Renegades, Marissa Meyer

This is what I think should have happened rather than what happens at the beginning of the first book. I am changing the beginning of the story so the rest of the story will be different from the books, however, I am going to have some parts be the same, or close to the same, as the books.

Chapter 1

(I still have to add this part, but what happens is that Nova sees her parents get shot and so she runs away through the fire escape. She goes to a restaurant that she'd visited quite a few times with her parents, goes into the restaurant and the owner finds her, then, after the owner gets off of work a few hours later and helps close up, she takes Nova to Renegade Headquarters and the character is done)
