….

As Ren approaches Rey in his new TIE whisper, Rey runs into a leap.

Rey jumps over the TIE whisper and with her lightsaber is able to slash off the left wing of the ship!

This sent the ship into a tailspin. It crashes in a fireball some distance away.

As Rey stares at the crashed ship, which Ren jumps out of, she heard Finn yell, "Rey! Rey!"

Rey turns to her friends.

Ani yelled, "they got Chewie, King and Rose! They got 'em!"

They see two transports flying through the sky.

Rey sends her hand forth, pulling back the transport she thought her friends were in!

Rey see's Kylo Ren send his hand forth as well and starts to pull the ship to him.

The fierce game of tug of war went on for several agonizing moments, until something terrifying happened….

Lightning suddenly surged out of Rey's fingertips, electrocuting the transport and sending it to the ground in flames!

Rey and the others watch in shock and horror at what just happened.

Rey yelled, "Chewie! King!"

Collin yelled, "Rose!"

But then, Ani sensed something that gave him great relief.

"Guys", Poe shouted.

"We gotta go, they're coming", Padme shouted.

Rey barely hears the words as she looks at her hand in fear.

She had just used the power of the darkside!

She whispered, "what did I do?!"

"Rey come on", Ani shouted.

Kylo and Rey share a look before she runs after the others.

They get on the ship and fly off as fast as they can, leaving Ren there alone.

….

Later in the ship….

Rey cried, "I lost control."

Finn said, "it wasn't your fault."

Rey exclaimed, "it was."

Collin said, "no it wasn't Rey. You had no idea what you were doing."

Rey cried, "but I killed Chewie, King and Rose!"

Ani said, "you didn't kill Rose, King and Chewie."

Rey asked, "what?"

Ani said, "I sensed it. They were on the other transport. They're still alive."

"Oh thank the force", Rey said.

Collin sighed in relief.

Finn said, "and besides, it was Ren. He made you do it."

"You know that Ren would do anything to make us use the dark side", Ani said.

Rey said, "but still…. That power came from me."

"Rey…. Don't be afraid", Finn said.

Rey said, "there are things you don't know."

Collin saif, "then tell us."

Rey pauses before saying, "I…. I had a vision. Of the throne of the Sith. And who was on it."

Ani asked, "Ren?"

Rey said, "not just him. You, Finn and I stood with Ben. As rulers of the First Order."

They all gave uneasy looks.

Lola beeped as did BB-8. Terrance nuzzled against Rey's leg.

Rey smiled softly as she pets Terrance's head.

Padme came up and asked, "so what now?"

Ani said, "now…. We gotta get the dagger, and save our friends…."

"And we need a plan", Poe said.

….

Meanwhile, the captured Millennium Falcon is escorted by TIE fighters aboard the Steadfast.

Hux said, "we recovered the scavenger's ship, but she got away. Under the command of the Knights of Ren, we suffered losses. A transport was destroyed."

Pryde said, "I've seen the report. That all?"

Hux said, "no, Alligiant General. There was another transport in the desert. It brought back three valuable prisoners."

Pryde asked, "prisoners?"

King, Chewie and Rose are brought in, shackled.

Hux, "the beasts used to fly with Han Solo."

Chewie roars.

King yelled, "beast?! Why I oughta!"

Hux said, "and the girl is allied with the remaining Jedi"

As Hux points a finger at Rose, she bites it, making him step back clutching his finger.

Pryde sakd, "take them to Interrogation 6."

A Scout said, "move it."

Rose, King and Chewie are taken away, hoping that their friends would save them.

….

Poe asked, "we've only got eight hours left. So, what are we gonna do?"

"What can we do? We got to go back to base", Finn said.

Eda said, "and leave King, Chewie and Rose captured, no!"

Padme said, "we don't have time to go back. We are not giving up. If we do that, they got captured for nothing."

Collin said, "Chewie had the dagger!"

HK-50 said, "exasperated statement: that certainly throws a wrench in our plan."

