Chapter Seven:
Blackness and silence.
Then blackness and sound.
Then grey and more sound.
Then the pain hit.
Pain was good.
Pain meant he was still alive.
Sounds turned into voices.
Voices turned into Don's voice.
Don's voice calling to him.
