It was two days until the bridge would have been completed. Naruto had continued joining Tazuna every morning, while both Sakura and Suki trained themselves into the ground under the leadership of their jonin sensei. Ever since the talk Naruto had with Suki, the two of them grew closer and became much tighter as friends, rivals, and even lovers. They agreed to keep their secret hidden from anyone and made Kakashi vow to not reveal it to anyone else, especially Sakura.

With two days left until the bridge was complete, the entirty of team seven was around. Naruto continued using his wood clones to assist the men working along with having his clones cover a large peremeter. The only reason for Kakashi, Sakura, and Suki to come around, was for them to play a part in the actual mission.

Things were running along smoothly. Naruto had been reviewing his scroll on DNA transfering while Sakura sat and watched the workers. Kakashi remained uninterested and focused on his favorite orange book. Suki sat next to Naruto but she was reading the basic book of fuinjutsu. Naruto had convinced her in learning the art because of all the possibilities that came with seals.

Suddenly, a thick fog covered the entire bridge. Naruto's wood clones had been dispelled at once from an unknown force. The team of genin circled around Tazuna with the manji formation. Kakashi stood in front of his team as they were greeted by Zabuza and the tracker ninja from before.

"Well, glad to see you four made it." Zabuza said with a sinister smirk.

"Why have you come, Zabuza? You and I both know that Naruto can eliminate you." Kakashi said.

"While in a fair fight, maybe. But in the world of shinobi, nothing is fair." Zabuza said.

"Haku, go play with the other genins. I want to play with Kakashi and the blond." Zabuza said as he created another water clone.

"Suki, I think the tracker ninja will be the perfect opponent for you." Kakashi said with a single eye smile. The Uchiha woman smirked and charged towards the tracker ninja, Haku. "Zabuza, you can't expect to defeat the two of us." Kakashi said.

"Actually, I do plan on it. Because if the blond uses any of his eye abilities, my water clone will eliminate pinky and the bridge builder. The hidden mist jutsu isn't just to block your vision. Because of the moisture in the air, I can create a water clone with ease." Zabuza explained.

"I'm sorry, Kakashi sensei. But I can't win without my eyes. I've become too reliant on them." Naruto admitted.

"Well, admitting your faults isn't easy. It shows you've grown into a true shinobi. When we get back, we'll dedicate your time to taijutsu." Kakashi said as he raised his headband to reveal his sharingan.

"To fight the rinnegan and sharingan within the same month. I feel honored." Zabuza said as he took the Demon of the mist, taijutsu stance.

With Suki

"I don't want to kill you. If you stand in my way, I'll be forced to kill my kind heart." Haku said in a cold tone.

"I don't know about you, bu I've got orders to protect Tazuna." Suki said as she went through a series of hand seals. "Shadow Clone Shuriken Jutsu!" Suki shouted as she threw three shuriken that multiplied. The tracker ninja saw this and was impressed.

Haku deflected each of the shuriken and managed to clash her own kunai against Suki's. "Well, we're at a stand still." Suki commented.

"Wrong." Haku said as she was going through a series of one handed seals. "Ice Release - A Thousand Needles of Death!" Haku said as she stomped the ground and multiple ice needles were being targeted in Suki's direction.

Naruto sensed the distress and prepared to help until Zabuza reminded him that if he wasn't around, his water clone would kill his teammate and bridge builder. Naruto silently cursed as his eyes gazed upon the fight between Suki and Haku.

"Fire Release - Fire Wall." Suki said as she was able to create a layer of fire to weaken the impact from the needles. Since the Ice release was known as a bloodline, fire wasn't enough to melt it. "Damn, that hurt." Suki thought as she growled at Haku.

"Please don't blame me. I'm following orders." Haku said as she prepared to strike.

"This tracker ninja is something else. She's fast and is extremly knowledged in the art of ninjutsu." Suki thought as she tried to figure out how to get herself out of this jam.

With Kakashi

The copycat ninja was shocked at how the young girl was so skilled. "Zabuza, she isn't a normal ninja, is she?" asked Kakashi.

"Not at all. Haku's ability to use the Ice Release gives her more potential than either of us. She's the ultimate tool." Zabuza muttered.

"Damnit... I need NAruto to get to Suki. If not, she'll die." Kakashi thought.

