Blanket Scenario Drabble—Cold

Kikyou and Inuyasha snuggled up to each other under the single blanket they shared. Kagome, just outside, stared with eyes that spoke of pain and despair. She struggled and jumped, a mile high, out of her sleeping bag.
"Kagome, what is it?" Inuyasha placed a warm hand on her forehead, his own creasing with worry and concern.
Eyes widened in fear and relaxed when she realized where she was. Alone, in a cabin, with Inuyasha, sharing one blanket while a blizzard roared just beyond the door. When she didn't answer his concerned question, he rose to sit up, grasping a warm bottle to place on her rounded stomach.
He placed his other hand atop her abdomen, feeling for any sudden movement. His golden irises dilated as he felt a light kick. She just shook her head, letting out a light reply. "It's…" she hesitated, noticing his anxiety, she quickly finished. "Just morning sickness or cramps... it's nothing Inuyasha."
He wasn't convinced, but let the matter drop. They were on their way to their wedding. He was excited, she was pregnant…
But she also had doubts. Kagome had cold feet.
A/N: lmao, this was written RIGHT before i had to start getting ready for school. L.L argh, now i gotta iron a buncha stuff (i would have said the s- word there, but i sorta wanna keep this PG... >. ) Anyway, i was checking my e-mail, and was so bored that i went to this blanket scenario site thing, and read it, and was like... OMG! inspiration. so... here's my first Inu Drabble.
