Chapter 6

Night time approaches, and Ash and I are now heading back to Pallet Town. But just as we arrive at the door of the front gate, Ash and I are shocked to see a 7-year-old girl lying in front of the gate.

"Hey, are you okay?" I try to shake the girl, but she is still unconscious. Ash listens to her heartbeat and says, "She's still alive. Anyway, we can't let her sleep here, we should bring her inside the house, maybe we'll know what's going on after she wakes up."

"I guess it's fine." I say as we bring the girl to our bed. When we watch the girl, we notice that the girl has black hair, and her face is much like Serena's... but I used to be Serena... and our faces didn't look that much different as well... so what does it mean?

"Hey, Ash... Don't you think this girl... her face..." I was cut off as Ash says, "I know... she shares some resemblance of your face, but the hair color..."

"It's the same as yours." I say and my face starts to blush red, "Do you think that this girl might be..."

"I don't know... maybe I should ask either Celebi or Dialga about what is going on tomorrow." I reply. "Anyway, do you want to sleep with her for tonight? I'll just sleep in my own room..."

"I think it's the only way." I sigh, I can't blame Ash for thinking so because it will be uncomfortable to move the girl while she's fainted. I decided to sleep beside her as I fall asleep.

The next day, I woke up because I heard humming... the song is so familiar... it was actually the song that I used on the Showcase final... When my eyes are fully wide, I realize that it is the girl who we found last night that is humming.

I quickly rush out of the bed and go to Ash's room. "Ash! Hurry up and come here!"

"Okay, I'm coming!" I dragged the drowsy Ash to the room, and he also widens his eyes as he hears the humming.

"Is she humming?" I nod at him, and Ash decides to carefully shake the little girl. "Hey, please wake up..."

And just then, the girl stops singing and her eyes slowly open. Her eyes are the same color as Ash... what is going on here?

"Thank goodness you're awake." Ash helps the girl sit up, and he asks, "Do you know why you're lying in front of my house?"

The girl looks at us with confusion, before shaking her head. I ask, "How about your name? Did you remember it?"

"My... name... Mikasa..." The girl mutters. I don't know if she's scared or not, because usually people in her age don't have any vocal problems.

"Mikasa... that's a good name." I say. "My name is Lillie, and this is Ash."

"Li...li... Ah..." The girl seems like she wants to call our names, but the pronunciation seems to be hard for her. Ash says, "I think it might be hard for you to pronounce our names. How about you call us whatever you want?"

The girl starts to think as she stares at us, and then she looks at Ash and says, "Papa." Then she turns to me. "Lili...Mama."

I start to tremble... does that mean this girl doesn't even have any parents by her side? Emotions are starting to burst inside me as I quickly hug Mikasa.

"Yes... Mikasa, I'm Mama." After hearing this, Mikasa smiles at me, and she hugs me back, "Mama!"

Ash also seems to be smiling at us, and tears are also coming from my eyes. After giving her some warm milk and a small bun, Mikasa seems to be sleepy again, so we let her sleep on the sofa in the living room.

Ash walks out of the house as he summons Arceus. Since the window is open, I can hear Ash talking to him.

"Arceus... can you call Celebi or Dialga here? Since I want to ask them some questions." Ash says.

"If you're talking about Mikasa, then they're the wrong Pokemon to ask." Arceus says. "Instead, I should be the one to tell you everything."

"So who is Mikasa? How did she show up in front of our doorstep?" Ash asks.

"She is, without a doubt, your daughter. The Ketchum Aura is flowing inside her." Arceus says.

"So is it time traveling?" Ash continues to ask, and I am also curious about that as well.

"More like dimension traveling. She is from a different dimension where she is the sole survivor of the battle against Team Rocket, or should I say... Team Rainbow Rocket." Arceus says.

"Sole... Survivor... what do you mean by that?" Ash demands, and I can see that he is really sad. I'm feeling the same way... does that mean the two of us failed to protect the girl in that dimension?

"Both of you sacrificed yourselves in that world to end Team Rainbow Rocket. But without you, she had no will to live and she wanted to commit suicide by taking poisonous drugs. She was found by Lunala and she brought her here, and Celebi healed her so that the drugs weren't affecting her."

Both of us gasp in horror, to think that Mikasa has so much courage to do such a thing... Ash asks, "Since this dimension is peaceful because we've already destroyed Team Rocket without having either of us killed, you think it's better to bring her to us so we could take care of her as a child..."

"I'm sorry if it is a burden to you." Arceus says.

Then I didn't even focus on what Ash and Arceus are talking about because I was watching over Mikasa. Her sleeping face is different from last night, she seems calmer, I wonder if it is because of her mental health...

