Chapter 5
The Dream of Love and the Pain of Reality Warning: This Chapter Contains Suggestive Dialogue! (AN: If your wondering why I'm putting that message there it is because I've been told that Suggestive Dialogue as long as its not too bad is PG-13 and I just want to make sure I don't get into trouble so if it ain't then I have given you THREE warnings now. "Well it looks like Inuyasha fell asleep in front of the well again" Shippou sighed. Not wanting to disturb Inuyasha from his slumber Sango said, "Lets leave him alone Shippou. At least this shows that he cares about whether she'll return or not." Miroku agreed with Sango and changed the subject. Not wanting to disturb Inuyasha from his slumber Sango said, "Lets leave him alone Shippou. At least this shows that he cares about whether she'll return or not." Miroku agreed with Sango and changed the subject. "Yes it does. Let's go back to Kaede's hut, I smell dinner." (scene change)
Kagome sighed, "There's nothing to do. I wonder when Inuyasha is going to pick me up?" She looked at the clock it said, 10:54 PM. Kagome sighed again, then she had a light bulb. "I know I can go back tonight while they are asleep and surprise them in the morning!" (Oh yea, you know where this is going.) She quickly packed a bag and wrote a note saying that she was going to the Sengoku Jidi. She then tiptoed down to and into the well. "I can't wait to see Inuyasha's face!" When she had fully passed through the well she through her backpack over first. (seems familiar don't it almost like dejavu...I wonder hmmm)^_^ Kagome looked up the well and sighed. She stood there thinking for a bit and then decided to climb the well like she had before. The first thing that popped out of the well was her upper torso. Now came the hard part, getting out. She managed to pull herself up so that she sat on the edge of the well. She heard something behind her. (guess who) She slowly turned around and nearly fell back into the well. Inuyasha was sitting behind her in front of the well. She was about to say 'sit' until she realized he was asleep. Her face softened and she let out a little giggle. (Ah pointless fluffiness)
Kagome spoke quietly to herself, "That was a little too close....!" Before she could say another word Inuyasha had grabbed her and sat her in his lap. Just as she was about to ask, "Inuyasha what are you doing!?!" She turned around and realized he was still asleep. (Aw how cute) She softened and settled back into his lap. 'I mean come on it couldn't hurt could it?' she asked herself mentally. (Oh yea it could trust me) AGAIN Warning: This Chapter Contains Suggestive Dialogue! Then she felt "it." She felt his....'OH MY GOD' she screamed mentally. As all us women who find themselves in a sticky situation she started to think how she could get out of it and fast.....(What???.. Ok most of us women, there happy now) Kagome thought, 'I can't say sit or he'll flatten me and he won't wake up nor let me go! What am I going to do!' Her thoughts were practically screaming now.
Suddenly the bushes rustled. She thought of the worst person it could be 'Kikiyou' (Nope next best thing and not Naraku or any of his henchmen including Kagura, Kanna, and Kohaku either.) Kagome began to struggle against Inuyasha totally freaked out. She was so freaked out she wouldn't have sensed a jewel shard if it was right in front of her face. Inuyasha slumbered still. He finally spoke in his sleep and when he did it made Kagome's eyes grow wide.
(NO HE IS NOT DREAMING ABOUT KIKIYOU EITHER I WOULD DIE BEFORE I WROTE A FIC ABOUT THEM TWO. I HATE KIKIYOU WITH EVERY FIRBER OF MY BEING!!!) *Gulps as she is surrounded by Kikiyou and Inuyasha lover fans who have many weapons and torches* (Did I say that out loud?)^_^" *Gulp* suddenly an army of Inu/Kag lover fans appears on the horizon Imoen leading the Calvary! As they apprehend the Inu/Kikiyou lover fans I shout Boo-ya in your face. Now what have we learned, that good always triumphs over evil! By good I mean the alive and pure Kagome and by evil I mean the undead, unpure, selfish, Kikiyou who only 'loved' Inuyasha so she could escape her fate at becoming a priestess! In which she chose that any way so hah. (Yayness I'm not going to die a horrible and painful death and can finish the fic....wait is that a good or bad thing *looks at audience who is already grabbing their picth forks and torches because of the delay and decides to chase after the Inu/Kikiyou fans* Wait! Come Back!!!! Don't leave me alone with these people! *Stares in shock because they are already out of site! Turns around and sweatdrops* I think I'll continue with the story now *Gulp* ^_^"""
Inuyasha spoke so gently Kagome could barely hear him. There was no mistaking it he just said, "I love you Kagome" This caused her to freeze in his lap and ask herself 'Did he just he loved me?' Her heart softened yet again for the hanyou.
