Chapter One: Reluctant Babysitter
"Come on guys. We get off here." Alexis says as she is with Timmy, Melvin and Teether on a bus as it stops.
"Are you certain this is where we have to meet this person?" Melvin asks as the group gets off the bus as Alexis sees a girl with a cloak in the distance.
"To my knowledge. Looks like someone's here already. Huh hey Timmy wait!" Alexis says worriedly as Timmy goes up to the girl and tugs on her cloak.
"Are you Raven?" Timmy asks.
"You've gotta be kidding me." The girl says.
*Timeskip*
"Are you gonna help us lady?" Melvin asks.
"Which one are you?" Raven asks.
"Melvin." Melvin says.
"Melvin huh? You're the leader of this team?" Raven asks.
"Actually no. I'm the leader of this team. I'm Alexis. I'm their older sister. Those are our brothers Timmy and Teether." Alexis says as she goes over to Melvin as Raven looks at her.
"Alright Alexis. I'll take you and your team to the drop off but that's it." Raven says.
"Lots of fun aren't you?" Alexis asks as Raven looks at her.
"This isn't meant to be fun. And I didn't ask for this job." Raven says.
"I can tell. Just saying you could be a little kinder about it is all." Alexis says.
"I am being kind. Here comes the train." Raven says as a train approaches and Timmy starts crying as Teether and Melvin hold hold Raven's hands.
"What's wrong with that one?" Raven asks.
"I don't know. What's wrong Timmy?" Melvin asks.
"Nobody holding my hand." Timmy cries.
"Melvin hold Timmy's hand." Raven says.
"I can't. I gotta hold Bobby's hand. Bobby's afraid of trains." Melvin says as she is holding her other hand in the air.
"Right Bobby is afraid of trains." Raven says in disbelief as Alexis shakes her head and picks up Timmy.
"There, there Timmy. It's alright. It won't be for long." Alexis says as Timmy sniffles and smiles at her as Alexis smiles at Raven causing her to look away before the group boards the train.
*Timeskip*
"Just a two-hour train ride and it'll all be over. So you've all got powers? What can you do?" Raven asks as she sees the kids are staring at her.
"Bobby can dance. Wanna see?" Melvin asks.
"Uh no." Raven says.
"I don't think that it's a good time Mel. But to answer I have the ability to turn into a wolf." Alexis says as Raven looks at her curiously.
"A wolf huh?" Raven asks curiously.
"Yes. And I can also do this." Alexis says as she makes snow and water appear.
"Wow. That's pretty cool. Never met teen superhero who has more than one ability." Raven says as Alexis smiles and blushes.
"Thanks." Alexis says shyly.
"Mine!" Timmy yells as the Teether spits out his pacifier and starts chewing on Timmy's blanket as Timmy starts fussing.
"Quiet! We're going to play a game. It's called don't bother Raven. Rule number one no talking!" Raven yells making all three kids hush as he closes her eyes.
"You're nor much of a kid person are you?" Alexis asks as she looks at Raven.
"Well if I'd known this was gonna be the job I would of switched with one of my teammates." Raven says.
"Rude. You shouldn't be judging these kids. You don't know their past or who they are." Alexis says annoyedly.
"Look I just wanna get this over with. After that you can take care of your siblings how you want. Right now I'm in charge and I don't wanna be. So I'd like to have at least a few minutes of silence." Raven says annoyedly.
"Good luck with that. They're kids. What do you expect?" Alexis asks as she crosses her arms.
"I'll tske what I can get. Azarath metrion zinthos." Raven says as she closes her eyes.
"Hey I know you told them to be quiet but is it just a little too quiet or is it just me?" Alexis asks as Raven opens her eyes before she and Alexis see the kids are gone.
"Oh great." Raven says annoyedly as she and Alexis stand up worriedly.
"Uh where'd they go?" Alexis asks.
