A/N: First I'd like to start off by thanking my good, wonderfulest, bestest, awesomest cousin in the world ever, Lauren, for typing this first chapter for me for starters, after I gave her all the info she needed about it, because she is just so awesome ;-) Anyhoo, ON WITH THE STORY!!!
Legolas was shooting off arrows with a ferocity that amazed Faramir, who was guarding him from the other orcs on the wall. "I can't keep shooting; they're too many of them in a row to shoot!!!" Legolas hollered, exchanging his bow for his swords, as Faramir did nothing but nod in response.
"Aragorn, there're too many of them, we must pull back!" Boromir shouted, charging the enemy once more before pulling back. "Hold your position, Boromir!" Aragorn shouted back in reply, charging the orcs himself with a battle cry and slicing them up. "If we stay here, we'll be surrounded sooner than later!" Boromir yelled. "Go help Gimli, Boromir!" Aragorn simply replied. "Ack, Aragorn, I don't need any human's help!" Gimli thundered, beheading an orc with his might ax. "PULL BACK!!!!" Aragorn hollered, realizing their plight.
"Legolas, Aragorn is ordering for them to pull back!!" Faramir pointed out. "Indeed he has, but look to the west!" Legolas almost cheered, feeling a new reason and hope to keep fighting, killing as many orcs as possible. Looking, Faramir noticed that a group of men- Was that Gandalf!?- Had shown up, and were charging the enemy from behind. Faramir felt a larger hope of their success, and followed Legolas in suit, killing as many orcs as possible along the wall.
-After the battle-
"Ah, what a great battle that was!!" Boromir almost boasted around the room. "Boromir, don't be so up on yourself!! You doubted our success from the very beginning!!" Gimli put him down. "Very nice shooting, Legolas!" Faramir complimented. "And likewise in fighting for you, Faramir. We make quite a good team. Gimli, how many orcs did you kill?" Legolas asked, changing the subject for the dwarf. "58!!" he replied proudly. "Ha, I lost count when I got to 64!!" "I don't believe you!!!" "Will you just admit defeat, dwarf?" Legolas joked.
A/N: Yeah, this is crap, but Lauren doesn't write action well. She's more romance, humor, which is obviously not what I was going for. Oh, and if you haven't noticed, Lauren also hates Boromir, which is why I edited some of this stuff.
