Alone, sat watching some stupid documentary on aliens from the planet moron…on my Birthday. Pulling the plug from the socket…she walked to into the kitchen.
She lifted the pink sparkly that the gang at work had made her wear and put it on
Then she looked at the flowers. Tulips…from Haratio. They were my favourite…he knew me well. Then she noticed something.
Putting her hand inside the flowers she pulled out a beautiful jade pendant. Stunningly engraved on it were the words "yours forever."
"And I yours" Calleigh whispered, a tear of joy sliding down onto her ecstatic grin.