With Suki

Haku continued launching multiple senbon at the Uchiha girl. As she tried to deflect them, two more were sent in the back of her. "She's so fast..." Suki muttered. Suddenly, a needle was seen directed at her, but also, Suki was able to feel the other two from behind.

"Huh? What's this? I can see..." Suki thought as her eyes changed from pitch black, to the eyes turning red, with a single tomo in the left eye and two tomo in the right eye. Haku was shocked at how Suki was able to deflect the incoming senbon from behind her.

"What happened? How were you able to block that?" asked Haku before she noticed the change in Suki's eyes. "The sharingan? So, you've got a bloodline too." Haku commented.

"That's right. It isn't perfect, but it's enough for me to counter your movements." Suki said.

"Then I guess it's time I take it up a notch." Haku said as she made a strange hand seal. "Ice Release - Crystal Ice Mirrors." Haku said as multiple mirrors of ice that kept Haku's reflection appeared around Suki. "This is my ultimate jutsu." Haku said as a barrage of senbon were sent at Suki from multiple spots.

"What kind of clone jutsu is this?" Suki asked mentaly as she released a massive ball of fire with hopes of being able to melt the ice. She was disappointed.

"As I said before, the Ice release cannot be defeated by your fire. It takes a powerful bloodline to eliminate another bloodline." Haku explained.

With Naruto

"Damnit, if this seal is anything to go by, Suki's having trouble... I can't let her die." Naruto thought as he glared at the dome of Ice mirriors.

"Sakura! Take the bridge builder and go towards the dome of ice!" Naruto ordered.

"What? Why? You aren't the sensei of this team!" Sakura shot back.

"Just do it! It's the only way we can get out of this stailmate. If we wait any longer, Suki will die." Naruto roared.

"No way! Suki's an Uchiha. She can't be defeated by some tracker ninja." Sakura declared.

"Damnit! Just go!" Naruto shouted as his rinnegan eyes flickered red before going back to purple. This started Sakura.

"I can't... I'm sorry Naruto. But Zabuza will catch us." Sakura said.

With Kakashi

"Haha! Some team you've got." Zabuza said with a sinister laugh.

"I guess their is only one chance to pull this off..." Kakashi thought as he charged towards his team while applying chakra to his feat. Zabuza saw this and followed the silver haired jonin.

"Thank God, Kakashi sensei." Naruto thought. "Come on, just a little further." Naruto mentally said. "Universal Pull." Naruto muttered as Zabuza was pulled towards the blond. "Wind Release - Great Breakthrough!" Naruto shouted as the incoming force heavily stunned Zabuza.

Naruto saw this and used the chance to vanished inside the dome of crystals to deflect the barrage of senbon being thrown. "Naruto? How did you get in here?" Suki asked.

"Suki, your eyes... You've awoken your sharingan." Naruto said with surprise.

Suki blushed and nodded. "Yeah, but it isn't much help. She's too fast." Suki said.

"No worries. Remember how I said that I needed another advanced bloodline?" Naruto asked with a smirk. He then placed his hand up. "Almighty Push!" Naruto shouted as the ice mirrors and Haku were sent flying away. "Huh? I thought she would try to counter attack.

Haku managed to pick herself back up. "Damnit... The rinnegan, it's exactly what I thought. No, it's more. I need to end this now." Haku thought as she went through a series of hand seals. "Ice Release - Demonic Black Dragon!" Haku said as a black dragon of ice appeared and started charging at the two.

"Suki! Watch out!" Naruto said before he felt the third ring in his eye tingle slight. "Dark Release - Inhaling Maw!" Naruto roared as he absorbed the Ice release chakra being released at him. "Ice Release - Crystal Ice Bullet!" Naruto shouted as a massive burrage of chakra covered ice shot at Haku.

"Impossible!" Haku thought as she was struck and had her body pierced by the ice jutsu the blond used. She managed to pick her self up but found her breathing to be heavier than usual. "How did you do that?" asked Haku.

Naruto smirked. "A benefit of the Rinnegan. All I had to do was absorb your Ice release. Since I've got a natural affinity for all five natures. Once I feel a particular advanced element, I can recreate it." Naruto explained.

"Then this fight is over. I cannot win." Haku said as she lowered her head. "Please, please give me an honerable death." Haku said.

"No. We may be enemies, but killing you isn't something I desire to do. Your heart is pure." Naruto said. It was then Haku noticed the sight before her, the silver haired man was about to pierce Zabuza with his lightning jutsu.

