Part 2 - Surprises and Reactions

As everyone else came from the fireplace, by flooing into the room or coming through the kitchen door as they chose to apparate to the house itself outside of the building, Sirius, Remus and Tonks with little baby Teddy sat near the end of the other side of the table, while Hermione sat with Marcus at the other end, though in the shadows for now, and nearby the two was his father, Albus and Minerva sitting chatting amongst themselves.

Soon after the last persons had arrived, which was none other Weasley's and with them was also Harry, and they were always going to be late nomatter what you said as time, they would come late or on the dot of the time being said. Albus soon stood up from his seat, and said

"Welcome everyone, to this meeting today." Molly said

"Children you have to leave."

"No they are to stay, as they are no children anymore, they are viewed as adults in our world, Molly, therefore they are to stay, as this meeting has to do with them all here."

At that Molly harrumped and crossed her arms, while her two youngest and twins all looked at each other and shrugged for now, Harry had narrowed eyes at this, and was going to say to tell them already, when Sirius saw this and said

"Harry, you have to calm down, it does have something to do with you, but it has to be outed by our new Minister of Magic or Albus here. Not you forcing it out. Now be quiet and listen for once."

Harry gapped at his god-father being so harsh for once at him, and so did the others around him, as Harry said

"What the hell do you know what is going on here?"

"First be politer, and do not swear. Now I do know what is going on, as I am friend of the Minister, and he told me in confidence of what is going on from now on in this world, and I quite agree with his and the rest of Wizgamot that made things be changed from today onwards. Now I will leave the rest to Albus or Kingsley, as Kings are our new Minister of Magic. So go on, you two."

Albus gave a polite grin at Sirius, who then gave a look to Kingsley, who gave a nod, as he said

"First thank you, Siri, and secondly this is something me and the Wizgamot went through past 2 weeks since war ended on our victory. Now first is that from this year onwards, you are to do all 7 years of Hogwarts, as none of you have the skills or grades to pursue a career in Ministry, St. Mungos or elsewhere you want to be at and work. No Qudditch is also not allowed anymore for 7-8th years students, as you are to do your best on both NEWTs and Finale Exams. Newts will take place in the two weeks prior to Christmas break, and Finales are a month before you graduate from Hogwarts. And I will say this too, is that if you wish to be an Auror, you need to have O's in every subject including your elective choices. No other grades than that. Same goes for any Minister workers and Healers. The rest is what you tend to work with, is to have an O in the subject aswell Acceptable and Exceed Expections on your other subjects. If you fail all of this, you are to re-do your year the next year onwards. No more chances or leniancy is allowed either."

Many were in shock of this, Ginny looked furious as she wanted to be a Quidditch player when she graduated but to hear there would be no more qudditch nor a re-cruiter to see her play, it was shocking and it also hurt her already too big of ego she thought to have by dating the Boy-Who-Lived and her brother was also famous for his part.

"Yes that is very correct." Albus said, and most was shocked still, as Remus said

"I only heard of the next thing you are going to talk about, but I won't say it unless it is true, Kings." Kingsley gave him a nod and grin, as most were now wondering what was the next thing was, but didn't have to wait any longer than they did, for he then said

"The next new thing that is going take place from today onwards, is that I with the Wizgamot came up with a new law, that will change things around for the Wizarding world for good, and that is first Love Potions, Lust Potions etc of that nature is now cosiderated as Dark, Illegal potions as they do NOT create what true love truly is about, but a fictionius love of someone who is obsessed to have the person who they have potioned to have no matter what, so anyone who is found to have those on them, or a person to be given such Illegal and Dark potion, will be flushed promptly and the person who gave it aswell the brewer will be given 10 years in the new prison of Azkaban, as we finally got rid of those creatures that was there before. No more leniancy or whatever you think you have to do such thing. Same punishment for those who said the M-word and Rape like Abuse of any kind is also given 20 to life sentence within the walls of Azkaban."

Many were in shock and disbelief what he had said so far, and those three young ones were in fear now, and gulped abit at these news. Kingsley then said to the shock and anger of the most of them;

"Now to the third thing that me with the Wizengamot came up with is a Marriage Law."

At that many broke out in whispers or yells of how unfair and how could you do this to us and so on, and Minerva having enough stood and gave out a loud whistle, and everyone quieten down, as she had a furious look on her face, as Kingsley said

"Thank you Minerva and yes it is very true law now, and not even being engaged or promised to each other will work, for the pairing will be up to us in the Ministry, as we need new blood in the bloodlines, and stop the continuious of Incest, Breeding of Inbred purebloods. So what is going to happen is that you who are egible between ages of 17-24 years old will be sent to St. Mungos were a Medi-Wizard or Female Healer will meet you up for a full examination of you and your body and magic, after that you will get a letter of a match to yourself to be wed with. And the marriage will take place in the Ministry of Magic at the level of Marriages, Birth, Death etc happens. Nowhere else is allowed to a marriage to happen, so with that being said..."

Many of those of that ages were soon taken by a portkey that was placed in their hand, and off they were whisked to St. Mungos. Hermione didnt had to, as she was married to Marcus afterall, and their marriage was a happy and very much in love one too. So she sat by him and held his hand, as they knew about the explosion it would be in few when they were revealed to be married to each other. In meantime they still sat in the shadows, waiting patiently on those ones.
