POV Momo Yaoyorozu

"Mother, why isn't father coming out of his office?" I asked.

"Someone just bought over half of our company's shares and not even two days later Stark Ind. makes an offer to buy the company," she said, sighing. "Your father is working on trying to keep them from selling the company but if they do we will lose everything. We won't have any way to make money," she added.

"It's done," my father said, walking out of his office.

"What happened?" my mother asked.

"Yaoyorozu Ind. is no more. They didn't even make it a subsidiary of Stark Ind. just took all of our company's stuff and left us with nothing!" he yelled.

"Well, when is the announcement going to be made?" my mother asked.

"Tomorrow," he said.

"You're joking right?" I asked. "This can't actually be happening. Who is the person who bought the shares and made us sell our company?"

"Sogeki," he sighed.

"What was her first name?" I asked.

"I can't remember, why?" he asked.

"I had a classmate by that name," I seethed.

POV Izumi Sogeki aka Batgirl

"So, how are you today?" I asked, taking a sip of tea as a cat sat on my lap.

"I'm doing pretty good, but I am curious as to why you two are acting so weird," Tokage said, looking at Melissa and I.

"I guess we have been acting a little weird," Melissa said, looking at me.

"You're really going to push this all on me aren't you?" I asked. "Tokage, Melissa and I have been talking about somethings, specifically you."

"Oh, um, if I've been too forward with my flirting or anything I'm sorry," she said.

"No, that's not it. The thing is the two of us both have feelings for you, romantic ones," I clarified.

"You're serious?" she asked, confused.

"Yeah," Melissa said.

"Wait, are you asking me to join you in a polyamors relationship?" Tokage asked.

"If you aren't comfortable with it we understand. The two of us just wanted to put the offer out there and get our true feelings out," I said.

"So, just to make sure I have this correct. If I agree I would be dating both of you?" she asked.

"That would be correct, Tokage," Melissa said.

"Then I would love to join. Honestly I've been debating on asking if you would be alright with me taking it one step further," she said. "Oh, and since we are dating now, call me Setsuna."

"You can call us by our given names as well," I said, smiling.

"So, how do we go about this?" she asked.

"Honestly we aren't too sure ourselves," Melissa admitted.

"One thing is we need to bring you in on a couple of secrets," I said. "After this we can go to our lab and tell you more just to keep them safe. We were talking about not telling our classmates until we are fully comfortable. It's not like much would change since they have often seen you hug us and they did see that one kiss and Melissa and I explained that we were in a form of open relationship," I said.

"Which I think we should keep, but I don't think we should bring anyone else into the relationship," Melissa added.

"So, say if I asked someone else on a date or something then you would be fine as long as it wasn't a permanent thing?" Setsuna asked.

"Yeah, and if there is anyone that you do catch feelings for we just ask for honesty and if you feel left out let us know, we both honestly care a lot for you," I said, taking her hand in mine.

"Alright, well let's finish our drinks so I can see the lab where you two get your crazy ideas," Setsuna said, smiling with a small blush on her face.

After we were done with our drinks we walked to the lab with some small talk, but I wasn't paying too much attention to it since I was just happy holding Setsuna's hand. When we got to the lab I opened the door and led her in.

"Woah, this place is amazingly huge," she said, looking at the inside.

"Alright, so first thing I should tell you is that I'm the current owner of Stark Ind. I solved the EDITH codex and basically I am richer than anyone else in the world," I explained.

"Wait, what?" she asked.

"Yeah, I was kinda annoyed that someone just gained my family's company, but after meeting her, well, you see what happened," Melissa said.

"Wanna know what, with all the other strange crap that I've seen you do I'm honestly not too surprised," she sighed.

"She's actually taking this a lot better than I thought she would," Tony said, appearing behind the desk.

"AH! Who is he?" Setsuna asked, jumping back.

"This is Tony, he's an AI based off of the original Tony Stark who made him to help whoever solved the codex," I explained.

"Alright, what else did you want to tell me?" she asked.

"Well, talking to Nezu and David Shield I am going to be dropping out of the hero course and swapping over to the business course," I said.

