Opening her eyes to a man she'd never seen before was not something she wasn't entirely unaccustomed to. Having his eyes change from a very deep almost icy blue to an all consuming black however, not something she wanted to experience again. She'd come to on an outcropping of land, her eyes taking in the night sky and it's multitude of stars. They were in a small clearing, her back to an extensive forest, while she faced a pristine lake, the water reflecting the sky perfectly. If she had her camera she would be taking a million pictures. There was a house not far from them, but it was obviously abandoned, the lights out and windows broken, there was peeling red paint on the walls with flecks of green clinging stubbornly to the borders of the windows. The image nagging at her, something about the small house familiar to her, she just couldn't figure out why. Her attention was brought back to the man in front of her before she could think more about it.

"Ah, I was starting to think we'd killed you." He said, his voice was smooth and quite soft, the kind smile on his face betraying the terrifying black of his eyes. Every instinct she had was screaming at her to get away from the man. He was short, and unassuming, with mousy brown hair and clothing that he seemed to drown in, if you were to pass him on the street, you wouldn't even think to look at him again. He tsked, looking down at himself as if reading her mind. "Yes, this... body," The disdain clear in his tone. "was the first I could find. I believe it's name was Jerry, or something horrendous like that. He was quite the boring human, worked for a no name company, cheered for a no name team, had no friends or family, lived in a tiny apartment, ate much too healthy for my taste." He sighed, looking wistfully behind her. "Life is wasted on people like him." He hummed, stepping closer to her, making her skin crawl. The man's blue eyes came back, but it did nothing to comfort her. "You see, I was asked by my... boss, if you will... to find you. He wants information only you have. Now I don't know exactly what information you have in that beautiful brain of yours. But I do intend to pry it out of you." He smiled again, this time, the look of was purely psychopathic. There was nothing but joy in his eyes as he reached behind him and pulled a long knife out from seemingly no where. "Now, are you going to let me have fun? Or will you, like Jerome here, be entirely too boring?" He asked.

Indi could only blink at him, her eyes fixed on the knife in his hand. Where the hell was she, and how did she get here? The last thing she remembered was... She couldn't think straight, whatever they'd knocked her out with had obviously done something to her, if the large gap in her memory was anything to go by. Before she could open her mouth to speak however, a new voice joined the mix. Twisting her head around, just now realizing she was tied to a kitchen chair, she watched a new person join them. Their eyes also that all consuming black.

"Now, now. Let's not get ahead of ourselves, love. The least you could do is ask the girl to dinner first." This person's voice was feminine, however it didn't have much rise and fall to it, making it monotone. The sight before her was something she would never wish on another person, and knew would haunt her dreams. Before her was a woman with blood covering her shirt, still reflecting the light from the moon. Her perfect pink lips pulled back in a sneer while her long black hair hung around her shoulders, her skin was pale in the moon light, and she appeared young, no older than Indi herself. In her hands was a serrated blade, there were peices of... something (she didn't want to think about what it was) still on it. It was glinting dangerously in the light, as the blood on it dripped onto the grass below them, the sugary sweet smile that pulled at the woman contradicting everything about the weapon she held.

"Wh-Who are you people?" Indi asked, her voice shaking. As she looked between the two, watching as they stood next to each other, leering at her vulnerable body.

The man snickered, "Oh, goody." he crooned. "You're going to play hard to get. I do love when they play hard to get." He turned to his companion to smile manically. Making every part of Indi screamed DANGER.

"What did we talk about?" The woman said, her eyes returning to the rich brown they were supposed to be. "We don't hurt her unless we have to. Boss is going to be here soon and we can't damage his merchandise, now can we?" She purred, running a finger down the man's front, her eyes never leaving Indi. "Tell you what, finish with that one." She gestured to something behind Indi, luckily hidden behind some trees in the dark forest. Not that she could look away from that woman if she dared, something about her cat like eyes and thin lips drew Indi in, like this woman was someone she'd been able to trust before today. However, the memories of this woman were locked behind a wall she couldn't quite climb. As soon as the man was out of earshot the woman spoke. "Men." She joked, "You know how they are with their tools." as if the homicidal maniac she'd woken up to was just an annoying husband that she loved despite his flaws. "Let's have a little talk, shall we? Girl, to girl?" She said with a wink.

Everything within Indi screamed that these freaks were going to kill her, there was no way for her to escape and she would die, while looking at that abandoned house that was still calling at her memories, even if she were about to die. She closed her eyes, not wanting to see those brown eyes as they took her apart. She didn't want to know what twisted things they would do, she would simply hide out in her mind, find a nice vision to lose herself in. However, that was impossible, it seemed her gift was locked behind that mysterious wall. The mental block causing pain to lance through her, and make her gasp. Not opening her eyes, she continued to try and find her gift, knowing she'd used it earlier, but not remembering when. With each passing second, she became less and less aware of the things around her.
