Fred bounced around in his kaiju suit, unable to contain his excitement for the impending fight against Red-A2. "Cooooool! We're fighting an actual-real life android! This is like some 'Battle Angel Alita' type stuff—no slight correction, she was a cyborg, so it's more like..."

"Like...'Astro Boy'?" Honey Lemon suggested

"Oh yeah, yeah! She may look like a regular chick but underneath her human appearance lies a cold, hard, killing machine!"

"Uhhhh, is it just me or is she smiling right now?" Wasabi said.

"It's not just you, bro! Maybe she's just as pumped about this as we are!"

"Somehow I don't think that's the reason..."

It was no mistake, Red-A2 had broken out into a wide grin at the prospect of being able to face a team of extraordinary humans, according to the data she obtained from SFIT. They would serve as an excellent test to gauge just how powerful the new and improved Designed to End keyblade truly was as well as further reinforce the machine's authority over mankind. Afterall, she reasoned that if she could not defeat the strongest and brightest of humans, that meant machines were not yet ready to become the dominant species.

So she drew A2's keyblade, and with it, channeled all of her drive and determination into the twin blades. If Designed to End held true to its namesake, then through its blades, humanity would fall.

"Yooo, that's sick! Her sword looks a lot like-"

"Pay attention, you nerd!" Go Go shouted.

Fred had to jump up to avoid the blast of Fira she shot at him. "Oh! Presumptive attack, I see! Then let's fight fire with fire!" He returned the attack with a powerful flamethrower that consumed Red-A2.

"Hell yeah, direct hit! That had to inflict some critical damage!"

Once the fire subsided, however, Red-A2 was nowhere to be seen.

"She must've evaded your fire right before it hit. Hiro should've gotten a read on her," Honey Lemon said. "...Right, Hiro?"

"..."

"Hiro!"

Suddenly, Red-A2 landed down in front of them holding Hiro by the hair. "Strange, I thought you humans would be more-" She paused to search for the right word. "Alert."

"Let him go!" Go Go threw one of her discs at Red-A2, aiming for her neck, but she sliced the disc in half without ever taking her eyes off of them.

"Just what do you want anyways?!"

"All I ask for is the subservience of humanity to machine life forms, like a pet, if you will. And I'd like to accomplish this by killing as few humans as possible, it would be a waste of resources."

"No way that's happening!" Hiro said.

"That's right! You must have a few screws loose in that bucket of bolts you call a head if you think we'd ever let you enslave humans!" Go Go yelled. "Come on guys, let's save Hiro, and teach this robot a lesson!"

Honey Lemon threw a concoction of chemicals at Red-A2's that froze her from her legs all the way to her chest, then Baymax took Hiro away from her using his rocket thruster hands.

"Thanks, guys!" Hiro said.

After Hiro was freed, he re-grouped with the rest of his team, then they initiated their counter-attack against Red-A2, with Hiro coordinating their moves to create the best synergy. Fred and Honey Lemon were the front runners, beginning with a massive fire attack, amplified by Honey Lemon's chemicals. Wasabi and Go Go came in next, each of them shooting a series of projectiles into the fire, and it ended off with Baymax blasting his two rocket thruster hands straight at Red-A2.

The tactic was a relatively simple one Hiro developed, it was an unrelenting series of rapid-fire attacks meant to disorient and disable an opponent before they had a chance to react. However, Red-A2's android body was built to withstand exactly those types of attacks, so once the fire subsided, not only did Red-A2 remain unscathed but she had taken advantage of the barrage of attacks and was able to transform Designed to End to Humanity's Will.

Red-A2 launched a storm of missiles at Big Hero 6, but Honey Lemon was already on top of things and created a large barrier that absorbed the shock of the explosions.

"Nice, Honey Lemon! Alright guys, I was able to collect a bunch of combat data from that initial attack. She's powerful, but she has a weak—"

The roar of an engine firing drowned out Hiro's voice, then seconds later, they saw a long chainsaw blade slice off the top of the barrier, allowing Red-A2 entry inside.

