A/N
So to make sense of the concept of angel Naruto, or better yet how he becomes one, is that Naruto is sent through a portal by Kaguya before being completely sealed, that portal ended up throwing naruto in to the warp where Sanguinius saw him as a perfect host for him to reborn but fails to take over, ends up making naruto stronger and for some reason gave naruto 6 wings (its warp fuckerie). Also, he will have six path mode, both halves of kurama, proficient in hand to hand kombat, seal master and super strength.
To end this, the story will take place some time after Guilliman resurrection.
Pain flared throughout his body especially his back, as he fought against monsters of every shape and sizes that were inside the portal none stop, his body flailing. And the only thing that truly keep them down, permanently, were his true seeking orbs that he used as makeshift armor that covered his body from head to toe, a shield and a short sword. Kurama also help him by covering his blind spots, keeping them out of his body as they tried to take over him and keeping his sanity in check, thankfully Kurama kept them out and apparently the death reaper seal also help him by giving him some type of protection.
But when he managed to kill one, every monster just suddenly stopped for a moment as they looked at him with shock and fear, as if they never saw one of their own being killed. Then they attack him with more ferocity and cautioness.
His back flared again, the pain intensifying as he gritted his teeth.
Yet he still kept on fighting against the endless hoard of monster and the pain. For he saw, FELT their fear grow as there corpses began to pile up and fade into nothingness, soon the only ones that still tried to fight him were the rotting ones and the berserkers, the other two groups fled as the fear of true death overcame them. What he also noticed is that the ones that remain did not care about their injuries or their brethren dying, he was also extremely cautious about the rotting ones as kurama told him that they exude of unknown plagues, diseases and parasites. So he decided dealt with everyone in a single strike by combining Matatabi's, Son Goku's and Kokou's flaring their combined Chakra burning everything around him.
Suddenly the pain on his back flared once more, but this time he couldn't fight of the pain for it was to much that he scream out like never before and yet he still kept up on with his attack as he began to feel something protruding out of his back, hitting against his armor and the pain still kept up escalating. Despite all that he still kept up fighting against the pain, refusing to lose consciousness and letting down his attack for if he did that the remaining forces would end him, so he poured more power into his attack that it bursted out with such intensity that it resembled the birth of a star as everything that once tried to go against him instantly died. Yet the pain wouldn't cease as it still grew in intensity and felt that whatever was protruding began to rip open his back trying to get out, and that was his breaking point for he lost himself to the pain as he still poured more power to his still ongoing attack that the Chaos God's began to notice as the heat began to affect their realms.
For everything that resides in Nurgles realm began to burned and the God couldn't do nothing for he as well burned, as did the prison that held Isha. Slaanesh tried to fight of the raging fire by invoking an excess bodies of water and yet it wasn't enough as the heat would make some parts of her realm suddenly combust. And the only ones that stood against it were Tzeentch and Khorn for they pushed the star out of the warp, as one used its psychic powers and the other punch it. But they weren't left unscathed, for they and their realms suffered as well. For Tzeentch his body was covered with blisters, his demon's were caught on fire, his crystal labyrinth melted and every book of evey library turned to ash. And Khorne, almost all the left side of his body was left charred both armor and flesh beneath it, his throne of skulls began to crumble, his rivers of blood were almost dried out, the same could be said to the inhabitants of his realm yet he did not care for he walked towards his pool of blood, his body sinking until he was completely submerge.
Even though they all suffered from this, to them, it was just a minor inconvenience for they will recover.
Kurama didn't know what the fuck just happened nor did he care for he took control over Naruto's body and stopped him in time because at the pace he was going pouring out his Chakra he would have died, yet he didn't blame him for losing himself to the pain for he felt it as well the moment he took over and saw the reason that had caused Naruto so much pain, six bloodied wings were the cause. Now they found themselves falling through the stars and being pulled in by a planet's atmosphere that they passed nearby. We're he then used Isobu's, Saiken's and Gyuki's chakra to create a protective water bubble as they went through the atmosphere until crash landed. Once on the ground he focused on healing Naruto and as he did that, Kurama also began to look at the new appendages that had all the blood on them wash away revealing their pristine white color and golden hue that shined when the light hit them, thinking why did Naruto grew wings what was the the reason behind them.
