"Sprig, is that you?" asked Anne as she looked at the frog humanoid with a stunned expression.
"I knew you would be back," said Sprig who was tearing up while looking at the human with a huge smile. He then ran over to Anne, both hugging each other.
"Can't believe how much you have changed, Sprig," said Sasha.
"He's not the only one," said Polly while she and the others walked out of the forest.
"It's good to see all of you again," said Marcy. She then noticed Andrias trying to hide behind some trees.
"That includes you, Andrias," she said with a smile.
"Guess I can't really hide; and yeah, it's good to see you," said Andrias as he came out into view.
"But how did you three manage to get back here?" asked Hop Pop.
"Long story, but we know that there's some kind of danger coming for Amphibia, that's why we're back," said Anne.
"Let's head over to the farm then, we can talk there," said Sprig.
"Sound goods," said Sasha. Later that night, Anne and the other two were in her old room.
"Okay, we have definitely had one of our craziest days yet," said Marcy.
"Especially after learning that Anne was given a chance to become a God but gave it up to come back from the dead," said Sasha.
"Yeah, but I won't actually take over for the Guardian until I die, which I hope is not for a long time," said Anne.
"Still, you were given… agh!" said Marcy while grabbing her head with both hands.
"Marcy, what's wrong?!" asked Sasha as Anne and she went over to check on her.
"I'm fine, it's just a side effect of the core," said Marcy as she opened her eyes to reveal that they were a bright red.
"Whoa," said Anne and Sasha as they backed away.
"It's still me, ever since that incident with the core my mind was connected straight to the internet back home, so I have a lot of information in my head," said Marcy, her eyes turning back to normal as she spoke.
"Are you sure you're alright?" asked Anne. However, Sasha had tuned the two of them out while turning away from them.
"This is my fault," thought Sasha, her hands trembling as she looked at them.