"Did he say he just loved her? That mutt-faced freak of nature I'll kill him!" Kouga spoke in an almost rage. He let his eyes wonder about their position, this only ticked him off even more. He ran up to them and grabbed Kagome out of Inuyasha's arms. And before Kagome could protest and Inu could wake up.... Kagome started too say, "Kouga he's...(sfx)POW!!! Too the kisser. Of course since Inu wasn't protecting himself, (Like it would matter, Kouga was so ticked it would probably would of happened anyways) he went flying a few feet. And still before Kagome could finish her sentence Kouga said, "If you ever touch my woman again I'll...." Kagome finally finished her sentence by saying, "asleep." And then sighed. Kouga looked at her and said, "I don't care if he was dead! Do you know where his hands WERE?"
Kagome blushed as she realized where they were. She couldn't believe she hadn't noticed. They were on her upper thighs near her crotch. And he had all bunched up her skirt as well. (Yes it is possible to do those things in your sleep. It's sorta like sleep walking. Hey trust me its possible.) Inuyasha had become conscious and was looking around and said, "Huh what happened...Ok who hit me?!" (sounds like me) Before Kagome could stop him, Kouga answered, "I did you molesting half-dog!" "What are you talking about" he said still partially in a daze.(again sounds like me) Kouga was getting more and more ticked off by the second. "If you ever touch Kagome like that again I'll do more than hit you!!!" Kouga said his fur standing on end. "Touch Kagome??? What are you talking about Kagome isn't even....!"
He stopped in mid sentence, for he then saw Kagome standing next too Kouga with a confused, embarassed, and saddened expresion on her face. He thought about the dream he had just had. Then it hit him. He thought, 'Oh, god I didn't do that to Kagome did I? At least I got stopped before it went too far. Oh man she's gonna be ticked.....Wait a minute what was she doing back here in the middle of the night.' He started to speak to her trying to make amends, "Kagome, why didn't you wake me up or did you think I was doing that to you on purpose?" Kagome started to cry each moment that passed her tears became heavier. She spoke, "I knew you were asleep. I tried to get *sniff* you *sniff* to let me *sniff* go but you *sniff* wouldn't.
Inuyasha not liking to see a woman cry said, "Kagome, please don't cry, I'm sorry" (wrong thing to say bub) Kagome sent Inuyasha an evil glare and said, "SIT!" Inuyasha mad a 4 ft hole in the ground (Ooooh, you know that's got to be painful.) Kagome then said, "You almost Raped me and all you can say is your SORRY!!!" Inuyasha had his head unstuck from the ground and said, "Well what else am I suppose to say!?!" Kouga interveined again at this point by saying, "Stay the HELL away from her!"
Inuyasha being the Inuyasha we know said, "I wasn't asking you wimpy wolf!" Kagome then whispered something that made both Inuyasha and Kouga ask simotaniously "WHAT?" Kagome screamed it then, "I DON'T KNOW!" After that she ran into the woods. By now everyone in the village was awake. Kaede grabbed Inu's ear to keep him from chasing her. Sango and Kouga chased after her. (guess who was quicker) Finally Kaede made everyone leave except the Inu gang minus Sango and Inu scolded Inuyasha. Kagome stumbled and fell to the ground crying. Kouga caught up with her first. As he went to pick her up she hugged him tightly. He picked her up bridal style and carried her to his den. Sango saw it all and went back to tell Inu and the rest.
When Patch and Spike saw Kagome crying in his arms their mouths gaped and they asked him what happened. He only said, "You'll find out tomorrow. Everyone clear the den, no one is allowed in unless I call for you!" Spike and Patch both spoke at the same time, "Yes sir!" Their eyes followed him into the den. Kouga laid Kagome on the soft furs. She only lay there crying. Finally He laid down next to her and hugged her until she fell asleep crying. He hated it.
(Yay chapie 5 is done, I'm sorry I'm leaving it as a cliffie but if I type anymore I'm either going to pass out and with my luck when my head will hit the backspace key and delete all of this or screw up my computer again or my hands will freeze to the keyboard and my feet to the floor besides its almost time for Witch Hunter Robin and Adult swim and I haven't even took my shower yet since I have evil school tomorrow. Bye bye I promise I'll make it up to you tomorrow.)