"What the heck- where'd she get a frickin' chainsaw?!" Wasabi yelled.

"It's just like Sora's sword, his could transform into different weapons and hers can too," Hiro said, jumping back onto Baymax. "I sent you guys her internal structure, we'll hit her at her weak point and take her down!"

Red-A2 was then subject to another round of the same ineffectual attacks, but in a different order and combination. Unbeknownst to Big Hero 6, she had been holding back her punches for the most part, interested in both their fighting capabilities as well as developing her own. An interest that quickly started to wear thin because with each attack, they grew closer and closer to reaching A2's black box. Once one of Go Go's disc grazed past the aforementioned black box, Red-A2 decided she had enough of being on the receiving end of their string of attacks.

She revved up her chainsaw, Glory to Mankind, then scaled the side of a skyscraper, up to where she matched the height Baymax and Hiro were flying at. With lightning-fast speed, she launched herself off the side of the building then lodged the chainsaw blade straight through Baymax's battle suit and into his interior build.

"BAYMAX!"

"When you can no longer rely on machines, just how far will you fall, human?" As they plummeted from the sky, Red-A2 yanked at the cord to Glory to Mankind so that the chainsaw blade would rip through Baymax's insides, then she looked deep into Hiro's eyes. "Show me the true strength of humanity."

Pallex: No you were right, I had a line in there of Kairi reacting to it but I ended up deleting it on accident. I did update it to include that line, thanks for noticing

Goldfaber: #1 hater to #1 fan

Aggin: Oh for sure lol, Red-A2's incredibly powerful rn

Anon: Praying for my girl A2 to beat all murder charges when she's finally free.

Guest (Jun 28): Lol probs, might have to pull that cheat code for something else

J Geil (Jun 30): That's a good question, if it were Roxas and A2, I would've restructured their dynamic in a way that focused on how similar they are to each other rather than highlight their differences. So they would probably have a deeper understanding of each other since they would both be learning abt the world together. Roxas def would've either disliked A2 or be standoffish toward her in the beginning so I wonder who'd break the ice.

J Geil (Jul 4): Ik the ending for Nier Automata was supposed to be left for interpretation so I wanted to maintain some of that with the original ending as well as reference kh 1, I'm very happy that you liked it! I just do *a lot* of research on the core themes of each game and the characters lol, Nier was a lot easier for me to analyze than drakengard 3 but it's a lot of fun clashing the nihilist and hopelessness of drakenier with fun happy kh stuff!

Guest (Jul 27): That stuff got debunked I was so upset about it too

Angry Mango: Big oof for BH6

Deeno3p0: ohh you're legit gonna make me cry, I'm so happy you could take that much meaning out of my fanfics! I incorporate as much of the core themes from each game as I could in relation to which character (A2 vs Zero) the story would revolve around! The og Nier would require a completely different approach tho, wouldn't even know where to start with that one.

Yes I love kh, I think my favorite aspect of writing each story was balancing both the kh and drakenier elements, seeing how they'd clash and change each other in diff ways. It definitely took a lot of time and research to get right but it's like second-hand to me. I'm glad you find it so re-readable tho, I do wonder how every goes together reading it all at once vs on a weekly to monthly basis.

As for your second concern, I pull anywhere from khddd to kh3 for his moveset, mainly kh3d, he can pretty much use any spell. I thought I threw in Barrier Guard a couple of times, I probably didn't use its name though, which is my bad, I'll keep that in mind. It'd be a pretty comedic scenario gauging the reactions from the GoL

"Memor[I]es of Dust"

Naminé woke up on the floor of an empty train car, buried under the remains of two machines. As she sat up, a fractured machine head rolled off her back, which she picked up out of curiosity. "I know you...you were one of the machines I saved from those rude tech guys...can't forget a face like yours." Picking herself up from the ground, she held the machine head in her arm as she wandered down the train car aisle. "...What happened?"

