Hey it's me again! Yeah, I changed my name. I'm no longer wolfden, I'm now legendary.hacker. Just so you know. O.k., I figured since I have written a Mimiru/Tsukasa story, I should write a BlackRose/Kite story too! BlackRose/Kite are my favorite pairing! This story takes place after .hackLegend of the Twilight. 'The World' is back on track no one has gone into any more coma's (until now). Balmung is part of CCCorp., and Reiki is his assistant. You should probably know all this if you want to understand my story. This first Chapter is a Prologue, so you should probably read it. If you don't understand it, that's o.k., you will later on in the story. On with the story!

Somewhere in Tokyo...

A boy around the age of 14 lounged on his couch in front of the TV. He let out a soft sigh.'Great, it's a perfectally good Saturday and here I am bored out of mind.'

He grabbed the remote and turned on the TV. The TV blinked to life, and he found himself watching the news. 'Boooring.' He thought, and was about to change the chanel when something caught his eye. A news reporter was standing in front of the CCCorperation building. 'That's the head of 'The World'!' The boy thought. His eyes went wide with shock as he listened what the reporter was saying.

"...and twenty more people were brought into hospitals all over Tokyo last week from playing the ever popular on-line computer game 'The World'. We have interveiwed a player of this game. Sir, what do you have to say about this" The reporter asked as he held the microphone to the person next to him.

"I think" The man comented"That we need the legendary .hackers back. They are the only ones who can help us now."

The boy turned off the TV and his once shocked expression broke into a grin. "Looks like I'm coming home." He said.

Also in Tokyo...

A girl about 15 or older walked into her room and sat down on her bed. The girl sighed and grabbed the remote next to her. She turned on her TV across from her bed and on came the news. As she continued to watch she was surprised to find that the news segment was on 'The World'!

She smiled and jumped up from her bed. "Look out 'The World', I'm back in action" She said pumping her fist in the air. She quickly ran from the room leaving the TV still on.

"...we need the legendary .hackers. They are the only one's who can help us now." Was the last sentence she heard as she ran down the hall.
