Glazing up at the starry night, the moon shined like it will never shine again while the stars twinkled sweetly looking down at us. What I wish for, deeply in my heart, was to stop the world from moving, to stop the shadows from creeping about even if it cost my life, still living like this without complains. How I long for to scream out everything in my heart to you and still make no sound, not even a squeak.

Trying my best to be myself but also trying not to stare at his seducing eyes at the same time. I don't want to seem like I needed him as to what I needed to survive, but as the fact has shown in my heart, he was all I wanted.

Still staring up at the sky, not realizing my eyes was more concentrated on him than the starts above. He looked down at me, without realizing I quickly looked back up.. but it was too late, he had already noticed. I could do nothing but blush redly. He slowly put his arms around me making the world which seem to only revolve around us. His gentle touch was strong yet tender. He spoke in a sweet, low but yet soft voice which could melt my heart and break through the coldest that has been in my heart for years.

His every word deepened inside my heart like it was the end of the world. I don't know if I can trust him with his words but that is the only thing I can do. And I will do. For I cannot read his mind nor seek the truth that lies deep in his heart. Still I know I can always trust you because the truth is.. I can give the world, my soul and everything I have just to be with you.

I gave a slight smile trying not to be over joyed while staring at his manipulating eyes once more.

He gently whispered, tickling my ears, "Promise me…"

Before I can ask him anything, he placed his fingers over my lips. I stared at his strangely and see something was hiding from me deep in his dark eyes.

He smiled slightly, still not giving away his emotions, "Please, just promise me this.."

What did he want me to promise? It sounded important but all was swiped away by his innocent grin which formed in his perfectly, false less face.

Speaking softly over his fingers, "I…", trying my best to look away to blush again but still cant get myself to move my eyes off his.

He held me tighter this time, "Promise me..", paused and took a deep breath completing for what he was about to say which would mean the world to him, "that no matter what happens, you will always smile." This time his voice got more serious.

I raised one of my eye brows looking at his strangely. Which feeling at the same time that something is different, something isn't right.

He moved closer to me, just enough so I can breathe. With both arms on my shoulder, I slightly nodded and smiled knowing there is nothing I can do to help but just to be with him at the time being. He got closer again, but this time I can feel his heart beat, hoping he doesn't feel my rapid one. He press down his soft, tender lips to mine then backed away. I looked shocked at first but it seems like that second of my life would leave a mark in my heart forever. I didn't want him to back away nor do I want to admit I wanted the moment to last forever.

I knew it wasn't the time to think about this since even when he has lots on his mind, he still cares about me.

Little did he know, my smile will never go away as long as he is by my side.

I laid on his chest while both of us drifted off staring as the stars brightened in the dark sky where they would always be like, how I will always stay by his. Forever. …