"I'm sorry, I'm needed for one last thing." Haku said as she vanished in a shunshin.

With Kakashi and Zabuza

"This is my one and only original technique. Chidori, one thousand birds." Kakashi said as he formed a surge of lightning in his hand.

"Damn, looks like this is it." Zabuza said and as Kakashi drove his hand towards his chest, the two men were shocked to see Haku get in the middle of the jutsu.

Everyone watched with shock. "What the? She's fast." Kakashi thought as his hand pierced through her heart, killing her on the spot.

"Haha! Looks like Haku really served her purpose." Zabuza said with a sinister chuckle.

"You, you monster." Naruto said.

"What do we have here?" said the voice of a man appearing on the bridge with a group of over one hundred bandits and thugs.

"Gato. Why are you here?" asked Zabuza who glared angrily.

"I noticed you were taking your sweet time. I decided to drop on in. What do you know, you can't even eliminate three kids and the elderly. Also, I have come to the conclusion that your rates are a bit to high for my taste. Nothing personal. Business is business." Gato said with a chuckle.

"Damn you." Zabuza muttered.

"So, that's Gato." Naruto said as he and Suki walked up next to Kakashi and Zabuza.

"At first, I was worried. I thought I'd lose and Tazuna would build the bridge. However, I've beaten him." Gato declared.

"What do you mean?" asked Tazuna.

"I struck you in a spot that will force your hand. Bring the whore!" Gato called out as Tsunami was brought out in handcuffs with a knife against her neck. "Now choose, your daughter or the bridge?" asked Gato.

"Dad! No matter what! Don't let them take over! We have a chance to end the Land of Waves." Tsunami said but was cut off by her neck being sliced.

"Damnit, too soon. Oh well, it can't be helped." Gato said with a chuckle.

Naruto stood in disbelief at how cruel a person could be to kill an innocent woman in front of her father. "No... This isn't right." Naruto muttered.

"Bring the brat out!" Gato called out and just like with Tsunami, Inari was in handcuffs with a knife to his neck. "Well, our last deal fell threw. Now, it's your life or your grandson. Either you walk over here and I let the kid go, or suffer the consequences." Gato declared.

"Please, Gato... He's just a boy..." Tazuna said as he couldn't believe the choice he was given. After a few seconds, Tazuna started walking over and was grabbed by the thugs. It was in that moment, the unthinkable happened. The innocent eight year old boy, Inari. His throat was sliced.

Everything went silent. Nobody could believe the sight. Even some of the thugs were in utter shock. "No... No, no, no! I can't believe this!" Naruto shouted as he dropped to his knees. However, instead of him crying in despair, a strange stream of crimson chakra started to form around the blond.

"No! Gato! I won't let you get away with this!" Naruto growled out as his rinnegan eyes became slitted, fangs and claws were appearing from his mouth and hands. Naruto's body was covered in crimson colored chakra with a massive amount of killing intent.

"What the hell is this?" Gato asked as he was suffering from the killing intent.

"Oh no! This is bad!" KAkashi mentally yelled. "Suki! Tazuna! Sakura! Get back, now!" Kakashi ordered as he ran away from the bandits while grabbing Sakura, Suki, and Tazuna. The others didn't argue while their gaze was stuck on Naruto.

Naruto continued growling and within the burst of crimson chakra, the figure of a fox's face could be seen. In a crimson flash, Gato found Naruto's claws had ripped through his neck. The businessman gripped his neck with hopes of applying the pressure to stop the bleeding. However, it was for naught, and he dropped over died.

NAruto let out a massive demonic roar and as quickly as he began, he finished and killed every single bandit and thug. The blond was screaming out in rage. Blood had covered his entire blody. Suki watched with horror. The gentle, kind, and loving Naruto, ruthlessly murdered all those thugs.

"Naruto?" Suki called out with her voice cracking.

"Kakashi sensei! What is Naruto?" asked Sakura as she was shaking and had nearly wet herself.

Kakashi sighed. "Just stay back... We don't want to get in the way." Kakashi said wih a stern tone.

"He's the Jinchuriki, isn't he?" asked Zabuza whose attention didn't deter from Naruto.

"Yes." Kakashi said.

"Well, this will be the only chance I have at an honerable death. Kakashi, we're no longer enemies. But as a shinobi to another, please stand back." Zabuza said.

