The week, sadly, passed by in a blink of an eye. She woke up at 6:30 a.m. like always but today she didn't get out. She just laid there for 10 minutes till Friday came over the speakers in her room gently.

"Elliot, if you don't start getting ready soon you're going to be late to school." Friday said softly.

"Friday I think I'm sick" Elliot tried to play off with a couple coughs

"Elliot, with your enhancements I find that very unlikely. If you want i can call pepper over to take your temperature" Friday said over the speakers in an unbelieving voice.

"Oh no Friday that's ok she doesn't have to do that. All I need is to stay home and sleep it will pass"

"I already called her, you know you should take your health more seriously" she said in a sarcastic tone

Sometimes Elliot gets taken aback when Friday, an AI, shows a lot of human emotion.

"Hey Elliot," Pepper said with a knock on her door. "Friday told me you woke up not feeling well." She said in an also non believing tone.

"Oh yeah I woke up with a headache… and, and a tummy ache." Elliot said, trying to sound as miserable as possible.

"Are you sure you're sick… or do you not want to go on your field trip to the Oh so wonderful stark industries." Pepper said as she crossed her arms.

"Oh… I'm for sure sick. Definitely, 100 percent." She knew this wouldn't work.

"Ok… just to be sure… I'll get the rectal thermometer." Pepper said, pivoting on her foot and headed out.

"No wait Pepper wait, wait!" Elloit yelled while sitting up.

Pepper peaked her head through the door with an amused smile on her face.

"Fine… I'm not sick." Elliot admitted with a frown.

Pepper came over to her bed and sat on the edge. "I don't think you have anything to worry about. They already promised they wouldn't embarrass you." She said, trying to comfort her.

"Yeah, well I'm pretty sure I saw Clint, Nat, and Wanda cross their fingers behind their backs." She said in a grieving tone.

"Oh come on, I'm sure it won't be that bad. At the most they'll just do some light teasing" she got up and started walking to the door. "Now get ready I dont want you getting to school late" Pepper said flipping on the lights.

Elliot groaned then forced herself to get up and get ready.

Elliot came to school not with her usual heavy backpack with notebooks and binder, but with an overnight bag she made the night before. She couldn't believe it. She wakes up and goes to school just to go back home.

They are just waiting 10 more minutes to wait for anyone who could be missing and to give the field trip expectations.

Once they have taken attendance Ms Bernard starts. "Alright kids I know that you guys are excited to be on this trip but you guys have to be on your best behavior.

Mr Herrington continued "Yes you guys are representing the school. If we want future privileges like this we need to show we actually deserve them."

"Some things we expect of you guys" Ms Bernard looked at her notes. "1 don't be rude to the tour guide, or any employee in general. 2 stick with the group, do not wander away, you will risk getting lost. 3 don't use profanity or act in any negative manner in the building. 4 Lastly, when you guys get to your rooms at 9 pm we will prohibit you from leaving. Each room has a bathroom from what I'm aware of so that won't be an issue"

"Are we clear on the expectations? Remember just because you got to the building doesn't mean you have the right to stay. We can send you home if you get out of line at any point." Mr Herrington said sternly. Meaning each word he just said.

"Alright I think we are ready to get moving. We will get to the tower in about 20 to 30 minutes." Ms Bernard informed.

Even if it was a short 30 minute ride. Flash made It feel like an eternity. Peter sat with Ned, Elliot sat with Penelope, Mj was able to find a seat alone in the middle.

"Come one you 2 this will be simpler if you just admit you're not interns. It may even look admirable." Flash said in his annoying voice.

"Flash, can you just lay off?" Ned said in an attempt to defend his friends.

"Shut up Ted, god knows you're only ever good for eating" flash said. Elliot wishes she could just punch him to a pulp.

"Flash shut up, you know what, I hope you cry about your daddy issues tonight and annoy the hell out of your room mate." Penelope snapped.

That made him shut up. Yea flash had daddy issues and being reminded of them made him shut down. It was basically a low blow, and should only be used when actually necessary. At least they had peace for the rest of the way there.

They finally arrived and got off the bus. there it was stark industries everyone was craining thair heads to see while Mr Herrington was trying to figure out what to do next and Happy appeared.

"Hello, are you guys Midtown High?" He asked while looking at some papers.

"Yes we are." Ms Bernard quickly confirmed handing him some papers.

Happy looked over the papers then put them away. "Ok if you'll follow me into the building we will get you your badges and tour guide."

Everyone started walking with glee and excitement while Ned, Mj, Penny, Peter, and Elloit stickers to the back.

Ok this is real and is happening, it's time to survive.
