I'm glad that you like the story so far - I know this chapter is a bit short but I didn't want to keep you in suspense :) From now on the story goes into the alternative universe.
Chapter 2.
A few hours later, drinks were drained and those that had gathered ended up heading home for the night. In the end, only Amanda, Nick, Carisi, Elliot, and Olivia were left.
"I think it's time for one last round, my treat," Elliot smiled, as he stood. He felt like he was being watched as he walked away, but when he turned to look Olivia wasn't staring at his ass as he had been staring at hers. Olivia was involved in a lively conversation with the three remaining guests. He didn't know why he felt like someone was watching him, so he shook off the feeling and ordered five beers.
When he came back, he slipped into the conversation with ease. He glanced around the table and smiled when he saw a look of ease and happiness covering Olivia's face.

Only two guests lingered at the end of the night. The venue employees were cleaning up and putting away the chairs and tables, sighing when they had to work around the last two guests.
"Cheers," He spoke, reaching his glass up to his friend. She smiled and picked up her full glass and tapped it against his.
"It's been a good night, but after this drink I must go home," She spoke, before taking a sip.
The moment her whiskey hit her tongue, her taste buds detected something incredibly bitter. She winced against the taste, and downed the rest of her drink. When she sat her cup down, her eyes locked with her friend's. He was just as uncomfortable with the taste of their whiskey, but it didn't stop him from drinking it.
They sat for a few moments exchanging words before standing together. He offered her his arm, and as they made the walk to the door, each grew dizzy. Their vision was fuzzy on the edges, and neither felt great. Both thought it might be because they had been mixing drinks all night, yet they weren't completely sure.
Against her better judgment, instead of taking a cab they moved to her car instead. She leaned against it and smiled at him.
"Thank you for tonight, it was a lot of fun," She breathed, her tongue feeling heavy in her mouth. She tried to ignore it, but it was hard.
"I always have fun with you," He grinned. He went to step back, but his body started to sway.
"Woah there. Take it easy," She slurred, her hands going to his waist. The moment her fingers dug into the flesh of his hips, he couldn't help himself.
He leaned forward and pressed his lips against hers in a passionate kiss. His arms wrapped around her body as the kiss grew deeper and more passionate.
"G-give me a second," She panted.
"Hurry then," He mumbled into her lips.
She struggled to grab her keys, her fingers tingling as if they were asleep. Once she managed to grab the keys from her clutch, she turned around so her back was flush against his front. She unlocked her car a few times, then opened the back door.
She climbed into the back seat, her friend following suit. It wasn't long before his hands were unzipping her dress and she was unbuttoning his shirt.
Her body tingled as he slipped her dress off and started to pepper her sun kissed skin with kisses. He couldn't help but smell her skin as he made his way down her shoulders and to her cloth covered chest.
"You smell like vanilla," He mumbled between kisses.
"Shut up and keep going," She panted.
It wasn't long before all the clothing was tossed on the floor. He settled her back against the leather seats, and pressed a kiss to each breast. At this point, each of them only had one thing on their mind.
Sex.