Kakashi knew Zabuza's plans and decided to let it be. "Alright, Zabuza." Kakashi said to the man. He then turned to face Tazuna and his team. "No matter what happens, stay here." Kakashi said.

"Hey! Jinchuriki! I'm your next opponent!" Zabuza called out as he drew his sword.

Naruto turned to face the man and growled. As Zabuza was charging with the plans of delivering a final blow, Naruto beat him to it and released a burst of flames that entirly desroyed Zabuza's body and blade. It was then that Naruto's body calmed down and he passed out from the mental strain.

"Is it over?" Sakura asked.

"Yes. Tazuna, are you alright?" asked Kakashi as he looked at the man.

Tazuna looked down. "Yeah... I'm fine..." the man lied as he kept seeing the sight of his grandson and daughter die before his very eyes. Appearing behind the group, the people of Wave Country appeared. They were armed and ready to fight.

Once everything calmed down, Tazuna declared he would finish the bridge and bring the LAnd of Waves out of poverty in the name of his daughter, son-in-law, and grandson. As the bridge was finished, Tazuna had declared it the Great Naruto Bridge, for him being the one to truly bring peace to the Land of waves.

Tazuna's House

Tazuna, Kakashi, Suki, and Sakura were sitting around the kitchen table. It was their last night before returning back to Konoha. "Kakashi sensei, are you going to tell us what happened?" asked Sakura.

Kakashi thought about her request for a oment. "These are Naruto's teammates... Do they have the right to know?" Kakashi asked himself before sighing. "Do you know what an S class secret is?" Kakashi asked.

"Yes, an S class secret is a secret that isn't to be revealed by anyone being told of such a secret. Failure to do so will result in execution on the spot." Sakura said.

"Right, Tazuna. You aren't part of Konohagakure. So you won' be facing the same penalties. However, being involved with this secret has a high potential of placing a target on your back. Suki and Sakura. If either of you don't feel comfortable about Naruto's secret, please go to your room." Kakashi said.

Sakura and Suki looked at each other. "Um, Kakashi sensei. Is this secret bad?" asked Sakura.

"Let's just say, you'll have a new opinon on Naruto. Neither of you are being forced nor is it being pressured to know. If you cannot keep this secret, for your own sake, please leave." Kakashi said. To his surprise, Sakura got up and left the room.

"I already keep secrets of Naruto like he does for me." Suki said.

"Well, Suki. This secret I'm about to tell you, not even Naruto knows. I don't believe he'll have any memory of the events that took place. I highly suggest that you let him bring it up when it comes time to discuss it. Now, what do you know about the nine tailed fox that attack twelve years ago?" Kakashi asked.

Suki's eyes went wide. "Um, I'm not really sure. All I know is that the fourth hokage defeated it in battle." Suki said.

"Well, that's not true. You see, a tailed beast isn't an actual thing. It's a surge of demonic chakra that can take the form of anything. The only way the fox could be stopped, it was by sealing it away in a container. It couldn't be in any container because the demonic chakra would get out. It also couldn't be containe dby someone who wasn't pure. Wha's the most purest thing in existence?" Kakashi asked.

"A baby?" asked Suki.

"Yes. When Naruto was born, he had the spirit of Kyuubi sealed away inside of him. This is the reason he's hated in the village. Nobody accepts him and they look at him as a monster and a demon. Lord Hokage passed a law that prevented anyone from revealing the truth about Naruto to the younger generation. You're the only person who is aware of this." Kakashi said.

Suki was stunned. Not at her boyfriend, but how close minded the village was. "Idiots... Can't even tell he difference between a sealing scroll and a kunai." Suki thought before she got up and went upstairs. She proceeded to Naruto's room and without waking him, she held his hand tightly.

"Kakashi, why does Naruto fight so hard? If it were me, I'd probably snap back and take vengence out on everyone." Tazuna said as he took a sip of sake.

Kakashi sighed. "I most likely would too. But Naruto is different. He's not a monster, nor is he a demon. He's Naruto Uzumaki, the number one, unpredictble ninja of Konoha." Kakashi said with a single eye smile.

Morning time came around and Naruto felt fully energized. As Kakashi said, Naruto had no recollection of the events that took place. The only thing he was told was that he defeated Zabuza and eliminated Gato, along with saving the Land of Waves.

The four of them left Wave country and proceeded to head home. With having completed their second C rank, turned A rank, Kakashi began to feel a level of pride in his students that made him wonder if this was the same feeling that his former sensei had.