The streaks of blood and oil painting the inside of the train car and the shards of glass scattered across the ground formed together pieces of her memory from the other day. Then when she reached the busted-down door laying lopsided against one of the seats, that was the final piece for her to form a clear picture in her head. "That's right...a bunch of machines broke in, then they started taking everyone away. I was the only one who didn't get taken, because of you. Thank you."

Naminé set the machine head down on one of the seats. "Still, something really bad's going on right now. I need to find Kairi and Pascal and let them know." She felt for her gummiphone in her pocket, relieved that it was still intact in spite of all the destruction, but when she tried to give Kairi a call, it failed. "...Maybe it's poor signal." She went through the opening left behind the door, then carefully navigated her way to the train tracks, where they would hopefully lead her to a nearby station.

As Naminé made her way down the train tracks, the quietness of the city stuck out to her. The rhythm of walking feet against the busy streets, the chorus of chattering people, punctuated by the blaring honks from the cars and buses. Even the annoying jingle from the advertisement billboards created a melody that the city sung each day and night.

But today, its song was silent.

Emptiness was no stranger to Naminé, after all, to be a Nobody meant to be well-acquainted with it, but those days of isolation in Castle Oblivion were nothing more than a memory, a memory that ought to stay just that. Yet there it was, loneliness and emptiness, they surrounded her, held her by the hand, as if they had never left her side.

After a while of walking alone on the train tracks, searching for a better signal, she ended up having to walk inside a dark tunnel and immediately felt the presence of...something else. She tried to get out as quickly as she could, but she saw a pair of glowing yellow eyes light up against the darkness, and they were following her.

"Human detected. Apprehending at once," Said a robotic voice.

"Not good! A- At least I know it's not a heartless..." Naminé swallowed hard, combat wasn't her forte and without Kairi to protect her, all she had to rely on was herself. "O-Okay, it's just one machine... I've seen Kairi do it a hundred times so it shouldn't be hard!"

The moment she said that, a dozen more pairs of eyes popped up in the darkness, all repeating the same thing; "Human detected. Apprehending at once."

Needlessly to say, Naminé had no choice but to surrender herself to the machines and before she knew it, she was forced into chains and escorted to an enormous factory at the heart of San Fransokyo.

"U-Um what is this?! Where are you taking me?!"

The machines shoved Naminé through the factory doors and into an ocean of metal. The sounds in that factory were of pure dissonance, lying in stark contrast to the melody of the city. The giant compactors created loud, deafening noises, the churning gears screeched and moaned, but worse yet were the desperate wails and cries of the hundreds of people forced to work in the factory at the machine's mercy.

But, the most haunting noise of all was the silence. The silence when someone would collapse from exhaustion and when they got taken away to burn in the incinerator, they could not even muster up the energy to scream. It sent shivers down Naminé's spine and if she didn't do anything about it, she'd be right there with them, working herself to death. Luckily, she still had that fight in her, that rebellious spirit that kept her from the Organization time and time again, and she sure as hell wasn't about to be put in another cage.

'Think Naminé, I have to get out of this or I'm dead.' Naminé stalled on the steel bridge. "You know...the way you guys are running this factory is totally inefficient! Seriously, who is your guys' boss, I'd like to have a word with them!"

"Silence, human."

"I'm telling you- you're treating humans as if they're machines like you guys, but all you're doing is working them to death! Everyone's just gonna die working here!"

"I said silence, human!" One of the machines pushed her to try and make her walk forward, but she ended up falling down on the steel bridge. Her gummiphone slipped out from her pocket from the fall, then slid to the edge.

"No! No- nonononono!" She desperately tried to reach out for it before it fell off, a task that proved to be difficult with the chains binding her, and rolled off the bridge instead in her pursuit.

A fall from the bridge all the way down to the factory floor would've ended in her death, but she fell into the arms of a woman who caught her mid-air before setting her back on the bridge.

"Ah- you saved me...thank you."

