Title: Life or Lust
This is a poem of life and lust.
Both will leave you in the dust.
One is evil and one is pure.
But which is which can you be sure.
Life brings many beautiful things.
Love and hopefully wedding rings.
But alas that bond was broke.
As next to the stranger you awoke.
The lust in your heart won out in the end.
And only proved my point over again.
Life is a wonderful thing to have and hold.
But the lust of your heart is forever more bold.
In the back of your mind you try to keep it at bay.
But it is always telling you about how you can stray.
Try not to listen to the call of your lust.
For it will shatter your life into dust.
