Chapter 19: The America's in jeopardy!! Cell and Frieza strike back!!

PS: This chapter contains characters from As Told by Ginger, which is from the same creators as Rocket Power.

Last time in Rocket Saiyan Power: Thanks to Goku's idea of a multiple Dragon fist punch and Otto's new fusion with Twister, The Z-Fighters finally managed to destroy Hildegarn and save Africa. When our heroes said good bye to Simba and his Pride, they went back to Bulma's lab. Back in the lab, Goku discovered that Cell and Frieza are terrorizing the American continents. Now our heroes must think of a way to get rid both of them.

Jagaimo: How are we going to take Frieza and Cell down, little bro?

Vegeta: Already have a plan, Kakarot?

Goku: This is quite a difficult situation.

Then Reggie gets an idea.

Reggie: What if we split up again? It worked for our actions in Europe.

Jagaimo: That's using your head, Regina. That's a great idea.

Twister: Regina? Hi hi hi!

Reggie: Cut it out, Maurice!! But what I want to suggest is like this. Uncle Goku, Vegeta and mom will take on Cell in North America, while Twister, Otto and I will take on Frieza in South America.

Goku: That's sounds as a great idea, Reggie. Let's do it!

Then Goku, Vegeta and Jagaimo are on their way to North America in search of Cell, while Reggie, Otto and Twister are their way to South America. Only Jagaimo was a bit tensed about the fact that Cell may already have destroyed Ocean Shores.

Jagaimo: I sure hope Cell didn't attack Ocean Shores yet. We don't want to have a rerun of what we've had with Lazord.

Goku: Don't worry, Sis. We'll find Cell way before he can do any harm to Ocean Shores.

Jagaimo: I guess your right, Goku.

Meanwhile Reggie, Otto and Twister are standing among the ruins of what was once the city of Rio de Janeiro.

Reggie: It looks like Frieza has been here. Look at this mess.

Then Reggie's Cell phone went off. It was Bulma.

Bulma: Hey Reggie! Where are you guys now?

Reggie: We're now in Rio de Janeiro. At least of what is left of it.

Bulma: You've got to go to Argentina. That's where I've detected Frieza's last signals. He's probably on his way to Buenos Aires.

Reggie: We're on our way, Bulma. We'll see you soon.

Otto: Who was that on the phone, Rocket-Girl?

Reggie: It was Bulma. She told me that Frieza is now in Argentina. We better head to Argentina before there are anymore victims.

Then Reggie, Otto and Twister are on their way to Argentina. Meanwhile in North America, Goku, Vegeta and Jagaimo are among the ruins of what was once the city of Washington DC.

Jagaimo: This is terrible. Cell already destroyed the capital of the USA. Where will that jerk of an Android strike next?

Goku: Let me see if I can sense his presence, so I may be able to locate Cell.

Goku concentrates on what might be Cell's energy signal. It took Goku a while to search for Cell's energy field, but he eventually finds it.

Goku: Got it! Hold tight on me. We'll pay a visit to an old friend.

Jagaimo and Vegeta grabbed Goku as firmly as they could. Goku then uses his Intstant Translocation, bringing Jagaimo and Vegeta to the area known as the Great Lakes. There they found Cell, who was about to destroy another town.

Goku: Hold it right there, Cell!!

Cell: Who was that? Show yourself!!

Goku: Here I am, Cell!

Cell: So you found me. You'll regret this, Goku!!

Then Cell attacks Goku and Vegeta and manages to hit them unconscious. Only Jagaimo was left.

Jagaimo: Goku!! Vegeta!! Don't worry guys. I'll help you guys, as soon as I've taken care of this freak.

Cell: So you're the legendary Jagaimo? You will follow your brother pretty soon.

Jagaimo: That's what you think. When I'm done with you, I'll cook you up and use your head as a cup for my rootbeer.

Then Jagaimo powers herself up to her Super Saiyan 2 form and a huge clash begins.

Meanwhile in Argentina, Reggie, Otto and Twister discovered Frieza, who was about to destroy Buenos Aires.

Reggie: Keep your dirty claws of that city, Frieza.

Frieza: Who dares to challenge me?! Show yourself!

Reggie: That would be us, Frieza!!

Frieza: A bunch of kids?! Mwa ha ha ha!! How are you supposed to be able to defeat me?

Otto: Like this, Frieza!!

Then Otto, Reggie and Twister all turned Super Saiyan, surprising the evil tyrant.

