It was only a couple of steps, of course Penny went in front of Elliot, so she just focused her attention to the very interesting stairs. When she looked up the floor changed completely.

It went from a dull tan colored room to all the different colors the avengers woar. There were lights and sounds. A Lot more people too, she didn't blame them. It felt more kid friendly, not in a bad way, Elliot felt the vibe shift too. It went from this-is-cool-but-I'm-kinda-bored to this-is-really-cool-i-can-stay-here-for-hours.

They immediately separated into their groups to go explore. Of course flash rammed people who were in his way to the Spiderman exhibit.

Elliot, Penny, Peter, Ned, and Mj stayed together and they just walked around. Watching and reading, each exhibit had suit replicas, weapons, origins, and fun facts.

Then they got to Peter's exhibit luckily flash was already done drooling. It had his old home made suit and a replica of his current suit, his web shooters, and a list of facts.

-Spiderman is actually afraid of spiders.

-After his bite he became allergic to peppermint

-He can't get drunk with normal alcohol.

-He's a Thor fanboy

-Can be a little shit

-When his spider sense turns on his hair stands up (like a cat).

-Bug spray makes his skin tingle a bit.

Ned, Mj, and Elliot got a kick out of that. Peter looked embarrassed. Penny looked a bit amused not as much as the others, since she didn't know who Spiderman was.

But with that being in mind she could only wonder what was on her exhibit. Oh no she didn't want to be embarrassed Peter obviously felt that way.

She started backing away. "You know what guys think I'm going to go to the bathroom. Yall don't have to wait, I'll catch up."

"Elliot are you alright?" Penny asked Stepping forward. "Your cheeks are red and you're acting a bit funny. Do you have a fever, need to sit down?"

"Oh no, I'm just gonna go to the bathroom, maybe freshen up a bit." Elliot tried to deflect.

"Alri-" Penny froze looking in shock, Peter looked anxious, Ned looked excited, Mj's face didn't change much, but that was normal.

Penny turned around to see the one and only Captain America, yay she thought sarcastically star stripes and spangles is here. Steve wouldn't prank them for sure, he would comment something that would embarrass them though.

"Oh hey Steve." Elliot's voice cracked, making her a bit more embarrassed.

"What's wrong sport, why are you hiding away?" Steve asked, ruffling her hair.

"What's wrong, Steve is that-" she looked behind her and tugged Steve away from ear shot.

"Look I've been regretting even waking up in the morning since I've gotten here. I read Peter's descriptions at his exhibit. I don't want to be embarrassed in front of… of her." Elliot was looking at the floor.

"Oh, so she's your crush?" Steve asked playfully. Elliot nodded "please don't tell the others who she is to me."

"Well I can't confirm Nat or Clint aren't in ear shot right now… but sure I'll let them either figure it out or be told by you" Steve had his hand on her shoulder.

"What do you mean "figure it out"?" Elliot asked, raising a brow.

"Elliot" Steve started in a humored voice. "Whenever she's in a 5 foot radius of you your face turns all shades of pink. Oh, especially when she grabs your hand or arm like she's been doing. Just from looking at you from afar I can tell-". "OK, that's enough," Elliot said, jabbing her elbow into his ribs. Steve laughed it off and messed up her hair again.

"Well it seems like your group is about to move on so I'm gonna skedaddle" Steve said, turning to see his way out.

"Please don't ever say the word skedaddle ever again." Elliot said, also turning to go back to her.

Back at the elevator everyone was chattering about the cool stuff they learned about their favorite heros.

"Ok kids next, we're gonna go to lunch. If you didn't pack lunch that's ok. There are plenty of things to eat and all at very low prices. If you don't have money that's cool too there are free options mixed into it too." Craig said, opening the elevator.

Penny leaned in "what did your and Mr Rogers talk about?" She asked kind if softly

Her face flushed a bit. "Oh ya know just-" she was interrupted by Flash.

"You really believe her? They're "internship" such an outrageous lie, I don't know how y'all can't believe it." He said with a scoff.

"Well I can believe it." She latched on to Elliot's arm and looked Flash right in the eye. "For starters cap is over there waving at her and giving a thumbs up"

Elliot looked up from Penny's arm to where she was pointing. It was Steve, teasing her and giving a big grin. Her face was watermelon red, she couldn't even enjoy the comedic timing from when flash looked up saw cap and his face reddening as the elevator closed.

Then again only thing in her mind was about what they're gonna get at lunch. Both food wise and embarrassment wise
