Chapter 7: A new villain.
Last time in Rocket Saiyan Power: Goku was training Otto, Reggie and Jagaimo and their new friends to reach SSJ 2 and SSJ 3. After weeks of training Reggie and Otto managed to master these two Super Saiyan levels.
Back in Ocean Shore, Lars and his friends were cycling near the nuclear laboratory. They put their bikes against a tree and were taking a look at a radio-active sludge pool. Then Lars, Pi and Sputz were throwing a variety of objects in to the pool. But suddenly, Lars lost his balance and fell into the sludge pool and the current pulled Lars with it. Lars manages to keep an hold on a rock and his friends tried to pull Lars out of the stream with a stick. But Lars was already contaminated, but at least he was still alive.
Pi: Hey dude! Are you alright?!
Lars: I don't know. I feel so weird. It's like every muscle in my body is hurting. Oh those darn cramps! Aaaaah!
Pi and Sputz: Lars!!
Something strange happened to Lars. His muscles began to expand, a pair of spikes grew from his shoulders, his eyes became reptilian, his hairs grew longer and upright until looked almost Saiyan-like, his hands and feet got huge claws and grew a long reptilian tail. His entire body was muscular and covered with scales.
Pi: Lars dude? You okay?
Lars: I'm no longer Lars. You can call me Lazord. And I know longer need you two. Rock Blast!!!!
With a single ki-blast, Lazord made an end to Pi and Sputz.
Lazord: Now I took care of those two, it's now time for Ocean Shore.
Lazord used a technique that is similar to Goku's Instant Translocation to move to Ocean Shore and destroyed the town with a single explosion. There were no survivors. Not even Tito or Conroy survived the destruction of Ocean Shore.
Meanwhile at Bulma's place, Goku and his friends were having dinner and were watching a movie, until there was a special news bulletin.
News-reporter: We interrupt this movie for a special announcement. Just moments ago, a strange reptilian monster just destroyed the town of Ocean Shore, California, USA. There were no survivors. I repeat: There are no survivors.
Video images showed the lifeless bodies of all of the Rockets friends and relatives.
Otto: What!! Ocean Shore is destroyed?!! No survivors?!! No!
Ray: What!! Tito!! No!! Not you, old friend.
Otto: Conroy!! No!!
Reggie: Oh my god! Trish! Sherry!
Twister: Mom!! Dad!! Lars!!
Sam: Mom?! Not you too!!
Goku: Oh man! Those poor souls! What kind of monster does such a thing.
Jagaimo: This is terrible! Our friends! Our family! Gone.
Twister: Even Lars didn't deserve this.
Reggie: I hate to say this, but Twister is right. No matter how terrible Lars was, even he didn't deserve to die like this.
News-reporter: We can see the creature responsible for this destruction. This guy is really ugly. He almost looks reptilian.
Vegeta: Almost Reptilian?! Just one creature with such an appearance could have done this slaughter. Frieza!
Twister: Frieza? I thought he was already dead.
Goku: I don't think this is Frieza, guys.
Vegeta: What do you mean, Kakarot?
Goku: First of all: Frieza would have attacked us immediately and second: since when does Frieza have any hair. He is as bald as a bowling-ball. This monster has got spiky hair.
Vegeta: You're right, Kakarot! That can't be Frieza. Or he must have found he could transform again.
Jagaimo: I can't wait to show this creature what true power really is. He's really going to be sorry for what he has done.
Goku: Then let's go! I need as many warriors as possible.
Otto: We will go with you, Goku!
Goku: Okay.
And by using his Instant Transmission, Goku brought the Z-fighters and the Rocket kids to the place where Ocean Shore once stood. There they saw the creature responsible for the destruction.
Goku: Okay Frieza! What are up to this time?! Lazord: Who is this Frieza your talking about?! My name is Lazord.
Vegeta: Lazord hah!? What gives you the right to destroy Ocean Shore?!
Twister: What have you done to my brother Lars, you big freak!!?
Lazord: Well that's what you like to know? I tell you what happened to your brother.
So Lazord has got some news about what happened to Lars. But what the Rocket kids and the Z-fighters don't know what Lazord's true identity really is. How will our heroes react when they hear that Lazord is actually Lars himself. And do the Z-fighters have the strength to beat this hideous monster of destruction?