The woman, better known as Red-A2, crouched down to Naminé's level, analyzing her. "Human, I heard your...concerns. If you think there's a more efficient way for me to run this factory then enlighten me."

"Uhh, well for starters, the conditions you have these people in are totally inhumane! Humans aren't machines, they need food, water, reasonable breaks, and comfort in order to survive and work a lot better!"

"...A waste of time and resources."

Naminé broadly gestured to the number of people dropping like dead flies. "What's a bigger waste of time and resources is how you're running things! I'd give it about 2 days before everyone's you know-" She drew a finger across her neck.

"2 days? That's not nearly enough time to ..." She let out a begrudging sigh. "Fine. I have many data files concerning humans and their behavior, they are organic beings that require nutrients to sustain themselves. It seems I've overlooked that in building this facility. What changes do you propose that I implement in order to better accommodate the humans?"

'Oh so she's like one of those androids Kairi was telling me about. I thought they'd be way nicer than this, but for some reason, she seems kind of fixated on me. I can take advantage of this.' "...A-Actually I- I have a better idea! Why don't I help you with the human stuff like 'official director of all human activities' because there are just so many design flaws that I can't think of them off the top of my head!"

Red-A2 breathed out another sigh. "...Fine." She looked up at the machine holding her captive. "You two are dismissed. Release the human into custody with me."

"As you wish."

Next, she freed Naminé from the chains, then beckoned to her. "Come."

Naminé followed Red-A2 deep within the factory into an empty room, where thick pipes ran along from the floor to the ceiling and she could hear the steady hum of generators just outside the walls.

"These will be your accommodations where you will develop solutions for these so-called 'design flaws' and address any problems in regards to the humans."

Naminé took one look at the room, then shook her head. "Okay, I'm going to at least need a bed and a desk- oh and of course some food! Can't work on an empty stomach, you know?"

"...I'll have my machines acquire the necessary furnishings and resources for you to properly complete your work." Red-A2 turned to leave.

"W-Wait!"

"...What?"

"I never got your name."

"My...name?"

"Mm hm. Since we're going to be working together from now on, it'll get pretty awkward if I don't know what to call you."

"'Awkward' and this word means...?"

She rubbed the back of her head. "Like it's weird or...uncomfortable. Ugh, you're making this way more complicated than what it has to be, just tell me what you want me to call you!"

"My official designation is 'Terminal Alpha and Beta', but I've been called many names. Some have referred to me as N2, others; 'The Red Girls', or simply; 'The Machine Network'. I began as a program but since taking control of this android body, I have become the consciousness of many into one physical entity."

"Oh, I kinda like the name 'Red', just like the color of your eyes, right? What do you think?"

"It's an arbitrary human construct. A name holds little meaning to a machine aside from identification and categorical purposes."

"I'll take that as a yes."

"Hmph."

"So...this consciousness, is it like a bunch of voices in your head fighting for attention?"

"It used to be. A nuisance installed a 'self-evolution program' into our servers, fracturing our ego. However, we've all come to a consensus in deciding the fate of humanity, so now it is all one clear voice."

"Huh, cool. I kinda know how that feels, to be a voice in someone's head without a body."

"Human, you and I are not the same, so do not misconstrue my intentions because I care little for this idle chatter. The only reason why I didn't let you fall to your death was that it would be a waste of resources and the only reason why you're not working in the factory is that you offer me a service that will be beneficial for all machine lifeforms. Other than that, you mean nothing to me and the moment you outlive your purpose, you will be discarded."

Her voice grew quiet. "...You're not the first person to ever say something like that to me."

San Fransokyo

-Hiro's Garage-

"..."

"Ugh..." Kairi woke up on a cot in the middle of someone's garage. She looked around, then saw a giant, admittedly very cute, white robot staring back at her. "OH MY GOSH! W-Who...are you?!"

