Like, Homans, This is my first Kingdom Hearts fan fiction that I actually had a lot of inspiration on!
Disclaimer: I totally don't own this. It's like, 'HOMANZ, DON'T SUE ME, DISNEY AND SQUARE ENIX!' So yeah, I don't own the companies or characters. I do own the plot and Kloura and Lyzz/myself.
Like, totally check out my Kingdom Hearts Roleplay site, too. It's like, 'Homans, I worked hard on this!' So check it out.
Destiny Destroyed:
Prologue
13-year-old Lyzz sat in front of her TV, mashing violently on the buttons of her PS2 controller. She was playing Kingdom Hearts, on Expert mode. She'd just started the new game, and was doing horribly on it, despite having almost beaten normal. All she had to do was beat Riku…
And it froze. With an anguished howl, Lyzz was forced to reset. Except it didn't. The screen stayed as it was, with Riku standing there. Pulling off a sock, she threw it at the TV. And as only a truly deranged person would say, 'Yay, Static shock'. The TV flickered, before becoming a mysterious black window to darkness.
Getting up and kicking her PS2, the girl turned off the TV and began to walk away muttering something about 'stupid effin TVs and PS2s'. There was a loud crash, and She began to fall into the darkness…
-Chapter one-
"Oh my aching head…" Came the moaning voice of a teenaged girl. 15-year-old Kloura sat up, rubbing her forehead. "Geez, Kairi, Did you have to hit me so hard?" She grumbled, stretching out as she stood.
"Klou, You lazy bum! Why aren't you helping me and Riku with the raft?" Kairi giggled, smiling at her best friend.
"I think that you're BOTH lazy bums! Leaving me to do all the work, eh?" Came the voice of their other best friend, Riku. Klou turned to look at him, and grinned.
"That's right, get back to work, slave!" She joked, grinning at him. When he arrived to them, he dropped the log he was holding into her arms before flopping down on the ground.
Klou dropped the log to the ground, before sitting next to Riku. Resting her head on his shoulder, she sighed.
"So, when do you guys think we're leaving?" She asked, looking out at the ocean.
"Tomorrow, most likely." Riku replied, yawning slightly. "It's late. We should get home." He said, before standing up and brushing his clothes off carelessly. Pulling Klou up from the ground, he started off to the docks.
Klou and Kairi hung back, giggling about something. What it was, not even the bravest of warriors would dare try and listen. At least, that's what Riku thought.
"I can't believe we're leaving tomorrow! I can't wait to see you're home world, Kairi! It'll be so fun." Klou said to Kairi, grinning.
"I know! I can't wait to see all of the other worlds out there! It'll be so much fun to go out and travel with you and Riku!" Kairi replied, giggling.
"I'll be with you guys in a sec, I'm just gonna go tell the others that we're leaving." Klou said, before turning and running towards where their other friends, Wakka, Tidus, and Selphie, were.
When Klou was back on her way to the docks, she stopped. Had she heard something? Looking around, she put a hand on her head as to keep the gradually strengthening winds from pushing her hair into her face. Walking Into the secret place, Klou found herself looking at a cloaked figure…
End of chapter one
A/N: Like, Homans, It's done. Finally. I don't know how much I warped Riku and Kairi's personalities, but I tried to stay in character. Seriously. I did.
Kairi and Riku: …We don't really act like that…
O'course you do! –Hides them in a closet-