Frieza: What!! Super Saiyans?! That's impossible!! Wait a minute. What was that thing Lazord told me?

Then Frieza gets a flash back.

Lazord: Then I've got some more news for you, Frieza. Did you know that Bardock also had a daughter?

Frieza: A daughter? You don't mean Jagaimo, right?

Lazord: I certainly do. She too is still alive, and she has got brats for herself back on earth. Even this Goku-guy and Vegeta have brats of their own.

Frieza: What!! More Saiyan-monkeys?!

Lazord: And that's not all! This Jagaimo and her daughter also have the ability to transform into Super Saiyans. That's the same story for Jagaimo's, Goku's and Vegeta's sons.

Frieza: Female Super Saiyans!?! That's impossible!! No!!

Frieza's flashback ends.

Frieza: Now I remember. You must be Jagaimo's brats. Am I right?

SSJ Reggie: So you know our mother. Right now, she's probably fighting Cell in North America, but I will be more than happy to let you rest in pieces.

Then Super Saiyan Reggie used Instant Translocation to get closer to Frieza and smashed her fist right through Frieza's chest. Frieza could barely move, because of the great amount of pain.

Frieza: p-p-p-please have m-m-mercy on me!

SSJ Reggie: I should have mercy on you?! How many of those people you've already killed today have begged for mercy, hah? What do you think, Otto?

SSJ Otto: I say: No mercy. (turning his thumbs down while saying it)

SSJ Reggie: That's what I wanted to hear. Good bye, Frieza!!

Frieza: What!!

Then SSJ Reggie loaded a ki-blast on her hand that was still in Frieza's chest and blew Frieza up from the inside out.

Frieza: Nooooooooo!!!!

After the explosion, all of what was left of Frieza, was just his rib-case and his spinal cord, still hanging on Reggie's arm.

SSJ Reggie: Ewwwww!!! This is so gross!!

SSJ Otto: At least Frieza isn't able to regenerate his entire body. Maybe we could give it to that Carl Foutley kid. He loves this kind of gruesome stuff.

SSJ Reggie: That's great idea, Otto. It gives me the opportunity to visit my pen-pal Ginger. We'll hit two flies at once.

SSJ Twister: What flies? I don't see any flies.

SSJ Otto: By matter of speak, Twist.

SSJ Twister: Oh.

Then our friends turn back to their original form and use Instant Translocation to get to Sheltered Shrubs: the town where Ginger and her friends live. Meanwhile somewhere else in North America, Jagaimo is still fighting Cell. Cell shows signals of exhaustion, but Jagaimo has just warmed up.

Cell: I can't believe this. How can I be defeated by a mere woman? I don't understand this.

SSJ Jagaimo: What's the matter Cell? Have you been in hell for too long? What about some tan for your bleak skin?

Then Super Saiyan Jagaimo is standing right in front of the sun.

SSJ Jagaimo: Here you go!!! SOLAR FLARE!!!!

The bright light was enough to cause temporary blindness to Cell. Super Saiyan Jagaimo then goes looking for Goku and Vegeta, but she found them just a few minutes later in the forest beneath her. Then Jagaimo gives each of them a Senzu Bean. Both Goku and Vegeta made full recovery.

Goku: Thanks, Sis. And by the way, where's Cell. Did you destroy him already?

Jagaimo: No, he's still there, but I've weakened him a lot and used my Solar Flare to make him blind for a moment. But we must hurry. The Solar Flare might have already worn off, and Cell must be looking for us.

Meanwhile Cell is looking everywhere for our Saiyan heroes.

Cell: Where are those pesky Saiyans? They've got quite a nerve to make a monkey out of me.

Meanwhile, Reggie, Otto and Twister arrived in Sheltered Shrubs and not much later, they arrive at Ginger Foutley's residence and knock on the door. Only a minute later, Ginger opened the door and was completely surprised to see Reggie and her friends standing out side.

Ginger: Hey Reggie! Hey Otto! Long time no see. What brings you to Sheltered Shrubs?

Reggie: Oh we were in the neighbourhood, and I thought, let's go by my dear friend Ginger. By the way, Ginger. We also have a little something for your brother Carl. The boys will bring it to him. Can you tell where he is?

Ginger: I think he's in his doghouse hide-out behind the house. Why don't you come in Reggie? Dodie and Macie are here as well

Reggie: That would be cool. Hey Otto! You want to bring that to Carl?