I take a blanket from my room and cover it around the young girl, it is just the moment that Pikachu, Sylveon, and Snowy come to the living room. The three of them are staring at Mikasa and they have a lot of confusion.

"Oh right." I say to the three Pokemon. "It turns out that Mikasa here is Ash and my daughter from another dimension. I don't know how it works, but...Ash has been asking Arceus about everything right now."

The three Pokemon stare at the girl before giving a nod, as they want to look after the girl. I walk outside and Ash asks, "Where's Mikasa?"

"She's still sleeping. Pikachu, Sylveon, and Snowy are looking after her. So what's the deal with that girl?" I ask. "I was able to hear that the two of us in her dimension were dead and she was about to commit suicide."

"It seems like in that dimension, we have been having a war with Team Rocket... so all this time Mikasa has been living in hell ever since she was born. We managed to stop Team Rocket in the end, but we also died after using up all of our energies and the wounds that we got during the battle..." Ash starts to have tears in his eyes as he looks at his hand. "I don't know what you think, but ever since I met her last night... I think I'm quite attached to her already..."

"Me too... if we just refuse to take care of her... I feel kinda bad. But how are we going to tell others? I don't want them to get the wrong idea, but telling the truth seemed ridiculous as well, I'm not sure if they'll believe us." I say with a frown.

"Papa! Mama! Please don't leave me!" Suddenly, we hear Mikasa's wailing as we quickly rush back into the house, the girl still has her eyes closed, but tears are on her cheeks, and Ash quickly hugs her.

"Your Papa won't leave you, I'm here." Ash quickly tries to soothe her, and she seemed to calm down a little. I think she was having a nightmare, so I also join in the hug as the frown starts to turn into a smile.

Noon Is approaching, and Mikasa is awake. She noticeS the two of us in the kitchen preparing lunch, we prepare some sandwiches, and just when we deliver them to the table, I notice Mikasa and say, "Good morning, Mikasa. Are you feeling fine now?"

"Yes, Mama. What's for lunch?" Mikasa asks innocently.

"We have sandwiches for lunch." Ash says as he delivers a piece of the fruit sandwich for her. "Here."

Mikasa takes a bite of the sandwich, and she seems to enjoy it. But just as she sees Ash's spicy tuna sandwich, Ash notices her stare and says, "I don't know, Mikasa. This is really spicy."

"But I want to try the same one as Papa's!" Mikasa pouts a little, and I somehow find it cute.

"Is that so? If that's the case, I won't stop you." Ash takes another piece and delivers it to Mikasa. "Here."

Mikasa takes the sandwich and starts to bite, and she seems to be content. "It's so good..."

"Looks like she is capable of enduring spicy food." Ash says to me.

"Yeah..." I pat Mikasa's head and Ash says, "But the way that she pouts to me... it actually looks the same as you."

"Really?" I pout a little since Ash is making fun of me again, and Ash just chuckles and says, "There it is again."

After we finish the sandwiches, Mikasa is now standing in front of Ash and asks, "Papa, Mama, are we going to train aura?"

"Train aura?" Both of us are surprised, did we in that world start to train her with something as dangerous as aura? "How long have you been training with aura?"

"Papa trained me with using the moves since I'm four, and Mama also trained me with the tactics since I'm five." Mikasa says.

Ash says, "Mikasa. We're not going to train you with aura yet. Your Mama and I have planned to go to Alola today."

"Alola! Can I come as well?" Mikasa asks with excitement, and Lillie says, "I guess we should also bring her with us... I just hope that my parents aren't going to be so shocked..."

"I'm sure they'll understand." Ash says to me. "However, for Gladion, I'm not sure what he will think..."

I can see how Ash seems to be scared of my brother, after all, he is quite overprotective and if he gets the wrong idea, I am not sure if Ash will survive this time.

"Sure, Mikasa. You can come with us." Ash says.

"Yay! I wanted to try the food in Aina's kitchen again!" Mikasa says.

Ash looks at me and I look at him, "So she knows about Aina's kitchen?"

"Why are you asking me? I know just as much as you do." Ash replies to me, and I guess he's right. There are so many questions in my mind and I don't know when to begin. But all Ash and I can know is that we're not going to let Mikasa go like we were in that dimension.

Here is a new chapter, and I introduce Ash and Lillie's daughter from another dimension: Mikasa Ketchum, Arceus brings her here with Ash and Lillie because she deserves to have a new family. And I hope you like this chapter. The next chapter is going to be Ash, Lillie, and Mikasa heading to Alola.