Unbeknownst to him, inside the shared mindscape/soul resided a new soul that held a regal armor and angelic appearance. This one was none other then Sanguinius, Son of the Emperor of man kind, Primarch of the Blood Angels and the Ninth Legion, who now finds himself trapped behind the seal of the Death God. When Sanguinius saw the boy entered the warp he instantly felt a connection like never before for he was a chance of a lifetime like none other as he was a perfect vessel for him to reincarnate. So he rushed towards him before the demon's of the warp sense him, where once in he tried to take over yet before he could do such thing multiple golden chains emerge from the depths of the boy's soul chaining each of his limbs, he fought yet his attempts to fight them off proofed to be futile for the chains began to wrap his body zapping his strength away before being pulled behind bars for freedom he had now was the ability to see and hear trough his host.
Now, he stood in front the of manifestation of the boy. One chained behind bars and the other sat on the ground showing signs of exhaustion.
"Now who the fuck are you supposed to be, and before you answer I can tell when someone is lying. So choose your words wisely cuz right now I'm not in a good mood." Naruto said as his on edge, for he wasn't expecting to find someone else in his mindscape/soul. Sanguinius new that his at disadvantage, for his by all means powerless. His ability to see into the future was blocked, so he now needed to think what say and while he didn't now if the boy is telling the truth or not, he didn't want to take his chances with the boy for his an powerful unknown that has every right to be wary of him, as the only option he has is to tell him the truth for it may be the safest choice. SIGH "My name is Sanguinius, and I... I tried to take possession of you." When he said that, he frowned and looked down in shame for the decision he took reminded him of what demon's do, but he was desperate for the boy signified a once lifetime opportunity to attain a physical body and return to the Imperium to help his brother to restore it to its former glory, and because of his hasty decision he now laid imprisoned. "I can sense that you didn't do it out of malice, but that still doesn't give you the right to do what you want. Especially trying to take over my body!!!! Right now I don't have the time to waste with you so take your sorry ass and GET. OUT." His patience was over the limits.
"I don't think that's possible. Not anymore."
"And why the fuck not."
"Because I've become bound to you. Our souls fused into one, but not in the conventional way." Silence reign for a moment until Naruto began to laugh. "Look buddy, jokes aside I will ask you one more time to please leave."
"It's no jester, If I could I would have done it by now. But like I previously stated, you and I are one, I have become an extension of your soul. I'm sorry." Naruto just stared at him, he wanted to yell out that he was bluffing, but sadly he new that his telling him the truth for he didn't sense any lies from him and it frighten him, so in a fit of panic he yelled out to the only friend he has right now.
"¡¡¡¡¡KURAMA!!!!!"
Startled by the sudden shout and how loud it was, Sanguinius immediately began to question the reason behind it. Until he heard and felt tremors that slowly became louder. And as he turned around he sees how massive red furred hand emerged from the shadows followed by a second one which caught him, he tried to pull himself out but its grip held him. Then he found himself being stared down by the beast that held, it's maw displaying its fangs. "Naruto, tell me what's going on, now."
"What in Terra's name are you!" Sanguinius was shocked, thinking that the boy has ally himself with an unknown chaos spawn.
"Kurama, he's... He's telling me that his part of me, that his fused to my soul." Naruto spoke with panic in his voice and Kurama eyes widen at his response for he's never seen him nor heard him in that way. He then immediately looked at their new guest, focusing his sight on Sanguinius looking for something that isn't supposed to be there, hoping that there wasn't something there, yet he found it. An ethereal link between Sanguinius and Naruto, invisible to them but not him.
"I will not let myself be consumed by filthy demon!!! And you!!!" He said, his voice filled with hatred. "How can you ally yourself with a demon!!! To think that I-"
Sanguinius was cut off in mid sentence when Kurama slammed him to the floor. "Listened here you ungrateful leech, be grateful that the only saving grace that's protecting you, is the fact that your linked to Naruto, so I don't know what will happen if I were to hurt you. Now I recommend you to cooperate with us in answering our questions or better yet, tell us everything we need to know." Seeing no other options, Sanguinius told them the 'short' version about his father and his crusade, of his brother's, their origins, the Horus heresy, the corruption and betrayal of his brother's, he told them everything he new to the current age of mankind and the Imperium. Needless to say both Naruto and Kurama were silent, and how could they not, they traveled to a point in time where humanity has lost the right to even called themselves humans anymore. And Naruto new that Sanguinius was still keeping them in the dark, so he braced himself for the stupidest thing his about to do despite knowing that this might as well kill him, because if Sanguinius is old as he claims to be it will be a long and straining memory lane.
So he stood up and walked towards him, phasing through the bars with his fist stretched out. "Look Sanguinius if we want to trust each other the quickest way as possible is to fistbump." The angel just looked at him with disbelief, after all how can a fistbump help them trust each other.
