Planet Reach: UNSC Headquarter

"Are you saying that the Covenant is moving its assets to another part of the galaxy?" Admiral Roland Freemont asked the ONI intelligence officer. Admiral Roland was the admiral in charge of the Epsilon Eridani Defense Fleet.

"It was a strange thing to tell the truth, one of our spy probes was spying on one of your sectors when we discovered a huge Covenant fleet, at first we were alarmed and sent one of our spy ships to be sure where they would send those ships. The generals looked at each other nervously. "What do you mean?" General Urban Holland added.

"About 700 warships, they were ready to invade this system" was the reply of the ONI informant.

"But how did they know the location of this planet?" Admiral Roland asked.

"Apparently one of their spy probes got stuck on one of our ships during the battle of Sigma Octanus IV," the officer replied.

The admiral leaned back in his chair. "So this location is compromised."

The officer nodded.

"This is bad, do you know where the Covenant fleet has gone?" The Admiral asked.

The officer nodded and pulled out a map of the galaxy and pointed to it "On this planet, the planet is located far away from our colony colonies."

The generals looked at each other.

"Why would they go there?" General Urban asked.

"The ONI is still recovering data, but it would be very difficult to send a ship to investigate, we can only say that 200 warships were sent to that place "answered the officer.

The admirals looked at each other with concern. "That's a major force, whatever it is, they must not be up to no good. You don't stop an attack on a major world and divert a significant number of forces elsewhere," the Admiral added in alarm.

The officer and several generals nodded "Before leaving our spy ship detected that 200 other ships jumped to the same coordinates, whatever the Covenant is preparing is a military attack of some kind."

The admiral and generals assisted. "The question is, what do we do now, the Covenant knows of our current location" added one general.

The admiral nodded "That is true, for now I will inform Admiral Hood of this finding and request an increase in personnel and fleet. If the Covenant decides to attack us, we must be prepared".

The generals nodded.

"I also have to add that Dr. Hasley has just deciphered the data from the Forerunner artifact" added the Officer.

This caught the Admiral's attention "What did she discover?".

"An important location, so important that Dr. Hasley is requesting an escort under the command of Captain Keyes and a small fleet" replied the Officer.

"How important is it?"

"Apparently he discovered a Forerunner science world, if what the data says is true it has the ability to change the course of the war "explained the intelligence officer in all seriousness.

The admiral was silent for a while before nodding. "I will notify Admiral Hood immediately, within a week Captain Keyes will leave with an escort."

A week later, Captain Keyes in command of the Pillar Of Autumn along with his wife Dr. Hasley and two Spartan teams flew off in an unknown direction not knowing what was in store for them . The Pillar Of Autumn left the planet Reach accompanied by an escort of 4 Frigates.

Covenant Space

"How are the preparations going?" The Prophet of Truth and ultimate leader of the Covenant asked the commander of Covenant forces Thel 'Vadam.

Thel 'Vadam supreme commander of the Particular Justice Fleet bowed to the prophets before speaking. "Great prophets, preparations are ready, we have taken several uninhabited border worlds and soon our great crusade will begin."

"Do the republic and the separatists know anything of our movements?" The prophet of Pesar asked.

Thel Valdam shook his head. "They know nothing, they soon encountered our entire war machine and will be crushed."

It was a shock to the Covenant to discover a human civilization apart from the humans of the UNSC. The Prophets learned of this fact when one of their scout probes came upon a world being besieged by an unknown faction. What was most impressive and disturbing was that this unknown faction was human, but unlike the UNSC humans they were, in appearance, more advanced and seemed to use another way to move faster than light.

It was then that the Covenant began to investigate, only to discover that in this part of the galaxy there was a government made up of thousands of worlds populated by humans. The rage and hatred they felt in the Covenant was palpable, somehow the faction they were fighting was a splinter of the humans in the other part of the galaxy.

The Covenant also learned of the Clone Wars, to say that the Sangheili were disgusted by this Clone army is an understatement.

It was at this point that the Covenant decided to drop their attack on the UNSC and attack both the Republic and the Separatists.

The Covenant discovered that both the Republic and the Separatists had a sizable fleet. So the entire war machine was redirected to end the galactic republic.

Thel Valdam was placed in charge of the invasion fleet, collecting information on several hundred worlds. Apparently the fraction of him was in an area that the rest of the galaxy called the unknown regions.

The Prophets charged the Commander that he will attempt to recruit all alien species so that they could join them against the humans.

"Very well Commander you have the green light to start your invasion, but remember we have to take as many worlds as possible without the Republic or the Separatists finding out, once they find out we will attack their critical worlds and bring them to their knees" spoke the Prophet of the truth.

The commander nodded. "What will happen to Hutt Space?"

"Eliminate them, without mercy, we will not let those people who traffic in humans serve in our ranks, having humans as objects is a sin for our gods"

Thel Valdam nodded. "With your permission I will begin the preparations." The prophets attended.

Once only the Prophet of truth looked at the huge fortress city while he pondered, soon all the humans in the galaxy would be exterminated.

He is at war with the UNSC and will soon be at war with the Republic and the Separatists. They control a significant part of the unknown regions.

The Republic: A Democracy formed for more than 25,000 years. Before the civil war he controlled 50,000 worlds. They currently control 30,000 worlds. It has an army of over 6,000,000 Clone soldiers and a fleet of around 3,000 warships. At war with the Separatists and soon with the Covenant.

The separatists: Government that separated from the republic. They rule over 15,000 worlds. He has an army of mechanized droids along with a fleet of around 3,500 warships. At war with the Republic and soon with the Covenant.

The Mandalorians: A warrior people, in the past they ruled thousands of worlds, currently they rule a small system made up of around 350 worlds. They have a fleet of around 200 ships maximum. A neutral faction during the clone wars, their people unite again after the Covenant join the war.

The Chiss: Race descendants of humans who live in the unknown regions. A sprawling race that already controls around 400 worlds. They enter the global war once the Covenant attack their territory. In the future they allied with the UNSC. They have a fleet of around 300 ships.
