A/N - So let me explain how this will be. The Namikaze was known for the Swift Release (Wind Lightning), Senju Wood Release (Earth Water) - Ashura's reincarnation. Naruto also has Kyuubi which it's nature is Wind and Fire. Because of Naruto's ability to master all five elements from the Rinnegan, I'm giving him the ability to master all nine official Kekkei Genkai with Lightning and Fire being the fan made plasma release. The paths of pain will also form a Kekkei Genkai.
Deva - Gravity Release (controls gravity like a magnet but Naruto's own twist)
Asura - Steel Release (Is able to use weapons and thus, steel would be ideal)
Preta - Dark Release (able to absorb chakra)
Animal - Will be basic summoning
Human - Mind reading and soul extraction
Naraka - King of hell
I wanted to throw that out there so you guys are aware of Naruto. The idea behind the advanced bloodlines would make since since he naturally has wood release and swift release and since Kurama has the high fire affinity, Naruto can make any bloodline he wants.
Naruto was currently inside his apartment. The blond was reading the scroll in regards to Swift Release. Unlike many other advanced bloodlines, the swift release was developed by Minato Namikaze and used to perfect the Hiraishin.
It took both Wind and Lightning affinities. To use it, the user must be able to naturally force wind chakra throughout their body. This can only be obtained by having a naturally high wind affinity.
The user must then channel lightning chakra ti their body. The lightning will force the spinning wind chakra to move at speeds in a flash. This can only be done with a lightning affinity that's naturally high along with the wind element.
Naruto was able to memorize both instructions and looked at the only jutsu that Minato ever created. It was the Swift Release - Shadowless Flight. After a few moments, Naruto was able to memorize the instructions for the jutsu and so he proceeded to the training field.
Training Field #7
Seeing that he was alone, the blond started focusing his chakra. The best way he found was to meditate and clear his mind of any and all thoughts. Once the meditation was finished, he began to channel his wind and lightning chakra simultaneously.
"Swift Release - Shadowless Flight." Naruto muttered and to his surprise, he warped to the other side of the training field. "Now, why was this so easy to do, but Hashirama's Wood release was giving me difficulties?" Naruto asked himself before he felt the presence of his sensei.
"Hello, Naruto. I didn't expect to see you here." The cyclops jonin said with a friend, single eye smile.
"Hello, Kakashi sensei. Actually, I've been doing a little experimenting." Naruto said.
"Oh? Would you care to explain it to me?" Asked Kakashi with genuine interest.
"So, Lord third gave me two scrolls. I had asked about advanced bloodlines and come to find out, Konoha is home to only two advanced elements. The swift release and wood release. Hashirama's wood release I found was rather difficult to use and so I decided to focus primarily on Minato's swift release." Naruto explained.
"I see. So how are the results?" Asked Kakashi.
"I was able to do the swift release as if I've done it all my life. Which is strange because when I researched the first Hokage, I found that he married Mito Uzumaki. She was also the Jinchuriki of the Kyuubi. Now, why is it that I descend from him but I'm having a hard time while I know nothing about the Namikaze clan that I instantly mastered their bloodline?" Naruto asked.
Kakashi looked at the. Kind with a sad expression. "I'm not really sure. Maybe one of Mito and Hashirama's kids married someone into the Namikaze clan?" Suggested Kakashi.
"Maybe. But that still doesn't explain how easily it was for me to use it opposed to the wood release. Am I missing something?" Naruto asked nobody in particular.
Kakashi sighed. "Naruto, I need you to please stop asking me questions. As you know, their are many things you can't be told yet." Kakashi said.
Naruto looked at his jonin sensei. "You know something, don't you. I see the same shift in your chakra whenever I speak with Lord Hokage." Naruto said with a stern tone.
"Naruto, you are putting me in a difficult position. What I'm about to tell you, you must promise not to reveal it to anyone or say who told you." Kakashi said grimly.
Naruto gave a nod as he patiently waited for Kakashi to speak. "Your father is Minato Namikaze. As you know, he was hated by many villages, especially Kumo and Iwa. By it being revealed that he had a son, it would have put you in grave danger." Kakashi explained.
Naruto nodded. "Figures. Well, now it's time for me to get back to practicing." Naruto said as he walked away.
"Naruto? Aren't you mad?" Asked the one eyed ninja.