Poe said, "well, then we gotta find another way."

Ani said, "well, there isn't. That was the only clue to the wayfinder thing, and it's gone. Taken by the First Order."

C3-P0 said, "so true. The inscription lives only in my memory now."

Poe asked, "hold on. The inscription that was on the dagger is in your memory?"

"Yes, Master Poe. But the translation from a forbidden language cannot be retrieved. That is short of a complete redacted memory bypass", C3-P0 said.

Finn asked, "a complete what?"

"It's a terribly dangerous and sinful act…. Performed on unwitting droids by dregs and criminals", C3-P0 said.

Eda yelled, "let's do that!"

Ani asked, "doesn't Artoo have all of Threepio's memory saved up?"

Collin said, "most likely."

"I know a black market droidsmith", Poe said.

C3-P0 asked, "black market droidsmith?"

Poe said, "but he's on Kijimi."

Finn asked, "what's wrong with Kijimi?"

"I had a little bad luck on Kijimi. But if this mission fails, it's all been for nothing. All we've done, all this time", Poe said.

Eda said, "that ain't happening."

Finn said, "we're all in this", he looks over to Rey, "until the end."

Rey takes his hand.

Ani takes hers.

Rey said, "for Chewie."

Collin takes Ani's hand and says, "for Rose."

Eda takes Collin's hand and says, "for King.

Padme takes Ani''s hand and says, "for the Resistance!"

Finn holds his hand out to Poe.

Poe asked, "hands?"

Finn said, "hands."

Poe takes his hand and says, "for Chewie, Rose, King, and the Resistance. Kijimi."

C3-P0 comes over and takes Poe's hand.

Poe and Padme then begin to pilot the ship.

Elsewhere in the ship, BB-8, lola and HK-50 look around.

BB-8 chirps softly as he finds a small deactivated droid.

Lola flies over to the droid.

They looked like a small white ball with a black stripe down the middle.

BB-8 rolls over to the droid.

They begin to power it up by plugging into it.

The small white droid then began to slowy turn on.

Two blue eyes lit up and stared at the droids.

A cheery voice from the droid said, "hello there!"

And then a dreary voice said, "why couldn't we stay asleep?"

Lola and BB-8 beeped.

HK-50 said, "query: what is your designation, tiny ball?"

"My name is One-One", One-One said.

one-one said, "and who are you?"

HK-50 said, "proud statement: I am a top of the line HK-50 unit."

One-One said, "nice to meet you all."

one-one said, "your friend seems like an egotist."

Lola and BB-8 let out what sounded like laughter.

HK-50 growled and had to stop himself from blasting the tiny droid.

BB-8 and Lola then led One-One to the others.

Ani asked, "hey, what do we have there?"

One-One said, "hello there."

Rey said, "hello."

When they saw Rey, one-one said, "Mistress Shan? Is that you?"

Rey was confused.

Ani asked, "wait, what did you just call Rey? Mistress Shan? As in…. Bastilla Shan?"

One-One said, "why yes. She and Master Revan were our masters…."

"Until that bung-hole Trandoshan they met stole us and sold us….", one-one said.

Finn said in shock, "wait wait! This droid is…. Or was Revan and Bastilla Shan's droid!?"

One-One said, "oh yes! They were such a lovely couple."

"When they weren't copulating in the back of the ship", one-one said.

The other's went wide eyed as they knew what One-One was talking about.

"Okay first of all…. I am not Bastilla Shan…. My name is Rey", Rey said.

One-One said, "how strange. You look a lot like her…."

"But with a bun instead of a ponytail", one-one said.

Now that got Rey thinking even more.

There seemed to be some sort of connection between her, Revan and Bastilla….

One-One asked, "pardon me, but where am I going to go?"

"Don't worry, you can stay with us", Ani said.

One-One said, "yay!"

"Better than nothing", one-one said.

"We're heading up to Kijimi", Poe said.

The others nodded as they got ready to land….