Otto: Sure thing, Rocket-Girl.

Then Reggie entered Gingers house. Meanwhile the boys have arrived at Carl's hide-out and knocked on the door.

Carl: Identify yourself!

Otto: Otto Rocket and Twister Rodriguez.

Then Carl opened the door.

Carl: It really is you! Come in!

Otto: Thanks, dude.

Otto and Twister entered Carl's hide-out. Meanwhile, Reggie entered Ginger's room. There, Dodie and Macie were discussing the latest gossips.

Ginger: Hey girls! Guess who's in town.

Reggie: Hi there! You must be Dodie and Macie.

Dodie: Oh my Gosh! It's Reggie Rocket from Ocean Shores! How are you doing?

Reggie: I'm fine.

Ginger: What did you have in that bag you brought for Carl?

Macie: What ever it was, it must be pretty disgusting.

Reggie: Can you girls keep a secret?

Ginger: Sure, Reggie.

Dodie: What's your secret?

Then Reggie turned Super Saiyan.

Macie: You're a-a-a-a (snort) Super Saiyan!!

Reggie: That's right, Macie.

Dodie: You can transform like those guys from that Dragonball Z program Hoodsy is watching?

SSJ Reggie: That's right.

Ginger: But how?

SSJ Reggie: It's all thanks to my mother.

Ginger: Your mean your mother is a Saiyan? Cool!

SSJ Reggie: And she's not just like any Saiyan. You know Son Goku from Dragonball Z?

Ginger: I think so, Reg.

SSJ Reggie: Well, she is also his older sister?

Dodie: Your mom is Goku's sister? That's so awesome.

Macie: Hey Reggie! (Snort) Can we meet your mother? I would love to meet her.

Ginger: Than I've got to disappoint you, Macie, because Reggie's mom died over ten years ago as the result of a virus that attacked the heart.

SSJ Reggie: That maybe right, but she's alive now.

Ginger: But how? How can she be alive all of a sudden? Did you lie about the fact she died?

SSJ Reggie: I would never lie to friends.

Dodie: But how can she be alive all of a sudden?

SSJ Reggie: We revived her with the dragonballs as soon as Uncle Goku and Vegeta found out about our powers.

Ginger: Awesome! I'm so happy for you she's back among you guys. But what was that in that bag you guys brought for Carl?

SSJ Reggie: Do you guys remember Frieza?

Macie: (Snort) You mean that reptilian monster who is one of Goku's deadliest enemies?

SSJ Reggie: That's right. We just fought him back in South America and destroyed him. In this bag are Frieza's last remains: his spinal cord and his rib-case.

Ginger, Dodie and Macie: Ewwwww!!! Gross!!

Meanwhile in Carl's hide-out:

Otto: Carl my man. Can Hoodsey and you keep a secret?

Carl: You can count on us. If I can keep my collection a secret, your secret is save with us.

Hoodsey: What's the big secret, Otto?

Then Otto turned Super Saiyan.

Carl: You are a Super Saiyan?! Cool!

Twister: Isn't he the coolest?

Hoodsey: You can say that again.

Carl: How by Einstein's DNA, did you obtain the ability to turn into a Super Saiyan? You're not telling me Raymundo is a Saiyan?

SSJ Otto: Raymundo isn't a Saiyan, but our mother is a Saiyan.

Carl: You're mom is a Saiyan? How do you know that? I thought she was dead for over 10 years?

Then Otto told about what happened that day in Mad Town between Reggie en Lars and what Raymundo told Reggie and Otto.

Carl: So Reggie and your mother are also able to turn into a Super Saiyan?

Hoodsey: Awesome! I always thought that women weren't able to turn Super Saiyan.

SSJ Otto: Well, that proves that you're wrong. And now she's back alive. We've revived her with the Dragonballs.

Carl: Awesome! But didn't you have to ask permission to Goku and his friends to use the dragonballs?

SSJ Otto: That's the beauty of it. Our mom is actually Goku's older sister.

Carl: Goku is your Uncle?!!! That is so cool!

Twister: Yeah! And it was Goku's idea to revive Rocket-boys mom.

Hoodsey: But what do you have in the bag?

SSJ Otto: You guys are really gonna like this! Do you remember Frieza?

Carl: I sure do! Why, Otto?

SSJ Otto: Because of what we have here, are Frieza's last remains; his rib-case and his spinal cord. When we just fought Frieza back in South America, this is all that is left of him.