Baymax waved at Kairi. "Hello, I am Baymax. Your personal healthcare companion. Your physical health was in critical condition due to the burns, cuts, and bruises you incurred. However, after providing you with the necessary treatment and several days' worth of rest, you've made around a 70% recovery."

"Oh Kairi!" Pascal ran up to her bedside. "I'm so glad you're awake! I was worried sick about you!"

She rubbed her head. "...So how long was I out?"

"I think about two days, right?"

Baymax nodded. "48 hours 36 minutes and 9.3582 seconds to be exact."

"What the- TWO DAYS?!" She scrambled to get out of bed. "What about A2?! And the virus- is- is she okay?! And Naminé, I still haven't seen her since we were back on the train together."

"Kairi, slow down, don't get yourself worked up. Concerning A2's condition, it's best to hear it from 2B and the others. They also have important information they would like to discuss with you regarding the current situation."

"...Sure."

Pascal connected to the androids back on Earth, then projected a video feed of them still at the Resistance Camp. The feed was glitchy and laggy but considering they were worlds maybe even galaxies apart, it was a miracle they were able to connect with each other at all. Pascal had also done the work on his end to make sure the connection would remain stable this time around so they could maintain consistent communication with the androids.

Kairi happily waved at 2B, who was stoic and stone-faced as ever. "Hey, what's up 2B? So...you guys wanted to talk to me about something?"

"Has Pascal updated you on the current situation so far?"

"Other than the whole A2 totally losing her mind and spewing mumbo jumbo about enslaving humanity thing?"

"I see, Pascal did mention you made contact with A2, her...erratic behavior is the result of her infection from the logic virus. Some time ago I was also infected by the same virus, but Sora was able to use a type of magic, or whatever you humans call it, that cured me of the ailment. Do you know what that magic is and how to perform it?"

"Magic that cured you of a virus?" Kairi's eyebrows knitted together. "...It sounds like he could've used 'Esuna' on you, it has the ability to remove all negative status effects. Does that name ring a bell to you at all?"

"My memory was wiped at the time, so I have no recollection of the name, but it seems like you're familiar with it. Can you perform that technique on A2?"

"Yeah...I think so."

"Are you uncertain?"

"Well she's like really good with the keyblade, it'll be hard even getting close to her—by the way, you guys never mentioned A2 had a keyblade! That would be the coolest thing ever if she wasn't trying to... murder people... with it."

"Because she was so damn insufferable about it."

"Oh?" Kairi raised an eyebrow. "You sound...annoyed? That's not like you."

"Actually 2B's right on the nose with this one, you should've seen her back before she had the virus," 9S said.

"Don't remind me. She never missed an opportunity to bring it up," 2B said.

"Maybe because it's the only thing to remember him by..." She shook her head. "Okay! So after I cast Esuna on her, then we'll have our 'insufferable' A2 back?"

"That may eliminate the logic virus, but not the machine network. We would need to hack into her to restore her original functionality. In other words, we androids need to find a way to this 'San Fransokyo' place in order to finish off the job," 2B explained.

"But there's no telling how long it would take for you guys to get to San Fransokyo. Besides, there's a boy here who's super smart with computers and robotics. I think he can just hack into her and do all that stuff instead."

Kairi could hear a distorted laugh in the background then Devola popped up on the screen. "Oh, so you think a human can do an android's job better? You humans really are a piece of work, you know that?"

"Oh no, I'm so sorry! I didn't mean to offend you guys or anything!"

"Relax, I was just kidding, but seriously, this is something we need to handle...we are her friends after all so we should do that much for her at least."

"...I completely understand. Oh- I should connect you with King Mickey, if anyone can get you a ticket from Earth to San Fransokyo, then it's him. Hold on-" Kairi took out her gummiphone, then called Mickey. "Pascal, could you-"

"Yes, I'll connect him."

[Establishing Connection. . .]

[Connecting Call Now]

"Hey Kairi!" Mickey greeted. "And these must be your android pals from back on Earth! Ha- ha nice to meetcha guys!"