"Just humor me for a second because as far as I know you don't have nothing to lose with doing this." And so he did, Sanguinius experienced everything that Naruto has gone through yet he lived it all in nothing more than a blink of an eye but the same couldn't be said for Naruto.
He saw and felt all that Sanguinius lived through and so, so much more for he was seeing, knowing things that shouldn't be possible for he witness everything from the beginning where the Emperor began his crusade to the present. It was too much, that he dropped down into a heaping convulsing mess and Kurama once more pin down Sanguinius snarling and snapping his maw at him.
"What did you do to him!!!"
"I did nothing! I swear! He's the one that exchanged our memories! This is a psychic backlash, a consequence of his own actions!" Even when Kurama wanted to end him despite being right about his comment, he couldn't for a reason and because he focused himself on healing Naruto and keeping them alive.
Unbeknownst to them the inhabitants of the planet Vallrum V were nearing the unconscious body of Naruto, for they saw him entered their planet's atmosphere, so men and women were sent to investigate the crash citing. The planet in question is a mining planet one that held a harsh environment for those that lived on it, but once upon a time it was beautiful planet that slowly became a husk as humans kept on extracting its natural resources killing the majority of its fauna and flora in their process. Now back to the present, the team squad task with the mission of investigating the crash citing landed near the area as their transportation couldn't take them further, so with no other option they proceeded on foot. Walking towards the objective point, they started to notice that the more they walk forwards into the environment the area around them began to flourish with life, and to some of them it was breathing taking for they were witnessing something that they only saw in old records of the planet, others took off their breathing masks as they breathe fresh air for the first time and despite that they were task with a mission they couldn't help themselves but act as children who were exploring the world for the first time. Even the captain wasn't an exception to this, for he even joined his comrades by pulling a fruit of a tree and giving a bite to it, tears were flowed at how delicious it was. Then he remembered about their task, wiping his tears off he called his squad.
"Men!!! Get your sorry ass in line, NOW!!! We must not forget about our mission, what's at stake, because for all we now this could be a Xeno invasion, so gear up and let us finish our mission in the name of the Emperor of mankind." Once giving their wake up call, they all put their masks on and took out their weapons. They rapidly marched towards their objective, once there they checked the surrounding area for any hostility, seeing none, some pulled down their weapons while others were kept on guard. As they explored the area, one of them noticed a lake that shimmered a blue hue, looking closer at it he noticed a figure in the center of it.
"Captain!!!"
"What is it soldier."
"I may have spotted our target, look at the lake, in its center there's something." Looking at the lake, the captain also noticed the figure. "Men, ready your weapons and surround the enemy." Once everyone held their position, they walked into the lake, it shallow waters reaching above their ankles. When they reached the unknown the captain immediately reported to command and it's high lord who in turn they also contacted the nearest Blood Angels successor chapter and the Ultramarines reporting what could the second miracle for the Imperium, for they might have found a second son of the Emperor, the Primarch of the 9th legion, the Angel of mankind Sanguinius.
As the message was transmitted through out the Imperium, the first to receive it of all the Blood Angels and its successor chapters were The Lamenters who rushed towards the planet Vallrum V who wanted to confirm if it was their father or not. When The Inquisition received the transmission they began to mobilize their agents to verify such reports. And when it arrived at Terra, Guilliman upon reading it immediately reunited his legions and informed the Blood Angels chapter master about the news. Both armies united left Terra in desperation for they wanted to confirm if it was true or not and because time was of the essence for chaos always had way to know of such things.
Several months have passed since Naruto entered into a coma and Kurama has been healing him none stop in hopes of him waking up, he's also made sure that no one could disturb his body in the physical world and will only take over if needed. For Sanguinius, he didn't know what to feel about his current situation because although he knows the truth about Naruto's affilliation with Kurama, the fact that the two of them have fought against three beings that could be consider God's or the fact that there are other humans capable of such feat and yet he and his brother's couldn't despite being children of the Emperor of mankind, who could. It really made rethink about everything. And he and Kurama have reach to a accord to tolerate each other until Naruto wake up.
Now outside of the mindscape in the time that's has passed the planet's people guarded Naruto. Where at first the squad that found Naruto attempted to move him but soon found out that it was impossible to do so, no matter what they tried. Not only that, as flora grew around him the remaining fauna migrated into the area, both becoming overprotective of him so much so that a tech-priest came to document the phenomenon and in doing so he also discovered that Naruto's very presence healed everything around him, further proving that he was indeed a son of the Emperor. Later on when a space marine chapter arrived and this we're none other than the remnants of the Lamenters who immediately asked for the location of their gene father, at first, the people who new of the origin and history of the Lamenters were hesitant about giving them such information but in the end they gave in. Once upon arriving near the area where Naruto was, they all continued on foot as the previous tech-priest guided them.