Carl and Hoodsey: Cool!!

Meanwhile in Ginger's room.

Dodie: So where is your mother now, Reggie?

SSJ Reggie: She's now with Goku and Vegeta in a fight against Cell.

Ginger: Cell? What's going on here? It's like your fighting only bad guys right now.

SSJ Reggie: You see, girls. The evil wizard Babidi has released all of the Z-fighters greatest enemies. But before we could chase them back to where they came from, the portal was closed, so we are forced to kill them again.

Ginger: Incredible!

Then Ginger's friend Darren entered Ginger's room through the window and saw Super Saiyan Reggie.

Darren: Hey Ginger! What's with the golden haired girl?

SSJ Reggie: Just a sec. Darren.

Then Reggie turned back into her normal form. Now Darren recognizes her as well.

Darren: Hey Reggie! I didn't recognize you with that gold hair. Were you a Super Saiyan back there?

Reggie: That's right.

Reggie told Darren what she already told Ginger, Dodie and Macie.

Darren: So your mother is a Saiyan and she is also Goku's Sister? That's so cool. Does Otto know how to go Super Saiyan?

Reggie: Sure he does. But I was the first to become a Super Saiyan.

Darren: Awesome!

Reggie: You've got that right. But we must go now. We have to look if our mom needs any help with the fight.

Ginger: I understand. It was fun to have you here.

Reggie: See you later, guys!

Ginger, Dodie, Macie and Darren: see ya, Reggie!

Then Reggie used instant translocation to move to Carl's dog-house hide-out. There she knocked on the door.

Carl: Identify your self!

Reggie: It's me! Reggie. Otto and Twister have to go.

Then Otto and Twister came outside. They said fare well and headed to where Jagaimo, Goku and Vegeta are fighting Cell.

Meanwhile near the Great lakes, Jagaimo, Goku and Vegeta were still fighting Cell. While our Saiyan heroes were still warming up, Cell was terribly exhausted.

Cell: How could this be? I'm supposed to be stronger then them!

SSJ Vegeta: This is getting boring. Let's say we end this matter.

SSJ Goku: For once, I'm with you, Vegeta.

SSJ Jagaimo: I hope you've enjoyed your time on Earth, because it will end now!

Cell: What!!?

SSJ Goku and SSJ Jagaimo: Ka...Me...Ha...Me...Ha!!!!

SSJ Vegeta: Final Flash!!!!

With their attacks combined, Jagaimo, Goku and Vegeta completely destroyed Cell. Up to his last cell. Only a few seconds later, Reggie, Otto and Twister arrived on the scene.

Reggie: Hi Mom! We're here!

Jagaimo: Hi guys! Weren't you fighting Frieza back in South America?

Otto: We already took care of that.

Vegeta: I thought so. I'm sorry I weren't able to see the look on Frieza's face when he realized he was defeated by a bunch of kids.

Goku: Why didn't you guys go to Bulma?

Reggie: We thought we could help you in your fight against Cell.

Jagaimo: You guys are a bit late. We just destroyed him. But thanks anyway.

Goku: Then let's go back to Bulma. We must know where they strike next.

Jagaimo: You're absolutely right, little bro.

Then Goku, Jagaimo, Vegeta, Reggie, Otto and Twister went back to Bulma's lab.

Bulma: Hi guys! You've been away for a while. Did you guys get rid of Cell and Frieza?

Goku: We sure did. But we must know where we must head next.

Bulma: Satellites have detected a strong power-level near the Hawaiian Islands.

Tito: What!? Not Hawaii! If those creeps put their fingers on Hawaii, they have to face me!

Ray: Calm down, Tito. You're not strong enough to take on these guys. Hey Bulma! Can your see who it is now?

Bulma: Let me check.

When Bulma checks the satellite images, she discovers something weird. This time it's a

Saiyan who also looks a lot like Goku.

Ray: Is that Goku?!

Goku: I don't think so. How can that be me, while I'm standing right here.

Then Jagaimo took a good look and she was in for quite a shock.

Jagaimo: It...can't...be!! That's Father!!

Vegeta: What!!? Bardock?!

Goku: So that's my biological father.

Krillin: Don't worry guys! I can handle this guy.

Jagaimo: I hate to spoil your fun, Krillin, but this is something Goku and I have to check out. Maybe we can convince him to stop his rampage and join our side.

Vegeta: Small chance that will happen.