"What? But aren't you already known as Batgirl?" she asked.

"Yes, which is why Batgirl will be staying in the hero course," I said, smirking.

"You see, the official announcement will be made along with the announcement that she is the CEO and owner of Stark Ind. so that way people think she's not Batgirl," Melissa said.

"If it gets out that the owner of the biggest tech company is also a hero and is a quirkless one to boot, my life would be in constant danger, more so than if I was just the quirkless owner of Stark Ind. It wasn't an easy decision and it took a lot of planning with Nezu but basically I'll be staying after school to do work for the business course. When I graduate I will have three degrees, Heroics, Support, and Business," I explained.

"Are you sure you can do that without overworking yourself?" Setsuna asked, concerned.

"Well, I tested out of most heroics classes and even quite a few business ones so with the amount of work I have to do for those two it would be the equivalent of work needed for one degree at UA and then with the support course I've tested out of a couple since I haven't been working with gear for all that long, but since I'm a certified genius apparently it's easier for me to pick things up," I explained.

"Of course you're a genius," she sighed.

"You're the one who fell in love with two geniuses," Melissa said.

"Really, you too?"

"Yup, I'm a level three genius," Melissa bragged. "Just on par with my father."

"I'm actually a level one, which puts me on par with the original Tony Stark and Nezu," I said.

"Wait, you are telling me you are as smart as the principal?" Setsuna asked.

"Sort of, I'm a scientific genius while he's a logical genius," I said.

"What?"

"We are geniuses when it comes to science, but Nezu is a genius when it comes to logical things. Basically he can't build things as well as we can, and we can't figure out logical things like a game of chess as well as him. They are specialities you could say," Melissa explained.

"Huh, so, I'm now dating two geniuses, one of which owns the biggest tech company in the world. Either I got really lucky or I'm going to regret this," Setsuna sighed. "So, when will the announcement be made?"

"Tomorrow, after classes," I said.

"We're going to make all of our classmates sign NDAs just to cover up the fact that Izumi is still in the hero course and is actually Batgirl," Melissa said.

"What makes you think they'll sign it?" she asked.

"Well, they will be threatened with the full force of UA's lawyers," Tony spoke up.

"Alright, yeah that would be enough to get most of them to sign it," Setsuna sighed.

"So you know, you'll have to sign it as well as the two of us will sign them," I added.

"Just to keep the full reason from being announced," she said.

"Yup, I knew you were more than just cute," Melissa said, making Setsuna blush.

Time Skip

"Are you sure you're ready for this?" David asked me.

"Yup, this is going to be the right thing," I said. "Especially since I'm going to be at the Stark Expo later this year," I added.

"Alright, I'll start it with Nezu and then I'll look over and that will be your cue to come on, remember, after this there's no going back," he said.

"Then time to go forward," I said.

"Hello, everyone please calm down," David said, walking out into the UA conference room that Nezu was letting us use. "I know you all have a lot of questions but let us explain a few things first."

"The person who has solved the Stark EDITH codex is indeed a student here at UA," Nezu said.

"And, with recent events, has decided to reveal her identity," David added, looking over at me. "So allow me to introduce the new owner and CEO of Stark Ind. Izumi Sogeki."

I took a deep breath before walking out in my new suit that we had bought for me and took my seat between David and Nezu.

"Hello, I'm sure many of you might have heard of me but allow me to properly introduce myself. I am Izumi Sogeki, I solved the Stark EDITH codex and am now taking my spot as the owner and CEO of Stark Ind. Before I allow you to start asking questions I will tell you a bit that I am sure is going to answer some of them," I said. "First off, I am fifteen years old and am indeed quirkless. I am currently in the support course here at UA and was in the hero course however, since I am taking my spot as CEO at Stark Ind. Principal Nezu and I have decided that it would be best for me to transfer from the heroics course to the business course and after I have graduated then if I so choose he will allow me to come here to get a hero license," I explained. "Now, any questions," I asked, as several hands went up. "Yes," I said, looking at a familiar blue skinned woman.

