Once entering her house, Jenny kicked over a trash bin in frustration.

"God-fucking-dammit Drusilla!" She shouted. Jenny was confused as to how and why the fuck Rupert and Willow were in Texas in 2009. She knew it couldn't be 2009 Rupert and Willow, as they looked the same as they had years ago.

So why the fuck had they time travelled at the exact same time as her and Dru? It was lucky, she had at communicating with them that it was her. That she was alive, again, albeit possessed. But there was one little problem with that plan. Dru was onto her like a hound. If she was about to say something revealing, Drusilla would focus all her energy on regaining control and shutting Jenny's plans down.

She learned that early in her possession experience.

It had been a day since he and Willow went out shopping, meeting an aggravating woman in the process. He had gotten a... decent nights sleep, two dreams, only one of which was a nightmare, so he'd call that a win.

"Ok Giles what the hell did you make last night," shouted Buffy, clearly upset.

"We ate toast and roasted vegetables? Not my proudest work, I'll admit, but it wasn't bloody awful."

"I feel like my insides were thrown into a blender, I almost threw up earlier, c'mon guys back me up," she said, looking at the other four teenagers.

"The meal wasn't great but you're overreacting," said Cordelia, rolling her eyes.

"I feel fine," said Xander, while Oz simply shrugged.

"Yeah Buddy you seem to be the only one wh..." Willow trailed off, the whites of her eyes growing larger. Buffy glared at her, clearly impatient.

"W-well, Buffy, is there any chance you might, well, you know, since you and A-" Xander cut her off, realizing what she was trying to say.

"What she is trying to ask, is there a possibility you're working on a little you." Willow glared at him, knowing he could have handled it more gently.

"Willow that would be impossible," Giles stated, still tired as hell, "Angel is a vampire, soul or no soul, so highly doubt-"

"Well," Buffy cut in, "better safe than sorry, that one place, Planned Parenthood, doesn't it offer free pregnancy tests?"

Giles sighed, "Fine, I suppose it's better safe that sorry, although I highly doubt it's anything more than a flu."

"So.. my daughter is here for a pregnancy test.."

The woman at the front counter was tall, with short ginger hair.

"Ok, just fill out this form and a nurse will be right over."

Giles and Buffy sat down and filled out the form, before handing it back to the lady at the counter.

A nurse walked in to the waiting room.

"Buffy," she called, and Buffy got up.

"B-Buffy, just know that, whatever the result is, I have your back, alright?"

"Thanks Giles."

Buffy and the nurse left the room, and another woman entered. He recognized her at once.

It was Ms. D'Alessandro from the Starbucks.

"Rupert, surprise seeing you here! What's the occasion?"

Giles glared at her in frustration.

"Really, truly so respectful of you Ms. D'Alessandro. If you really want to make this your business, which it is not, my daughter is getting tested for pregnancy."

She flashed him a smug smile, and a sense of deja vu shot through him.

Cheryl walked up to the front desk, and took out a small rectangular device, which Giles recognized as a modern "smartphone."

"What are you doing, exactly.." he trailed off as music started playing from the... device.

"Playing Possession by Sarah McLachlan. Using my cellphone," Cheryl stated, staring at him with a deeply confusing look in her eyes, "surely you understand the concept." Giles could sense the sarcasm lacing her voice.

"Yes yes of course," he said, seemingly polite, although his glare revealed his annoyance with her.

As the song played, Cheryl still looked at Giles in a manner that put him on edge. He knew he was probably overreacting, he hadn't been getting much sleep in the past couple of weeks anyways, so he wasn't exactly thinking straight.

But he couldn't help feel unnerved around Ms. D'Alessandro.

Buffy came back out. She looked upset.

"They say I need to wait a few minutes for the results."

Buffy sad down next to him, and looked at Cheryl. Her face shifted, and she was clearly uncomfortable.

"This is Ms. D'Alessandro-"

"Please, just call me Cheryl," she interrupted.

"This is Ms. Cheryl, we've met a couple times before this. I didn't know she worked here,"

"I'm director, shockingly enough," she sarcastically stated.

Buffy leaned towards Giles.

"My slayer senses are going crazy right now," she whispered.

Giles stared at Cheryl suspiciously, as she flashed him a stupid smug grin.

Suddenly, her face shifted, and her eyes seemed almost glazed over.

Her expression shifted from a smug grin to a polite smile.

"I've got to be going now, have a peaceful day," she said quietly, walking away.

"I-is she alright," Giles asked the receptionist.

"Yeah she's always been a bit off," the receptionist responded.

Suddenly, a nurse came out.

"The test is negative."

Giles and Buffy were walking home. It was late in the afternoon, and they were almost to the house Giles had rented.

"So I was right about vampires being infertile," Giles stated, trying to hide his smugness.

"Yeah, the test was a waste of time," Buffy muttered, before her face brightened, "but now we know that somethings up with Cheryl."

"I-I don't think so. She's a bit odd, and we've both been through a lot, so it makes since we'd be suspicious of her. Willow was with me when we first met, and she didn't find her to be too unusual."

"So everything today has been a dead end, great," Buffy sarcastically stated.
