Pyrrha's jaw drop with shock
"Everyday i would 'train' with a wooden sword.Then one day i decided it was enough and run away from my family with Crocea Mors and a bit of money i saved.I book a cheap hotel and use the rest of my money to buy a fake transcript" Jaune said in a single breath, too angry at himself to speak properly
Pyrrha recover from her shock quickly, she want to say something yet her mind is cloud with thought.Everything around her seem to blur except for Jaune, her dorky if sometime idiotic partner.Thoughts swarming inside her head, her logical side think Jaune action is stupid perhaps moronic even, it tell her that she should report this to the headmaster.But, her emotional side have an difference opinion why should we report his secret to the headmaster, he hadn't hurt anyone and prove himself to be a capable leader despite his below average combat skill

Jaune look at her with a tired expression, not physically but mentally.He realize in a burts of anger at his low strength he had spill his secret, by now Jaune is hoping, hoping that by a miracle Pyrrha would not only look past his criminal behavior but also would keep this a secret and not report him to the headmaster.Pyrrha have a dumbfound face, his fist clench as he wait for his judgment.He reflected at what he had accomplish in his limited time at Beacon... Nothing, he had done nothing in Beacon, he was alway get beaten by Cardin in combat class, the only reason he survive Beacon is because Pyrrha unlock his aura.He was a burden to his team and he was sure Pyrrha only train him out of pity.
"Jaune i-, this is too much i don't know what to say.Please, give me more time"

In the end Pyrrha choose her heart over her mind.She could only hope it was the right choice

"Oh, Jaune" he said in a mocking tone
"Cardin!, what are you doing here!?" Jaune ask in suprise and fear that his bully may have heard their conversation
"I couldn't help but overhear you two from my dorm room, so you're faker huh?.Gotta say i never expect you to be such a rebel Jauney-boy"Cardin face morph into a mischievous smile
"Cardin please!, please don't tell anyone!" Desperation and panick surge through him.His future never feel so uncertain
"Come on Jaune, do you think i would rat on my friend like that?"
"A friend?" There is something wrong with this, but Jaune is too scare to notice
"Of course!"Cardin then trap Jaune in a headlock despite his protest
" We're friends now, Jauney boy! And the way I see it, as long as you're there for me when I need you, we'll be friends for a long time.That being said, I really don't have time to do those extra readings Dr. Oobleck gave us today. Think you could take care of that for me, buddy?" He rub Jaune head with a grin "That's what I thought" Cardin heads back to hang onto the edge "Don't worry, Jaune; your secret's are safe with me"
After Cardin left, Jaune spend a moment on the rooftop to calm himself before heading back to JNPR dorm.Jaune would never expect the chain of events that would forever change his destiny