"Hello, Chitose Kizuki with Shoowaysha Publishing. Are you sure you can handle being the CEO of a major company such as Stark Ind. with your disability?" she asked.

"I can assure you, my quirklessness isn't a disability, not since I am a certified level one genius in terms of science and a level four genius in logic," I explained.

"How can you be expected to keep yourself safe without a quirk to use to protect yourself?" she asked.

"As you saw in the Sports Festival, quirks aren't the end all be all when it comes to a fight. I managed to use equipment that I was testing for my friend Batgirl and win it as well as beat Mirko. If I can beat the number six hero then I think I can use the tech that Tony Stark left for me to protect myself," I said. "Yes, in the back," I added, looking at a man in the back.

"Eddie Brock, I-Island Times. You said Tony Stark left you tech, what kind of technology did he leave for you as his successor?" the man asked.

"That's a good question. Not getting into specifics, he left me all of the Iron Man suits he had built, as well as some self protection gear that he used himself with the number of attacks on both the life of him and his loved ones. I have gotten permission to wear them at all times and have some on at this very moment," I explained. "Yes, you with the purple hair."

"Sumire Kisage with Phantom Weekly. What is the direction you are hoping to lead Stark Ind?" she asked.

"I am hoping to take it in a direction to help heroes all around the world. I actually have started a new section of Stark Ind. called the H.I.V.E. or Hero Information Value Exchange. It will be a place for heroes around the world to go and find information on any known villains from both the past and the modern times. I have hired several retired heroes to both put information they have as well as run this database so information can't be changed unless it has been verified and if they are only theories then they will be listed as such. We are actually working on finishing the first HIVE Archive on I-Island in hopes that heroes can check it out during the Stark Expo this year. Now, HIVE Archives won't be limited to just heroes, but some information will be kept hidden for just those with a license to access," I explained.

"Can't heroes get this information from places like the HPSC?" she asked.

"They can, but it can take a long time for them to get that information from where they need to and then even longer for them to process it and from the time it's requested three months pass before they get the information. Through my research it is just as bad if not worse in other countries and so our plan is to build one in the largest cities that we can get approved for," I explained. "We are actually going to work with hero schools to get versions for their students to access information and maybe use it to think of ideas to better themselves and plan for things that can happen when they graduate and become heroes. I am also in talks of starting a Stark Agency for heroes who don't want to have a bunch of sidekicks or be a sidekick and also want a place to work other than their apartment so when they get off work they can leave it and make their home a home. We will also be a place for underground heroes to use as a home base as well," I added.

"Where are you planning on locating this Agency?" Kizuki asked.

"We are looking for a central location for our main agency but we are going to have smaller ones spread out all over Japan if our plan works, this is just the direction I want us to go but it could change," I explained. "Now, while this has been fun and everything, I do have a company I need to run. Thank you all for coming here," I said, standing up and bowing. I then walked to the ante room and sighed.

"Well, I'd say that was a success," David said, following me.

"Agreed, we have managed to keep your identity secret as well as dissuade any thoughts that you weren't prepared to defend yourself," Nezu said. "Now, you have an exam to prepare for in two weeks before you can go to the expo."

"Yeah, I'm honestly not too worried," I admitted. "I probably have a counter for whichever teacher you put me up against."

"We'll see," he said, giggling.

I just sighed before walking out and making my way to my new motorcycle. I tossed my helmet on and rode home. I parked next to Yumi's car and walked in to see a note on the counter.

Got called in, on your own for dinner.

PS if the girlfriends come over please keep it in your room. I don't want to walk in on the three of you naked,

Love Yumi

I sighed, as I felt my cheeks warming up.

"Mrow!" Void said, hitting her food dish.

"Did Yumi forget to feed you?" I asked.

"Rorow," she said, with a low grumble.

I smiled as I picked up the bowl and filled it with food before setting it down and petting her as she ate her food. I then looked around and came to a realization.

"If someone were to attack us here we would be limited with what we have," I mumbled. "Tony, out of curiosity are the woods behind the lab for sale?"

"Yes, they are," he said, the projection popping out of my phone. "And you have way more than enough to buy a large enough plot to build a large house there."