Naruto shook his head. "All I've ever known is pain. It brings me peace to know that my father sacrificed himself for the greater good of the village." Naruto said as he flashed across the other side of the training field.
Kakashi watched in amazement. It was like watching his sensei all over again. He then proceeded to leave the area.
"Okay, I think it's safe to say that the swift release is set. Now, I should probably create an offensive move." Naruto told himself as he sat down in a meditating position.
A few hours passed before Naruto stood up. The blond held his hand out and began visualizing both wind and lightning chakra in his palm. At first, it was unstable. But as he kept practicing, Arturo was able to create a solid sphere.
"Maybe I should add some more chakra to it." Naruto suggested to himself as a yellow ring formed around the jutsu. "Swift Release - Flashing sphere?" Naruto thought to him self as he planted it into the ground.
The blond was sent flying into a tree. "Damn. I need to work on my chakra control. But I think we've got quit the jutsu." Naruto said with a small smirk that hasn't been seen on the blond in many years.
Downtown Konoha
Suki was walking down the street. Naruto's performance on the mission had remained in her thoughts. To see someone that was considered the dead last, eliminate an A rank rogue ninja was incredible. As she continued focusing on her thoughts, she accidentally bumped into someone.
"Hey, watch where you are going." Suki growled before she noticed it was Naruto.
"I'm sorry, Suki. I was lost in thought." Naruto admitted in his emotionless tone.
"It's fine. What are you doing out here anyway?" Asked the black haired Uchiha with a blank face.
"I'm headed to the library. I've been working on a special project." Naruto said with a little bit of excitement in his voice.
This didn't go unnoticed by Suki who smirked. "Do you want some company?" Asked Suki.
Naruto looked at her with a strange expression. "Why do you want to join me? Do you have something you're working on?" Asked the blond with a raised eyebrow.
"We are teammates. It shouldn't be a problem for me to want to hangout with you, should it?" Asked Suki.
Naruto shrugged. "Okay, come on." Naruto said and the two of them went in the direction of the library.
Sakura and team ten noticed and were curious on why Suki was hanging out with Naruto. Ino declared that finding out why they are on a date would be perfect practice for recon and information gathering.
Shikamaru declared it was troublesome but decided to tag along before Ino blew a gasket. The four moved around secretly and used the transformation jutsu to hide their identity.
Konoha Library
Naruto and Suki arrived at the library. Before they entered, Naruto performed a transformation that gave him the appearance of a normal ninja.
His hair went from the tan color to brown, his Rinnegan eyes were replaced with green, Naruto grew about two inches and gained a little bit of weight. He was wearing a red shirt with white shorts and blue sandals.
"What's the deal?" Suki asked curiously.
"I'm not really allowed here. So I usually transform until it's time for me to leave." The now brown haired boy explained.
"Why don't they let you in here? Did you prank them or something?" Asked Suki as they entered the door.
"Don't know. It never made any sense to me. Anyway, so let me tell you about this project I'm working on." Naruto said as they went to a table in the back.
"I recently found out that I share blood with many of the Hokage from my ancestors or something. I'm trying to understand perfect chakra control. If my theory is right, my Rinnegan should allow me to use advanced elements." Naruto explained.
"Aren't advanced elements part of a bloodline? So even if you had perfect control, isn't it pointless?" Asked Suki as she leaned back in her chair.
Naruto smirked. "Yes, originally I thought the same thing. But I realized that people with bloodlines usually have a high affinity in two elements. With my Rinnegan, I can mastery any of the five basic elements. So why can't I use advanced elements?" Naruto asked rhetorically.
"That actually makes a lot of sense. How far have you gotten with this project?" Suki asked.
"What I'm about to tell you is something you must promise you won't tell anyone else." Naruto said.
Suki nodded but stopped Naruto and handed him a pen with some paper. She noticed four sets of eyes and ears listening in and didn't want Naruto's secret to be heard. He write down his secret and when Suki read it, she was in disbelief.
"So, his clan specializes in the Swift Release Kekkei Genkai by mixing wind and lightning. Once I understood how it worked, I was able to use the element. Truthfully, I think it will become my new signature move." Naruto said with a smirk.
"Hey, do you want to go back with me to the Uchiha compound?" Suki asked as she had an annoyed expression on her face.
