They say that Alexanders curse was a short life. And it truly was but it wasn't his entire curse. His life died before he did. The great pain that caused him cannot in words be described. Hephaestion wasn't allowed to live as long as Alexander because all great men have to be punished so the balance would remain. One day the world will understand that and that day the two of them will go to history and then they will truly live forever.