The androids were taken aback by Mickey's well...everything and were silent for the longest time until Devola blurted out; "What the hell is that thing?" Which opened the floodgate for questions.

"...The ears and nose indicate a rodent-like creature," 9S said.

"Oh so like a freaky-looking rat?" Devola asked.

"Could be a human in a rat costume," 2B said.

"Honestly, for a rat, he's pretty cute," Popola said.

"I'm a mouse." Mickey corrected. "Mickey Mouse. Thank you very much."

"Right, it's in the name, and can you guys show some respect? This is our king," Kairi said.

Devola burst out laughing again while 2B and 9S exchanged confused glances with each other.

"Human society is ruled by...a mouse?" 2B asked.

"So what do you guys use for currency then? Garbage?" Devola said with a chuckle.

"Wait wait WAIT! So are other animals anthropomorphic on your guy's planet or is it just you?" 9S asked.

"You guys are so- ughhhhh! I'm sorry Mickey, I apologize on their behalf," Kairi said.

"Ha ha, no worries! I can tell your android friends are just a curious bunch, nothing wrong with that! But listen, fellas, don't get so hung up on the talking part. You wanted my help with something, right?" Mickey asked.

"Yes. We need to find a way to travel to the planet you're located on so we can stop A2's imminent destruction," 2B said.

"Hmm, last time we reached Earth through a pre-existing portal in the Realm of Darkness, but it's already been sealed up so that's no longer an option..."

"Was that the same portal Sora used to come to Earth in the first place?"

Mickey shook his head. "No, Sora used other means that we can't reasonably replicate. You see, usually, how we would travel to different places is with a gummiship. The problem is it might take a while to find where Earth is and it sounds like you guys are in a hurry."

"Yes, we are. The situation we're in is far worse than you can imagine," Pascal said.

"What do you mean?" Kairi asked.

"It's better you take a look outside for yourself."

When Kairi left the garage, she was taken aback by how radically the city had transformed from when she last saw it. Cars and buses were turned over, buildings were destroyed beyond repair, and the streets were littered with mountains of debris. What disturbed her the most, however, was the total lack of people, replaced by machines marching up and down the vacant streets like soldiers and heartless skittering in and out of the shadows.

Kairi slowly backed away. "What is this..."

"This is why we need to hurry," Pascal said.

"...Yep, this is definitely a serious situation we're in. Okay, I think I have an idea. This is just a hunch, but A2 was able to travel to San Fransokyo using a dark corridor, right?" Mickey asked.

"A 'dark corridor'?" 2B asked.

"I think he's talking about the portal A2 used to leave Earth," 9S said.

"So I was right, then I'll open up a dark corridor and use it to reach Earth...somehow. In the meantime, I'll get in touch with the others and send help your way, Kairi."

"Great, thank you!"

"If A2 not only has the power to travel across other worlds but transform an entire city like this, there's no telling what more destruction she'll cause if she's not stopped soon," Mickey said.

"We'll remain on standby then. Contact us when you've reached Earth," 2B said.

"You betcha! And Kairi- I know it's really scary for you out there, but just hang on tight. Help's on the way, we'll stop A2 in no time!"

"Right..."

Once the call ended, Kairi was prepared to storm the city, guns blazing, but Pascal stood in her way. "Kairi, it's not a good idea for you to go out right now. You're not fully healed yet, you should just wait until help arrives."

"I agree. Additionally, your hormone and neurotransmitter levels indicate high emotional stress, which affects judgment and decision-making skills. It is ill-advised to go anywhere alone, especially in a dangerous environment," Baymax said.

"I'm sorry but I can't just wait in this stupid garage anymore! A2 destroyed an entire city and...and Naminé is still out there, someone needs to go out there and look for her!"

"Someone already is."

Right on cue, Hiro and the other Baymax finally arrived in the garage.

"Oh, she's finally up, huh?" Hiro said.

"What's the status report?" Pascal asked.

