An: this is just a little poem I wrote a while ago and now decided to post. Please review and tell me what you think.
SOULMATES.
We fought—we won,
We fought—we lost.
But always together,
Even when we were apart.
I felt your pain
And hurt as if it was my own.
I felt your happiness
And my heart soared with joy for you
You changed my existence—
Without even knowing.
You made me who I am today.
You came into my world of darkness,
Like a bright light,
After eternal darkness.
You gave me your hand,
When everyone else turned away.
You gave me your heart and your soul,
As I gave you mine.
You gave me hope,
Hope for life—
For I life I long gave up a hope to have.
You gave me everything I ever wanted,
For you are my SOULMATE.
An: I wrote this poem with Buffy and Angel in mind, however it sort of escalated after I started writing anyway tell me what you think. Bye
