Its a one-shot Kagome and Inu Yasha story I hope you guys like it
"Will you go get those herbs for me then, Kagome?" Kaede asked
It was already winter and only few weeks away from Christmas. Kagome had brought back stuff from the modern era with her.
Kaede was planning on making tea but had run out of herbs so sheasked Kagome if she could go get them for her.
Inu Yasha had also gone off to get some firewood, everyone else had stayed inside to keep warm.
Kagome left to gather the herbs for Kaede.
"What are you doing out here?"
Kagome turned around and looked up at Inu Yasha.
"Kaede needed herbs, so she asked me to come get some" she answered
"So are you done?" asked Inu Yasha
Kagome nodded
"Okay then lets go"
Kagome followed Inu Yasha back to the cabin.
As they reached the cabin it had started snowing.
As they walked in Kagome stopped
"Wait, I forgot something"
"What did you forget?" Miroku asked
"My gloves, I think I left them in the field"
"Come on then, lets go get them" Inu Yasha said as he was heading for the door
"Wait, aren't those your gloves?" asked Sango pointing at a glove hanging out of her jacket's pocket
"Oh"
"Hey, look Kagome, your standing under that plant thing that you brought" said Shippo pointing at the mistletoe hanging above Kagome's head.
"What?" Kagome looked up and blushed
"What did you say we had to do under it?" asked Miroku
"Don't you have to kiss somebody?" asked Sango
"Oh,… well then" Miroku stood up and walked towards Kagome
"You can sit back down monk" said Inu Yasha
Inu Yasha walked towards Kagome. They both blushed
Inu Yasha leaned down and gently kissed her.
They deepened the kiss while everyone watch
"I love you Inu Yasha" Kagome whispered as they broke apart
"I love you too Kagome"
