A boat is shown
Scott's boots are shown, he's walking
Camera zooms upward, he's stopped next to Courtney. "I-I forgive you for that rat tail," he stutters awkwardly
Courtney shrugs and blows her bangs. "Whatever"
Justin: "so hey Beth,"
Beth: turns away
Beth [confessional]: "Some days, Justin is prettier than our best farm horse. Others? Well, he looks like Dash the Donkey"
Samey: blushes a bit, talking to Justin "Hi, I'm Sam-" pushed aside by Amy
Amy: "Ugh, Samey trying to bother others as usual. Sorry for her behavior"
Samey pushes back, and they fight
Jasmine steps toward them, looking like she means business. "Amy, get off her!"
Suddenly, Amy falls to the ground, tears coming out of her eyes while Samey, confused, continues punching
Jasmine [confessional]: "Oh crikey, not this again"
Brick stepping toward them "Soldier, why are you hurting your comrade"
Amy: feigning weakness Please help! My sister's going to kill me!
Samey: Finally understanding what's going on, backs off of Amy
However it was too late as people had already started watching what was going on due to the loudness of Amy's tears
Most of them gave Samey a disapproving look
"That's just messed up", Mike said
"Are you okay?", Zoey says to Amy, helping her up
"Yeah, it's fine, she's like this all the time", Amy lied
"That must be so hard for you I'm so sorry", Zoey said
"It's fine", said Amy
Samey looks at them and sighs
Samey: whispers to Justin You saw what happened, right?
Justin was too busy staring at himself in the mirror
"Huh?", asked Justin
Justin [confessional]: "I vaguely recall one of them started talking to me and the other pushed her aside. Can't tell them apart, so I'll go back to what's important. continues staring at himself, but suddenly falls out Now I get why Beth won't look at me!"
Duncan is cuffed up in a straight jacket
"Can't you just let me out of these cuffs already?", asked Duncan
"No can do, McLean says you can't be let out until the competition starts", says an officer
Mike looks in Duncan's direction: "Oh boy Duncan what happened to you?"
Courtney looks: starts laughing hysterically
"What are you laughing at Courtney?", asked Duncan
"There's something on your face Donovan", said Lindsay
"Huh?", said Duncan
Duncan has clown makeup on his face
"Aw SNUGGLEMUFFINS!", exclaimed Duncan
Heather: "Ugh, Chris's stupid contract has me back here again! Whatever, you know what this means, right? looks at Alejandro
Alejandro: "We temporarily dissolve our bonds of romance and are now fierce adversaries?"
Heather: rolls eyes while nodding her head
"You know that the one time you ever worked together in the African challenge it worked out quite well", interjected Sierra
"...shut up", retorted Heather
Gwen is writing in her diary when suddenly
"HEY GWEN, what are you writing in", shouted Izzy.
"This story I'm writing called 'total drama stories'", Gwen said
"Cool let me see!", Izzy grabs the diary and burns it
Gwen:"What is wrong with you?!"
Gwen starts attacking Izzy
Owen: "Oh look two girls fighting, how cool is that?"
"What Girl?", Said Lightning coming out of nowhere
"Shut up Owen", protested Gwen
Owen: "Come on Gwen we're good friends right?
"I'm reconsidering that," Gwen remarked
Cody is sitting by himself, looking down out at his feet
"Cody Wody!", shouted Sierra, bounding toward him
"Oh, uh, Hey Sierra", said Cody
Sierra edges closer to him, but suddenly, Shawn lands on her
"Was this zombie trying to bite you?" He asks
Cody: "Uh did you say zombie?"
Shawn takes a step closer and grabs Cody's arm "No bite marks," he concludes.
"What are you talking about dude?", asked Cody
Sierra throws Shawn "Stay away from my Cody-kins!", exclaimed Sierra
"Sierra!" Cody exclaims, "look we're just friends, nothing more, and I think throwing him might be a bit extreme"
Sierra nervously giggles "Well look Cody-kins that guy looked dangerous, so I had to do my duty as a friend and protect you!"
"Uhhh, okay then", replied Cody
Lightning was busy flexing
"Sha-yeah! This season Lightning's gonna win, and no little girl will steal his immunity this time!", Lightning exclaimed
"Oh what do you know about girls anyways?, Jo said while rolling her eyes
"Hi fellow athletes", Sky says, walking up to them.
Sky [confessional]: "I've watched their seasons. I know they are... not the most pleasant. But I need the allies I can get"
"What do you want?", says Jo rudely
"Hm? Oh, I was just greeting you, considering we share a liking for physical activities", replied Sky
"Well stay out of my way, and you'll be fine", Said Jo
Lighting starts kissing his biceps in front of Jo
Jo: "Hey Jockstrap you mind shutting up for once?"
"You should sha-shut up dude!", Lightning replied
"I'M A GIRL MUSCLE MOUTH! I THOUGHT YOU KNEW THAT!", Jo yelled
Jo and Lightning start fighting as Sky awkwardly walks away
Sky [confessional]: "Uh, yeah those two won't do..."
