There was an aquard silence between everyone, but Natsu didnt really care. He looked over to the rest of the group, Eva looked... suspecting.. clearly trying to look threatening, but usually switched moods when Yugo talked to her. As natsu took another look, he realized not just Eva was 'ready', they all were. Natsu smiled a bit and looked back forwards.
"Whats that smile for?" Eva asked in an 'are-you-planning-something' voice. Natsu looked to her. "well its you guys, your always ready to help this kid, you seem like good freinds is all"
they looked suprised to hear thos seemingly-honest words come out of a strangers moth. None responded, but Natsu realized that after that they had let their gaurd down just a bit.

They all had kept walking on, it seemed like a long time had gone by. Natsu had mostly ignored them as they talked on. But couldnt as he heard two words put together... "Pink hair" He stopped dead in his tracks and slowly turned around. "what was that?" he asked. Percival spoke up first. stupidly. "oh we were talking and i was saying how strange it was that your hair is pink-" cut off. immediately. "My hair... is NOT PINK... ITS SALMON!!!" Natsu was fuming. just then an older man walked up pulling someting from his pocket... a knife...
i almost feel bad... welp better continue with the story
"hey" he said, his voice deep and gruff. "yall seem like a bunch with some, well, goodies... now yall seem real nice so you better hand em over.. or someones gonna get hurt" Natsu whipped around to face the man. The man almost dropped the knife at the sight of the already-angry Natsu. "H-hey, no need to be m-" and he got a punch right to the face, he was out in a second, collapsed on the ground. Natsu walked forward a few steps and whipped over to face the alleyway to see a group of thugs staring at their assumed-leader in utter shock. They all started to scatter as Natsu glared at them. Once gone he just walked on, not exactly caring what else happendd. Meanwhile the group was just watching, and percival a little mad he couldnt join in on the action. But still watched as Natsu walked off muttering something like "its salmon, not pink" with a scoff.