"Keep an eye on it and I'll talk to Yumi about it later," I said.

"Yes ma'am," he said, smirking.

"You aren't going to stop doing that will you?" I groaned.

"You are now the official CEO of Stark Ind. so it would only be the proper title. JARVIS would call Tony sir, so I'll call you ma'am," he explained.

"Wanna know what, I'll have to get used to being the CEO eventually," I sighed. "Alright, let's get something to eat," I added, opening the cabinet and grabbing a cup of soup.

"Really?" Tony asked.

"I'm too tired to make anything else," I said.

After I had my soup I went to my room and fell down on my bed before falling to sleep.

"How is the ember getting brighter?" the woman from my dreams asked.

"It's |||***|||, I believe it's taking the energy from that thing in her chest. It's changing itself so it's less of a back up and more so something completely different, closer to her original *****," the faint voice from before said.

"So is it |||***||| or ***|||***?" a gruff voice asked.

"Both but neither at the same time," the faint voice said. "It started as two embers that became one when her ***** was touched by ***|||***. It's quite possible that she will only be able to use a part of it but have to pass the rest onto the next one," the voice said.

"Well, since she's listening in on us she'll be able to see if there are any differences," a calming voice said.

"I'm afraid not, she can't understand anything to deal with |||***||| since it's not hers yet, but maybe the ember will grow into a small flame she can use for herself and then we can properly communicate, unlike with the Ninth user where he refuses to believe anything other than what the two of them tell him, even if they are baseless. I can't believe he became part of the corruption I warned him about with Gran," the woman said, looking down at me.

I looked down where the ember was and noticed that it had grown. I then looked at my chest and where the Arc Reactor was and noticed that it sparked and the ember flickered a bit too.

"It might get to the point where it just activates even with the original out there," a rough voice said.

"I guess we'll have to wait, now time for you to wake up," the woman said, looking at me and giving me a kiss on the forehead.

I woke up as the memory of my dream escaped me. I looked at my clock and saw that it was three minutes until my alarm went off. I turned the alarm off as I sat up. I quickly got dressed before walking out to hear Yumi talking on the phone.

"Don't worry, I'll talk to her. No, I just don't want to wait for her to figure it out because you met her. Yeah I would give it until the Expo before she figures it out. Alright, I'll let you go. Love you too," she said before hanging up.

I smirked as I waited in the hall for a minute before walking out and yawning.

"Morning," I said, causing her to jump a bit.

"Oh, hey Izumi, sorry I got called out last night," she said, taking a sip of her coffee.

"I heard you talking to someone, who was it?" I asked, pouring myself a cup.

"Oh, um, how much did you hear?" she asked.

"Just you saying that you love them," I said, taking a sip. "So who is it?"

"You'll get to meet them officially before we go to the Expo since she is going to be there too," Yumi said.

"So it's a hero," I said.

"Yes and on Friday night she'll be coming over as well as Nemuri and Anan and your new girlfriend so if you want to ask Melissa if she wants to join us as well you are free to, just let me know," Yumi said.

"Hmm, depends how fancy of a dinner it will be," I sighed.

"It's not going to be too fancy. She's going to be coming over to help me cook and Nemuri and Anan are bringing some food over as well," Yumi explained.

"So we don't have to actually dress up," I said.

"Nope, I told them I am wearing jeans and a t-shirt and they aren't to dress too much fancier than that," Yumi said.

"Then I'll see if she wants to join, it'll be kinda like our first three way date so we don't have to have the awkwardness at a restaurant," I said.

"You do realize the four of us will definitely be giving you three crap most of the night right?"

"Just means that the three of us can team up with Nemuri and Anan to tease you and your new girlfriend," I said, smirking.

"Fuck."

AN-

Yay, things are finally lining up! Next chapter will be the official end of the first arc! I'm calling it Origins but I might change the name of the arc. Or I might split it into two arcs with the first being Origins and having it be 1-8 and have 9-18 be the second arc with whatever name I come up with for it. Let me know what you think would be better since I want to split it into arcs for my planning for the future chapters! Make sure to follow, favorite, comment, and kudos! Link Out!
