All I want is my freedom,
All I want is my heart and soul,
I want to run through the fields in the night,
I want to feel like I am whole.
I want to love instead of hate,
And to laugh for fun not spite,
I want to swim through all the seas,
And pretend I'm a water sprite.
I want to play instead of fight,
To sit instead of run,
I want to have true friends who know,
The true meaning of fun.
But since I know, that I can't have
Any of these things,
I wish at least, to know for sure,
That someday I'll be free.