Naruto looked at his teammate. "Why? Are you uncomfortable here?" The original blond asked.
"Yeah, something like that. Plus, I doubt you want to stay transformed. The compound has a massive library you can use." Suki said.
Naruto smiled and nodded. He then grabbed Suki's hand and while she blushed, the two vanished in a yellow flash.
"Where did they go?" Ino asked.
"A better question is why did Naruto transform?" Asked Sakura.
Shikamaru thought about it. "He probably pranked the librarian and isn't allowed back here." The Nara clan heir said.
"I don't see why Suki wants to hang out with him." Sakura said.
Uchiha Compound
"Holy shit dude. Where did you learn to cook this good?" Suki asked as she finished a bowl of Miso ramen Naruto created.
Naruto smirked. "I like to consider myself the ramen king. The ramen king has to be able to cook the best ramen." Naruto explained.
"Hey, can I ask you something?" Asked Suki.
Naruto looked at the girl. "Yeah, go ahead." Naruto said.
"Why do you wear a mask?" Suki asked.
"Huh? What do you mean?" Naruto asked.
"Not a literal mask. Why do you shut off your emotions to the outside world?" Suki asked with genuine curiosity creeping in her voice
Naruto sighed. "It's to keep people away. You see, all my life, people have looked at me with hatred, disgust, and have beaten me nearly inches away from death. Ever since I received these eyes, I've been able to feel the emotions and actually see what they are." Naruto explained.
Suki looked at her blond with a sad expression. "Why are they like that to you?" Suki asked.
Naruto shrugged. "I don't know. Up until now, I had the Hokage as someone I kept close. When I learned what he saw me as, it made me realized that I'm alone. You see, the only thing I've ever known is pain." Naruto said.
Suddenly, Suki gave him a tight hug. The two remained like that for awhile until Suki broke it. "Naruto, you aren't alone. From this day forward, you are my friend and I'm your friend. I'm alone too, people like us need to stick together." Suki said with a warm smile.
"But what about Ino and Sakura? Also, I'm sure many of the people in the village will treat you differently if you are seen hanging around me. I mean, I don't mind keeping the transformation jutsu up." Naruto said.
"No. I don't care about what people say. Most of them only care because I'm the last loyal Uchiha. They don't really care about me." Suki declared.
It was then that Naruto pulled out some ink and a brush from a seal on his arm. When asked what he was doing, Naruto explained that he was creating a special seal for the two of them.
"Okay, stay still." Naruto said as he placed a seal on Suki's wrist. "This is a special seal that links us together. My father and mother developed this during the time they served in the third great shinobi world war." Naruto said.
"What does it do, exactly?" Suki asked while Naruto was marking his own wrist.
"Basically, we can feel the emotions that the other is feeling. For instance, if either of us are in trouble, we'll feel the emotional distress. It also works as a tracking method. If we were on a mission and we got separated, it would guide is us to where the other is." Naruto explained.
"Wow, your parents must have been experts in Fuinjutsu." Suki said as she examined the sharp details of the seal.
"The Uzumaki clan came from the Land of Whirlpool. It's what they were known for and the reason behind their destruction. The other hidden villages feared the combined power of the Senju and Uzumaki. My father was a legend in the art that was said to rival any Uzumaki. I guess that's where I get it from." The blond said.
"To think, people called you the dead last." Suki said.
"Oh yeah? I seem to remember little miss arrogant over their making a few comments or two." Naruto said as he chuckled.
Suki nodded in embarrassment because she was no better than how anyone else treated him. "Don't take it personal. I was only kidding. You are my friend. Everything that happened in the past belongs there." Naruto said with a bright smile.
"So, tell me. What exactly happened to the Uchiha?" Naruto asked.
Suki tensed up for a moment before calming herself down. In most cases, she would have snapped on the blond. But decided that he was being open with her, she should do the same.
"My big brother, Itachi. He killed all of them." Suki said.
Naruto felt the emotional pain it was causing her from the seal and decided not to press on. "I see. Well, I know it's a tough subject for you. I won't press on. However, I am here if you ever want to let it all out." Naruto said with a soft smile.
"Come on, let's work on figuring out this wood release." Suki said with a smirk.
Naruto smiled back with determination. "Yeah! Let's do it." Naruto said as the two went to the library and began cracking up books on ancient history along with both water and earth release.
