Chapter 10!
AN-Finally! On with the story due to popular opinion.
"Hermione! We have been looking for you all day!" yelled Harry as he ran over to a startled Hermione.
"Hi, guys." she said to her two best friends.
"So, how has your day with the 'Head Boy?' asked Harry in a strangely curious voice.
"It is so boring! He isn't funny at all. I miss hanging out with you two." she lied. "so, are you guys having a good time?"
"Sure, but it is just not the same without you, 'Mione!" Harry replied. Suddenly a smile appeared on his features. "Hermione, Someone is calling for you!" he said, pointing at someone behind her.
She turned around and saw Draco standing there tapping his foot. "Come on, Granger! In case you forgot, we have got things to do!" he yelled.
"Whatever, Malfoy. Get a grip!" she yelled back before turning back to Harry and Ron. "Well, I better go. He is right. We have a lot of stuff we have to do before we have to go back."
She leaned forward and gave Harry and Ron both hugs. Ron hugged her back half-heartily. Then she ran off to join Draco.
"Bye---" they both murmured as she ran off.
When she reached Draco, he said, "Why are you even friends with those losers? You deserve so much better! Just think, if you had become a Slytherin we could have gotten together a long time ago." he said.
"Shut-up Malfoy!" was all she said.
Suddenly Draco pulled her into a small restaurant called 'Der Tanz.' (AN-this means 'the dance' in German)
'Wow,' was all could think of say when they walked inside. Draco pulled her to a small, candle-lit table in the back. "Oh, Draco! This is wonderful!" she said to Draco as he pulled out a chair for her.
"Chill! We haven't even ate yet." he said.
She smiled and sat down. He scooted the chair in under her then went and took a seat himself. "Thank you." she said.

An hour later they had finished eating and Draco was leading Hermione to the very back of the restaurant. He went straight to the back door and opened it. He escorted her through and shut the door behind them.
Hermione looked around. They were standing in the middle of a garden. "Can we be back here Draco?" Hermione asked.
"Of coarse! I own this restaurant. Well, actually my father did, but since he is now in prison and my mother is no longer living…it is mine!" he said quietly. "I used to come here all the time to get away from my father…from my life…"
He slowly reached over and grabbed her hand. He intertwined his fingers with hers. "You know, the flowers bloom all year long here!" he said. "The sun always shines over my gardens! I love it here. I call it my little 'Eden.'" he said sheepishly. "Hey, follow me!" he said as a grin spread across his lips.
"Okay," she said as he pulled her deeper into the garden. It seemed to never end. The plants were huge. They all soared way of Hermione's head. When Hermione looked down she saw one of the most amazing things. The flowers were jumping out of the and clearing a path for them to walk. "This is amazing!" she mused as she watched the path magically appear before them.
'It's enchanted!" he said enthusiastically. "If anyone else would ever come out here they would see nothing but dead flowers and weeds. That way they would automatically leave. No one would ever want to walk through a forest of dead plants. My mum enchanted it for me when I was young, so that I could escape from my father. If I am in here no one would ever be able to find me except my mother."
They walked for a few minutes in silence, then Draco said, "You know what?" Hermione shook her head. "You are the only person I have ever brought here." he murmured.
She looked at him with wide eyes. "I am?" she asked. "What about all of your other girlfriends?" she asked, trying to lighten the mood.
"No," he replied as he looked at the ground. "You are the first."
"What about all of your guy friends?" she asked. "You never brought any of them here?"
"Ummm, well…no. I don't really have any guy friends. Everybody either fears me or hates me." he replied in a low voice.
"What about Crabbe and Goyle? Aren't they your friends?" she asked.
"Are you kidding? They are too stupid to be real friends! I could never have a real intelligent conversation with either if them." he paused for a moment before continuing. "That's why I like you so much. You are my only real friend. I can talk to you and you are so smart and beautiful and sweet and trusting…" his voice trailed off and she giggled.
He looked up and met her sparkling brown eyes. 'She's laughing at me. I just practically poured my heart out to her and all she can do is laugh!' he thought.
Suddenly she leaned forward and kissed him. She snaked her arms around her neck and deepened the kiss. He responded by circling her waist with his arms and kissing her back. His head began spinning and he felt weightless. He also seemed to feel safe and comfortable in her arms.
Hermione's stomach was doing flip-flops. Her knee suddenly buckled at the exact same time Draco's did. They never broke the kiss as they fell to the ground. Soon, they were lying on a soft bed of flowers, with Hermione on the bottom. Draco took full charge of the kiss by leaning in and pressing his lips to hers. He pressed down so hard that it forced Hermione to open her mouth, which she gladly did. He slowly slid his tongue into her mouth and began searching it. She did the same and their tongue's danced. Draco pulled back for only a second to breathe before leaning in once again.
Several minutes later Draco pulled back and rolled off of her. He propped himself up on his elbow and stared at the beauty that was laying beside him. He searched her face for a few minutes before asking, "What are you thinking about?"
"Well, I was thinking about you." she said as if it was the most obvious thing in the world.
"I was just asking because I noticed that happy, satisfied, loving look in you eyes." he joked.
"Ha ha ha! That's really funny Draco." she said.
"I was just kidding. Now, what are you really thinking about? I mean specifically." he said.
"Well, I was just thinking that you were a pretty okay kisser." she replied in the most casual sounding voice she could muster.
"Okay?! How many boys do you have to compare me with?" he asked, voice having a hint of jealousy.
"Enough." was all she said.
"No. Tell me how many." he said.
"Okay, I will tell you if you tell me." she said. She was having fun now.
"Alright. Well, let me see…" he said as he started counting out fingers. "Sorry, there are just too many to count. Just kidding. I think that I have kissed six different women. Now you. How many and who was your first."
"You didn't tell me your first." she said.
"Fine. My first kiss was with Pansy Parkinson." he mumbled the name.
"What was that. I didn't quite hear that name." she said.
"Pansy Parkinson. Now your turn."
"Pansy Parkinson? Ha ha ha! That is great!" she muttered as she rolled around laughing hysterically.
"Okay. I confessed. Now it is your turn." he said.
"Gladly," she said when she had calmed down. "I have kissed three men, and the first was my father."
"That doesn't count!" he yelled.
"Fine. Then I kissed two men and….you were the first!" she said as she began to giggle.
"What?! That's not fair! The only other one was Weasel? That means I did kiss you before he did! Score!" Draco said in a self-satisfied voice.
"You are such a man!" she yelled as she playfully punched his arm.
He leaned down to kiss her again, but instead he saw her watch. "4:45?! We have to meet everyone it 15 minutes! Come on lets go!" he said as he stood up and helped her up. He gave her a quick peck on the cheek and they started to run, hand in hand, through the garden.