"Who else should I consider making an ally?", wondered Sky
Her eyes landed on Zoey and Mike
Sky [confessional]: "Zoey's perfect! She seems to be good to be around, and watching her seasons she had good skills! Oh and Mike's ok too I guess"
"Hey Zoey", Sky said while approaching Zoey
"Hi", said Mike, walking to her with Zoey next to him
"Hi uh, I don't think we know you?", Zoey stammered
Sky: "I'm Sky nice to meet you"
"Nice to meet you too Sky", said Mike
"I was just wondering maybe you two would be interested in forming an alliance?", Asked Sky
Mike [confessional]: "For some reason I don't have exactly the best feeling about Sky wanting to team up with me and Zoey but I'd rather be nice for now"
Zoey [confessional]: "Hmm, I'm not really sure about an alliance this early in the game but hey what could go that wrong?"
Mike: "Sure!"
"Alright perfect!", Said Sky in response
Sky [confessional]: "Now that I have some allies and Dave isn't here I can put all my focus into winning now! Romance won't be messing me up this time!"
Sky walks away as Cameron approaches Mike and Zoey
Cameron: "Hey guys what's up? Who were you talking to?"
"Oh we were just talking to Sky, she was asking us for an alliance", responded Mike
"An alliance this early in the game? I don't know about that", said Cameron
Zoey: "I have my doubts too Cam but Sky looks like she's trustworthy"
Cameron: "Hmm I'm still not completely sure but if you guys are feeling it I guess I might go along too"
The scene cuts to Chris
Chris: "Alright all of the campers have arrived!"
"And now of course I'll be dividing you into teams now! Begins laughing hysterically", Chris continued
"Ugh, fine just get it over with quick", groaned Heather
Chris: "SIKE! The first challenge is on your own!"
All the contestants moaned annoyingly
"I've hidden various medals all over the island, if you find a red one then you're on the red team, if you find a blue one, you're on the blue team", Chris said explaining the challenge
"So without further ado, GO!", Chris blows his airhorn
The contestants start running to find their medals
Heather: "Ugh I cannot believe I got tricked into signing up for another season of this show!"
"You're beautiful when you're mad Heather", responded Alejandro
Heather rolls her eyes
"Hey Gwen-" says Courtney while trying to catch up to Gwen
"Oh what do you want, Chartney?" Gwen said cutting her off
Courtney: "Look I know what I did back in All Stars was bad so I want to-"
"I wanted to make things right with you first Courtney! That was the reason I came back to the show in the first place! But then you betrayed me by lying to me with that stupid chart! How about you go focus on your own problems instead of trying to do literally what I did back in All stars?", Gwen countered as she gets away from Courtney
Courtney sighs and walks away to do the challenge
"Courtney wants to makes things right with Gwen now? Pfffft she thinks she's so good as always", Duncan says as he watches them from a distance
Scott: "Yoo-hoo team medals, come to papa!"
"Ow!", Scott shouted as something red fell off a tree and hit his head
Scott: "What the? Hmm isn't this a team medal?"
"And Scott has found the first team medal!", Chris announced over the loudspeakers
Scott: "Guess that was easier than I expected"
The scene flashes through the rest of the contestants finding their team medals
"And everybody has found their team medals! Meet me at the beach area!", Chris announces through the loud speakers
Everybody arrives to the beach area as Chris said
Chris: "Alright campers head over the team with the corresponding color as your medal"

Chris: "Now here's the twist for this season: I'll be appointing a designated team "captain" to both teams"
"The team captain is completely immune from elimination for every single ceremony up until the merge and will be picking the team name. Sounds unfair? Well what did you expect from me?", Chris as he explains
The contestants all look at each other after Chris explained
Chris: "The team captain for the red team will be: Heather!"
"As for the Blue team it will be: Shawn!"
Chris: "So get to picking your team names people!"
Heather: "I'll name the team, Heather's Slaves!"
Gwen "Oh of course she'd name it something like that"
Lindsay: "Yay we're slaves! Um what does that mean again?"
Alejandro winks at Heather while Heather simply scoffs
"Alright, I'll name the team Zombie Fighters!", Shawn said
"Uh, Zombie fighters?", Mike asks in confusion
Jasmine: "I'd say just don't think about it"
Chris: "Alright! Now that you've all picked your team names it's about time I introduce the challenges for the seasons. For your first challenge this season I'll be giving the team captains a remote. These remotes will be used to move Pahkitew Island's parts and make a complex hard to escape prison for the non captain members of the other team. Whichever team finishes first wins the challenge wins an advantage in the next part of the challenge. Heather and Shawn please head up with me to my helicopter"
Heather and Shawn come up with Chris to his helicopter and Chris hands them the remotes
"Will the teams be able to escape the super complex prison alive? More importantly will they come out alive?" Chris asks to the camera. "Find out next time on Total! Drama! Redemption Island!"

As a last note I'm 100% sure these type of fanfics have been done dozens of times before but hey that doesn't mean I shouldn't do it just solely cause of that. And just to get out thing out of the way since this is named "Dave's redemption" you'd expect this to include him. Well you'll just have to wait and see when he ends up introduced.
