From Bad to Worse

This is my first fanfiction ever and I'm hoping to get reviews a little after I post this so, if it's not that good, it's my first time doing this.

Chapter one: In the Beginning

It was around twelve O'clock and Kagome was preparing a nice chicken teriyaki Bento for InuYasha to take with her. She had just received notice that Sango found Sesshomaru talking to Jacken about a shikon jewel shard while she was riding on Kirara. Aproxamitly 5 minutes later, she realized she was supposed to meet Inu, Miroku, Sango and Kirara, (and probably Myoga) at 1:30 that day.

"Crap," She said under her breath, "The group is probably already worried." She said. Within minutes she was out the door.

'I hope they don't think I got hurt or stopped by a monster or something.' She thought as she began to run. No sooner had she thought that she had jumped through the well and was going through the time stream to the year 1500 "Wow." She said, Kaede's village is so nice. "You can hear the birds chirp and,"

"Kag, come here!" yelled Miroku. "We're over here!" He yelled again while Kagome was daydreaming.

"Okay. There in one minute!" Kagome yelled back.

It was fall, the most beautiful elaborate season of the year. (Or at least Kagome thought so) The leaves were turning a beautiful shade of red, orange, and yellow. The hills with the leaves looked like giant hills of fire. The children were out, and the parents were scooping up leaves to play "leave tag" with their kids. (It's like regular tag, only instead of tagging by hand you use a pile of leaves to tag.) With one glance, Kagome was positive that Kaede's village could be paradise in the fall season, and so did Kaede! (Duh)

"Yo Kagome!" InuYasha yelled so loud, he almost fell down.

"Okay!" Kagome yelled back, starting to steam with anger. She then proceeded to return to Inu and the gang.

"Wow," Miroku started, "You're like a piece of steamed broccoli, only hotter and smarter." Only then, the sound of a long hard smack rang out and a large, red, mark in the shape of a hand planted itself on Miroku's left cheek.

"Thanks Sango Kagome said coolly.

"Welcome" Sango said returning the favor by pinching Miroku's ear as hard as possible.

After a long picnic, the five decided to split because of rainy weather. Kagome leaving alone, and Inu and Miroku would also go alone. (Sango and Kirara would go together) These are their stories apart.