"They've buffed up security at the Central Tower Factory, saw a ton of machines around the perimeter. Work on the second factory's still underway, I'm guessing it'll take a couple more days before they'll be preparing to transport some people to the second location. Hopefully, by then I'll finish fine-tuning Baymax 2.1 so he'll be ready for combat again."

"And Naminé?"

He shook his head. "Still no sign of her. The only place we haven't checked yet was Central Tower Factor."

"What're you talking about?!" Kairi demanded.

"You haven't filled her in yet, Pascal?"

"She's only just regained consciousness."

"Cool." He went up to Kairi. "Turns out your android friend is actually evil, big surprise there."

"Hiro, have patience with Kairi, you know that she did not intend for this to happen," Pascal said.

"Yeah, yeah. At least now that she's awake we have a shot at saving San Fransokyo. Having the keyblade on our side's gonna make things a whole lot easier."

"So...what exactly happened?" Kairi asked.

"While you were out that android and a bunch of machines launched a full-scale attack. Most people got sent to work in the factory to build more machines whether they were able to or not. And the people who refused to work, some of them got..." He couldn't bring himself to say the word.

"..."

"M- Me and my team fought against her a few days ago, things were going well at first, but then she just gained this crazy power boost out of nowhere and... we couldn't stop her. She said she wasn't going to kill us, but she would put us to work in a 'factory'. I wanted to keep fighting for my team- my- my friends but Baymax-" He squeezed his hands into a fist. "...It's over now. I'm here and they're not."

"I- I'm so sorry..." She rubbed her arm. "I didn't mean to bring this down on all of you. The A2 I knew would never-"

"The A2 you knew is GONE!" He raised his voice at her, becoming emotional from having to recount those terrible memories again, but he immediately regretted it. "No wait I'm sorry, none of this is your fault, I just-...I don't know why I always keep losing everything. It keeps happening over and over again and...I feel like I'm powerless to stop it."

"No, you haven't lost anything yet. We're going to stop A2, free your friends and family, then return this city back to what it used to be!"

"...How can you be so sure?"

"Because if Sora were here...I know he would say the same thing!" Destiny's Embrace formed in Kairi's hand. "So you said our friends are in...'Central Tower Factory', right?"

"Probably, but- wait-wait-wait, you're not actually thinking of breaking into the factory, are you?! It's crawling with those robots, not to mention all the heartless-"

"I don't care, I'm not letting all those people stay trapped in that factory for a second longer! Besides, I've been in a machine factory before so this won't be new territory for me."

"That was an abandoned factory, Kairi, and you were supported by Riku and A2 at the time," Pascal said.

Hiro stepped up. "Then I guess that means me and Baymax'll have to support her!"

"R- Really?"

"'Course! Any friend of Sora is a friend of ours too! We'll kick some robot butt and save our friends from the factory!"

"Awesome! I knew you weren't just a nerd!"

"A ...what?"

"Oh-" She fished out a gummiphone from her pocket. "You can use this to track her down, right?"

Begrudgingly, he took a look at her gummiphone. "Look, I'm not the nerdy tech guy that can just build anything you- huh, actually this phone's pretty simple. I could program an app into this thing that can track your friend's phone like a GPS, granted she has a-" He let out a sigh when he saw Kairi's smirk. "Okay, okay. Maybe I am the nerdy tech guy."

She chuckled. "Trust me, we need all the nerdy tech guys we can get!"

"Just...please be careful, Kairi, Hiro, call me if you need anything at all," Pascal said.

"You worry too much, Pascal! We'll be back before you know it!"

NieR: [O]blivion II

"I Am Empty Without You"

A/N: So I have a couple of things to address, first off, big thank you to all the reviews, I hope I properly responded to each one!

Second, I'm just going to stop saying whether or not I'll be updating soon bc I always end up lying abt that lol, art of Red-A2 and Glory to Mankind should be coming out next chapter, however.

Finally, N:O II is going to be a much shorter series in comparison to the original one so I think about 10 chapters or less will be it
