Chapter 32:
"Hey, Stevie, have you seen Aiden lately?" Gabriela asked her boyfriend's BFF. Stevie shrugs, "No, I was looking for him myself.".
Suddenly, an explosion was heard and frantic screams flood the parking lot. Both Stevie and Gabriela run outside to see a car on fire, but there was a giant whole in the roof, as if, a giant laser was fired at it. Looking to the sky, they see something blocking the sky, was it, a spaceship? What was going on?
Back at the SGC, the incident was all over the news, Hayes was down at the mountain as well, trying to figure out was happening, if the Replicators were invading, then the SGC will be exposed. Jack then looks at him, "We need to go through with this.".
"I know." Hayes said, and then he was beamed to the white house, where he will make his speech and reveal the SGC.
Jack then turns to Sam, "We need to find him, but the only way, is to go up there.".
"I know, Jack.".
Meanwhile, back at Washington, Hayes runs into the oval office. Grabbing the phone and calling for a press conference.
It was today, he hoped it never came to this, but he had a feeling this would happen. But his concern wasn't for how the public will react or how this will affect the election, he was more concerned on how they could defeat this enemy?
Back on the Replicator ship, Replicator Jack still had the corpse of an 18-year-old in his arms, Replicator Carter was crazy, he sees it now. And here in his arms, his son's dead body laid. He rests his forehead on his son's chest. "I am sorry, I am sorry.".
He doesn't know where Replicator Carter was, but he knows about the invasion, he needs to stop it. But he needs Aiden, for he harnesses the same abilities as him, he places his hand on the wound, and concentrates.
The wound slowly closes up, and Aiden's eyes pop open as he jumps, pinning him to the floor. "What happened to me!?".
"You were dead, I revived you!".
Aiden then scrambles into the corner, looking around. "How? Where am I? Where's my sister? Where's Stevie, where's Gabriela?".
Replicator Jack tries to calm him, "Okay, calm down and… who's Gabriela?".
Aiden then sighs, "My girlfriend.".
Replicator Jack only shook his head, "We need to stop the invasion, I can't do this alone, are you in?" he holds his hand out. Aiden thinks for a moment, and excepts the hand, shaking on it. "Let's go, no time to waist.".
Within minutes, the US army, Marines, SEALs, Air Force and police were out fighting the replicator, they were tough bastards, but they were dying.
Cops were evacuating the city, but Gabriela and Stevie refused to move. Not until Aiden was safe. Suddenly, a giant ship appeared out of the sky, and fired upon the invading UFOs. The people were in a state of panic, but they were moving.
But it was getting worse out there, no one understands what is going on, and why this alien ship was helping them.
Gabriela looks up to the sky, unsure of what is going on. Stevie then jumps on her, just as an explosion goes off.
"Thanks." She says as they both got up. But then, more gunfire goes off, for a human was leading the enemy, but she looks like Samantha Carter!?
Both Stevie and Gabriela didn't understand. But then, another beam of light appears, and both Aidens parents stand there, aiming guns at the thing, what was this?
Jack steps forward, a shotgun in hand, "WHY ARE YOU DOING THIS!?".
Replicator Carter looks at him, anger in her eyes, "You took my boy, indoctrinated him to bend at your will!".
"WHERE'S MY SON!" Sam demands.
"I did what I had to.".
Both parents, Stevie and Gabriela were broken, Gabriela ran out, right before a marine grabbed her, "You bitch! How could you!? HOW COULD YOU!?" the marine dragged her away. Stevie, who held his emotion in check, holds Gabriela in a hug, trying to comfort her. He just lost his best friend.
Replicator Carter marches forward, bullets rigging her, but she continues her approach, with one good swat, Jack flies into a building, but Replicator Carter continues advancing on Sam, grabbing her in a choke hold and throwing her into the pavement, fury in her eyes, her arm retracting into a long blade, ready to kill her human self, but before she could, a strong set of hands grabs her from behind, and yanks her away.
She rolls a few feet, landing on her back, when she got up, in front of her stood her supposed to be consort, and her… supposed to be dead son!
"Aiden?" she was frozen on spot. Aiden was enraged, all he sees is red, and he was ready to fight for earth, as he vowed so long ago.
"Looks like you did a shitty job disposing of me." He spits out. "You think you could just invade my home, force me away from my people, attack those that I love!? I will fight for them! Until I draw my last breath!".
He holds a hand out, and suddenly, Replicator Carter feels something in her link, how a few of her bug-forked henchmen were being dragged, without being touched, and they dissolve into little blocks, building onto him, first as gauntlets, then forearm armor, chest plate, back plate, leg guarding, armored boots, helmet, and finally, a sword.
There he stands, in armor and weapon, ready to fight, his powers were evolving, and she feared he might be a threat to her invasion. Her arm retracts again into a blade, ready to fight.
Replicator Jack walks over to the real Jack, and holds out a hand. "I need your help.".
Replicator Carter attacks, Aiden blocks her blow and swings, barely grazing her, he knows he can't kill her, but he will hold her off until RepliJack can come up with a plan.