"Listened well Lamenters, do not show any type of hostility towards the flora and fauna, even if your the son's of Sanguinius, they will care nor hesitate to kill you." Some of the Lamenters just look at him to elaborate more on the topic. SIGH"The moment you're father landed, somehow his presence has been healing the planet in turn affecting both plants and animals life, that somehow know that his the sole cause which they in turn protect him... But in doing so resulted in unforseen circumstances."
"And by that, you mean?"
"Fauna and flora have shown signs of unforseen growth of intelligence and sentience to the point of understanding us, some of the animals have reached sizes comparable to that of a rhino. In other words were witnessing evolution with our very eyes like never before and possibly the birth of a new species." His voice overjoyed for documenting a one of a kind opportunity. "So in the name of the Emperor and your father, refrain yourself from shooting. For they in a sense are your father's creation and therefore your 'siblings'."
Many of them restrained themselves for what the tech-priest was implying and because they arrived at their father's resting place. Once there every Lamenter removed their helmets and let go of their weapons, slowly walking towards their father in disbelief he who laid in the center of a pond, a serene expression dance across his face as he slept. And the moment they saw him they started to cry tears of happiness because the moment they saw him, they new that this was their father.

Although the chapter is short, it's meant to be that way for its the appetizer before the main event. Not to mention that I still have other stories to work on, which I want to publish and in doing so I can focus on my main stories and update the rest of them every two weeks, and I will try to update them even in holidays. So be ready when the pop up.
Before I leave, I'm gonna borrow a page from NeonZangetsu, which I do recommend to read his stories, but each their own. Now this will be my first and last teaser for the upcoming chapters of this fanfic.
Story time.
A crimson rusted blade appeared in his hands as he clashed against Ka'Bandhas axe. "Did you really think that I would notice your return, that you could hide from me. Sanguinius!!!!!" Naruto frowned at the name, knowing that there was no changing that. "Answer me!!!" Ka'Bandha yelled as he swang his second axe, sparks flew as his blow was parried and his eyes widened for he never saw the blade move nor Naruto as he appeared behind him "I don't have to waste with you." Hearing does words infuriated Ka'Bandha that he roared out and attempted to strike Naruto once more but that's when he felt it, as over a thousand cuts appeared all over his body. Coughing up blood and struggled to move he stretched out his trying to reach Naruto but that's he saw how his body began to fall apart as his head dropped from his neck, and despite that he couldn't help himself to smirk. "It was an honor to fight you Sanguinius." Those were his last words before his body began to turn to ash, blown by the wind.
The Lamenters could only stare in horror as there father hang from the wall, his once beautiful wings nailed against it broken and bloodied, his body tortured beyond recognition and he showed no signs of life. The responsibles of this blasphemy just stood there startled at the fact that they were caught, and they were none other than the Inquisition and members of the Adeptus Ministorum.
Dropping their weapons upon seeing their father dead once more, they walked towards him ignoring the Inquisition and Adeptus Ministorum who moved from their path as they gently pulled down their father from the wall and the apothecary attempted to revive him. They refused to believe that their father was dead but as reality sink in, each and every one of them began to cried out in despair and anguish as they held his corpse but soon does cries became that of undiluted rage and hatred, this was unlike that of the black rage, for the Inquisition and Adeptus Ministorum witness as the Lamenters were covered by a crimson cloak that began to eat their armor exposing their skin, flesh and blood that blackened as it covered them in a black dome that soon exploded into a pillar of darkness which pierced the palace, alerting everyone.
After being blown away and the dust settling down, that's when they saw what became of the Lamenters, for they were now monsters who's flesh wriggled as if it had a mind of its own, they still had remnants of their armor. But one in particular stood out from it's brethren for his pale as the moonlight, his limbs blackened and clawed, massive bat like wings emerged from his back and had a hole at the center of his chest dripping black blood while crying black tears. He holded Naruto and in unison they all roared, that shook the palace to its core, a roar so powerful that it was heard throughout the whole hive city.
Well I hope to hook you up with this little teaser. I will also say that in the coming updates for 'Paracausal Fist' at the end of some chapters I will also be adding one shots, that, and the fact that I will be adding more fanfics in the future, when my current ones are fairly updated or all published.
