The Incredibles Save The Day!
Once again, the super family known as 'The Incredibles' save our city from certain destruction at the hands of Bomb Voyage. This reporter, while unable to attain an interview, has collected all the available information and is giving all of you every recent event in the Incedibles lives in the past years.
Mrs. Incredible, formerly known as Elastigirl, and Mr. Incredible have grown older, albeit very delicately like most Supers do. They have continued crime-fighting and training their children. Reliable sources have said they have been recently giving extra training to their young ones, because of plans for retirement.
Miss Disappear is only growing stronger and stronger every day. Not only has her shields grown stronger (last reported to be equal to tritianium), but her natural training with her stealth skills have made her unheard, and unnoticed along with being unseen.
The Dash has also made considerable improvement in this past decade; his unbeatable speed will probably never get faster nor need be, but his agility and reflexes have grown greatly. When teamed up with his sister, their hit-and-run tactics leave villains K.O.'ed before they even know what's happening.
Then, there is the rising star amongst Supers: the eleven-year-old Jack of Hearts. With his metamorphic capabilities, he is able to transform into all a manner of things, other people, elements, and strange creatures. When asked why he chose Jack of Hearts as his Superhero name, he would reply with, "The heart is what changes people. And my heart is very… open to change."
The Incredibles are often found backed up by the equally super family, Frozone and his ten-year-old son, Flame. The fire & ice, father & son duo have amazing elemental powers with unique and highly effective combination attacks.
The world has many villains, but so long as these two super families are protecting us, we shall always remain safe.
"Once again the Man puts us down," Adrian Best, aka Flame said. "They still think I'm some sort of sidekick!" Jack Parr grinned at his best friend. "Don't worry about the press so much, Adrian. The media is filled with idiots. Probably a conspiracy" Adrian groaned, "Oh great, now my best friend sounds like my dad! The world is doomed!" They laugh as they continue their walk to school. Little did they know, a silent figure was watching them, careful to move only when the opportune moment arose.
As they passed by an alley, they noticed a mugger attacking a helpless person. "How's this gonna go down?" Adrian asked. Jack smirked, "Let me handle this one." Jack's body shifted and contorted until he looked like an aging nun. Jack tapped the mugger on the shoulder and said, "Release this man and your anger, and ye shall be forgiven." The mugger turned to the nun and said, "Look lady, stay outta the way and you won't get…" WHAM! One right hook was all it took to send the mugger to the ground. Though the victim was relieved his attacker was down, the nun scared him more. As he ran, Adrian walked in laughing his head off. Jack transformed back to normal state and joined in. But it was suddenly stopped as they noticed the time. "We are so late!"
As the two children ran off the same figure that had been stalking them before pulled out a small microphone and whispered, "Stop the searches, I've found the ones he's been looking for"
